In this paper, the concept of creative emotion (émotion créatrice) and the understanding of democracy, which arises out of it, in the philosophy of Bergson is analysed. This specific emotion does not depend on an object’s intellectual representation; therefore, Bergson refers to it as “supra-intellectual.” Contrary to the usual “infra-intellectual” emotions, it is primary in regard of the mind and the will, and it comprises the fundamental matrix of creative acts of the human being. Creative emotion is one of the forms of the intuition of duration that is rooted in élan vital. It not only determines the essential changes in the fields of art, religion or science, but also re-configures the political rationality by revealing a deeper form of sociality. Thus, the presumed anti-sociality of the philosophy of Bergson is denied. In his last work, The Two Sources of Morality and Religion, Bergson shows how creative emotion transforms understanding of democracy and how it turns this political conception into a dynamic movement corresponding to the deep process of the human being and the whole reality.

ABSTRACT For decades now, in the context of teacher education, we have been discussing the importance of paying attention to the fast and profound changes both in society and in people’s personal lives, as a consequence of the widespread use of new digital technologies. Yet, not much has changed in schools, where traditional teaching still rules. Students continue to be more knowledge consumers than active knowledge producers; besides, the use of technology for educational purposes remains as either a threat or an unattainable goal. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has compelled educational institutions to rethink the role of technology in education. In this article, we comment on the crisis that has struck higher education and how it has set our institutions and ourselves, as professors and teacher educators, into a deep process of rethinking our past practices and reimagining our future.

This study presents a methodology for forecasting the medium– and long–term real revenues of the automotive post–sales service sectors, assuming the automobile industry is nowadays undergoing a deep process of transformation. There are several conditioning factors, usage as well as environmental reasons, that makes past times an unreasonable guide for a future forecast. Firstly, we estimate, using regression models, the most important variables for the automobile sector that will affect the long–term forecasts of the automotive aftermarket’s revenues. Secondly, we apply participatory methods to quantify the impact of the new conditioning factors. This is a research tool used for the Spanish automotive aftermarket. Our results indicate how stakeholders’ perceptions modulate the forecasts for those economic sectors involved in a disrupted changing business model.

<p>The N-S trends normal faults are widespread through the whole Tibetan Plateau. It records key information for the growth and uplift of the Tibetan Plateau. Numerous models are provided to explain the causes of rifting in the Tibetan Plateau based on the low-temperature thermochronology<sup>1</sup>. With the developments of the geophysical and magmatic geochemistry methods and its applications on the Tibetan Plateau, we could gain more profound understanding on the sphere structure of the Tibetan Plateau. This would give us more clues on how the deep process affect the formation and evolution of the shallow normal faults. However, few researchers pay attention on this and the relationship between the surface evolution and deep process of these faults. In order to solve these puzzles, we collected the published thermochronology data, magnetotelluric data, faults-related ultrapotassic, potassic and the adakitic rocks ages and present-day GPS measurements. We find that the distribution of the N-S trends normal faults are closely related to the weak zones in the middle to lower crust (15-50 km) revealed by the magmatism and magnetotelluric data<sup>2</sup>. Besides, the present-day GPS data show that the E-W extension rates match well with the eastward movements speeds interior Tibetan Plateau<sup>3</sup>. Combined with the thermochronology data (25-4 Ma), we concluded that 1.The weak zone in the middle to lower crust influence the developments and evolution of the N-S trends normal faults. 2. The material eastward flow enhance the N-S normal faults developments. 3. Tribal traditional arts are associated with some rituals and festivals. The arts prevalent in the folk, which involve deep process and growth of rituals, are folk arts that should be made as demonstrators. The display has full potential. They should try to give a demonstrative look. आदिवासी पारम्परिक कलाएँ किसी न किसी अनुष्ठान और पर्व.उत्सव से जुड़ी रहती है।लोक में प्रचलित कलाएँ जिनमें अनुष्ठान की गहरी प्रक्रिया और वृद्धि निहित होती है ऐसी लोक कलाएँ जो प्रदर्शनकारी के रूप में बनायी जानी चाहिए।ऐसी विधाएँ जिनमें अनुष्ठान बहुत कम हैं जिनमें प्रदर्शन की पूरी क्षमता है। उन्हें ही प्रदर्शनकारी रूप देने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।

Abstract This article presents an individual parental coaching model (IPC) designed and examined for a PhD dissertation. Here we shall examine one aspect from the PhD, which explores the connection and influence that this IPC model has on the ‘teenager-parent’ relationship. Essentially, the research had two main goals, firstly to examine the possible influence of a unique parental coaching process, with respect to the parents’ ability to form better connections and communication with their adolescent children. Furthermore, it sought to validate a certain perception of parenting - the notion that a parent must first establish a firm sense of “self” before taking part in parenting, thus self-definition, purpose and meaning, are the individual’s significant guidelines when establishing relations with others, especially the demanding relations with teenagers. This was a qualitative narrative piece of research, since the parents’ life stories, as perceived and related by them, were at the core of this research. Seven Israeli families participated; heterosexual married couples who had raised at least one teenager between the ages of 13 to 18. The parents took an active part in a comprehensive coaching process consisting of ten weekly sessions. While the teenagers took part in an indirect manner, by filling out questionnaires. The data collected during the coaching sessions and open interviews were analyzed using the “Theme Analysis” method. This revealed some prominent individual and parental issues that contemporary Israeli parents had to deal with. The results indicated the following central findings, apart from the parent’s appreciation of the opportunity to enter a deep process of ‘self-encounter’, resulting in great benefits despite the challenges along the way. The finding’s below address both the research question itself and the explicit change process in the communication and connection between the parents and their teenagers from both perspectives. Improvements included spending more time together, less anger and friction, more patience and tolerance, better awareness to discourse style and word choices plus an overall improvement in the atmosphere at home. All the participating parents without exception stated that it was a worthy journey, which they would recommend to all parents to experience.

Cyber defense is increasingly important for the wellbeing of our economy and our national defense. Universities can help meet our growing cybersecurity needs by training the next generation of cyber defenders, and it is crucial that the curricula for such programs are designed to prepare students for the type of work that is performed in the field. Unfortunately, collecting data about cyber work is hindered in situations where cybersecurity professionals are uncomfortable with traditional human factors work analysis methods. Four potential constraints are 1) no naturalistic observations, 2) anonymity and safety, 3) short data collection time, and 4) no deep process questions. We developed a brief interview technique that allowed us to measure the importance of knowledge, skills, and abilities related to offensive and defensive cyber work. Based on our experience using this technique, it fits within the four potential constraints to cyber research and produces information that is directly applicable to the development of cybersecurity curricula. Our technique could potentially be used for other research purposes and personnel selection and by researchers interested in other high-security populations.
