دور القراءات القرآنية الشاذة في توجيه ما خرج عن القاعدة اللغوية عند ابن جني غرض هذا البحث الكشف عن أثر القراءات القرآنية الشاذة في بناء القواعد اللغوية أو تأييدها عند ابن جني، وهو من أبرز اللغويين المتقدمين الذين وضعوا القاعدة اللغوية وأسسوا لها، وكيف وظّف القراءات في دعم بعض الآراء اللغوية، فوافق وخالف، واستحسن واستدرك، وهو في كل ذلك يستضيء بما يحتج له من القراءة؛ فكان للقراءة القرآنية الأثر الواضح في تدعيم مواقفه اللغوية إذا وافق، وفي نقض قواعد لغوية إذا خالف. وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي لإثبات غرض هذا البحث، فتتبعت القراءات القرآنية فوجدتها من الشواهد الهامة التي وضعت لأجلها القاعدة اللغوية عند ابن جني، أو كانت داعمة للقاعدة اللغوية التي وضعها، وكان للقراءات القرآنية الشاذة أثر في ترجيحاته، وبيان فساد بعض القواعد، واستبعاد بعض الوجوه. الكلمات المفتاحية: القراءات القرآنية الشاذة، القاعدة اللغوية، الاحتجاج، الأثر. The role of abnormal Qur'anic readings in guiding what went outside the linguistic base of Ibn Jenni The purpose of this research is to uncover the impact of abnormal Qur'anic readings on the construction of linguistic grammar or its endorsement by Ibn Jennie. It is illuminated by what is needed for reading; the Koranic reading had a clear impact in strengthening his linguistic positions if he agrees and in the veto of linguistic rules if he violates The descriptive method was used to prove the purpose of this research. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

The study aims at finding the results of applying the criteria of governance on the development of human resources in the big local organizations in Qalqilya. It also attempts to find the importance, criteria and indications of governance and requirements to measure their effects on human resources development. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to achieve the aims using a questionnaire designed for the purpose. It was distributed to a random sample of 20% of local organizations’ workers in Qalqilya, Azzoun, Hablah, Kufr-Thulth and Jayyous. The results of the study assured the positive effective role of applying the governance on the human resources development in the local organizations in Qalqilya without being affected by the variables of gender, organization’s location, nature of position, qualifications and experience. The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the concept of governance by the local organizations and applying its principles and criteria there, in addition to consolidating the tasks of censorship by following, practising and implementing the criteria of governance in the big local organizations.

The main aim of this study is to identify to what extent the managerial leaderships in top, middle, and lower levels of commercial banks at Jordan practice the employer branding dimensions and talent management strategies. Also, it aims to explore the impact of employer branding dimensions on talent management strategies. The researcher relied on analytical-descriptive method to analyze and classify the data to achieve the objectives and to identify the variables of the study. To collect data a questionnaire was developed based on relevant literature and scales, (226) questionnaires were distributed, out of which (187) were returned and analyzed using SPSS (version 19), with response rate (82.7%). The results of the study showed that the relative importance of employer branding dimensions and talent management strategies practices in commercial banks of Jordan was high. Also, the results revealed that there is a positive relationship and significant impact of employer branding dimensions on talent management strategies among managers of commercial banks in Jordan.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the small and medium enterprises in Libya and the role of financial risks management in the success of these projects. The study followed the historical descriptive method and the quantitative methodology. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire, distributed to a simple random sample of small and medium enterprises, and analyzed through the SPSS program. The study found that, the lack of liquidity and the risk of repayment of loans come at the forefront of the financial risks affecting small and medium enterprises in the region of Sabha in Libya. The most important recommendations of the study: the need to develop the strategy of small and medium enterprises, after a careful and realistic analysis of its environment. Develop a realistic strategy for projects, taking into account the risks faced by these enterprises.

This research aims to describe the function and role of the television in preserving Palembang language. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected from direct interviews to seven informants reside in Palembang with various backgrounds, professions and education levels to discover the impact of Palembang-speaking local television station. The research shows that national television stations have not performed their role in education and language preservation as they should be. The level of local language preservation in national television stations is still low. This condition is covered by the presence of local stations, such as PAL TV. Televisions can be a strategic tool in language preservation with proper management by adding diverse programs that are in accordance with the public interests.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi dan peran televisi dalam pelestarian bahasa Palembang. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripptif kualitatif. Data di peroleh dari wawancara langsung kepada tujuh narasumber yang berdomisisli di kota Palembang, beragam latar belakang, profesi, dan tingkat pendidikan untuk mengetahui dampak adanya televisi lokal berbahasa Palembang. Temuan penelitian ini adalah stasiun televise berjaringan nasional belum menjalankan fungsinya edukasi dan pelestarian bahasa daerah sebagaimana mestinya. Tingkat pelestarian bahasa lokal pada televise berjaringan nasional masih rendah. Kekurangan televise berjaringan ini sedikit tertutupi dengan hadirnya televise lokal, seperti PAL TV. Televisi dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam pelestarian bahasa dengan pengelolaan yang baik berupa penambahan acara yang beragam dan sesuai dengan minat masyarakat.

The aim of this study is to identify the teaching procedures generally conducted by translation teachers, and investigate their impact on the development of students’ translation competence (TC). The study emphasizes the importance of substituting the traditional “read and translate” method for a student-centered teaching approach that relies on hands-on tasks and engaging activities.  These teaching procedures include intra- and extra-mural activities and tasks addressing different sub-competencies and skills and aiming at developing students' general TC. In order to study the impact of these teaching procedures on TC, we implemented a descriptive method that draws upon self-report data and observation of translation teachers and students in a classroom setting. We observed a group of MA translation students in the Faculty of Letters and Humanities in Tetouan and King Fahd School of Translation in Tangiers- Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Morocco. The observation reports and teachers questionnaires provided significant data about classroom practices, while the survey of students’ levels of TC revealed that the respondents’ mastery level of TC ranges from low to high across the different sub-competences. We subsequently compared students’ mastery levels to the general patterns governing the teachers’ teaching procedures, and the findings showed a clear correlation between the two. Accordingly, the type and focus of the tasks and activities performed by students have a direct impact on their TC development.

In the modern era, Javanese culture began to be swept aside by foreign cultures, besides that Javanese also began to be forgotten because many young people lacked much Javanese language, this was due to lack of Javanese language education being applied in schools. The purpose of this study is to provide a way for young people to better understand the importance of Javanese in preserving Javanese culture. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using an observation and case study approach. The results obtained in this research based on descriptive qualitative methods are increasing the sensitivity of the community, especially young people, about the role of Javanese language education in the preservation of Javanese culture, especially in the modern era. Considering that many young people today do not understand the importance of Javanese language education in preserving Javanese culture. This research is also intended to preserve Javanese culture itself. Through the research objectives, the impact that occurs is the sensitivity of young people to the role of Javanese language education and the preservation of Javanese culture itself.

This research background was found in the implementation of the program Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) in Empowerment’s actors UMKM in Padang. The aims of this research was to describe the implementation of Sharia Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (KJKS BMT) Cooperative Program and to know the impact of KJKS Program implementation through savings and loan program in approaching the access of business capital to SMEs in Padang City. The method used in this research was qualitative research using descriptive method. The research found that the Role of Sharia Financial Services Cooperative Program Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (KJKS BMT) for the Empowerment of Micro Small Medium Enterprises has been effective by providing financing in the addition of venture capital to UMKM for the development of their business. Although the implementation of KJKS program has been in accordance with existing procedures but has not fully able to improve the welfare of its members. This can be seen from its still found some obstacles in the implementation, constraints faced can be categorized into two forms. Internal obstacles such as: lack of KJKS capital, poor people's mindset about KJKS program, lack of supervision on KJKS program implementation, external constraints such as: the utilization of aid funds that have not maximized, Fructuative Community Economic Condition (unstable), Competitor with product Just like the existence of loan sharks, obstacles that come from the participants of the program carried out efforts such as guidance, the system pick up the ball against members who are stuck in the payment.
