Adding timely rehabilitation surgery is an optimized perioperative measure that can reduce physical stress, reduce surgical risks, and postoperative complications and promote the recovery of organ function. Therefore, it is of great value to study its application in gastrointestinal surgery (GS). To this end, this article applies retrospective analysis and statistical methods to conduct targeted investigations and studies on GS patients. The results of the survey showed that 26.7% of patients were effective in ARS and 40% were effective in treatment. Compared with traditional treatment methods, its effective treatment rate is 13.4% higher.

Background: Advances in foot and ankle arthroscopy over the last 2 decades have allowed for subtalar joint arthrodesis to be performed arthroscopically. The potential advantages of the arthroscopic technique include higher fusion rates, lower complications, reduced perioperative morbidity, and accelerated rehabilitation. Arthroscopic arthrodesis may, however, not be appropriate in the setting of complex deformity correction or the need for other open procedures. Methods: Surgical techniques of arthroscopic subtalar joint arthrodesis are described. Outcomes and complications associated with these procedures are presented, based on a comprehensive literature review. Thirteen Level IV studies of moderate quality were included. Results and Conclusion: Excellent arthrodesis union rates were achieved (average 96%, range 86%-100%), at a weighted average union time of 8.8 weeks (95% confidence interval 7.9-9.7). The overall complication rate was 21% (87/415 feet; range 10%-36.4%). Metal irritation was the most common complication (11.2%), followed by nerve injury (4.2%) and infection (0.9%). Similar fusion rates have been reported when comparing arthroscopic and open arthrodesis. Complication rates are also similar, excerpt for infection, which may be lower with arthroscopy. Three different approaches were used to access the subtalar joint with similar union and complication rates. There was no evidence that the use of bone graft or more than 1 screw improved outcomes. The superiority of arthroscopic subtalar fusion over open techniques cannot be demonstrated by the available studies. Level of Evidence: Level IV, case series.

Treatment of ureteral strictures in the long-term post-transplant period is a complex surgical procedure. We present successful clinical cases of developed laparoscopic ureteral stricture reconstruction methods at three levels (in the pelvis, along the ureter, in the anastomosis area). These methods have shown their clinical efficacy: they are less traumatic, there are no adverse events in the early and long-term postoperative periods, and there is accelerated rehabilitation of recipients after surgery.

Objective: To explore the effects of perioperative clinical pathway of accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy in patients undergoing cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods: Randomly selected 40 patients undergoing ERCP from our hospital which is People’s Hospital, Jingjiang City, for research, and divided the patients into two groups. The 20 patients who were given conventional education methods were set as the reference group, and the 20 patients who were given perioperative clinical pathway care with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategies were the research group, where the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was statistically compared. Results: According to clinical observation and statistics, the study group’s postoperative time to eat for the first time, time to get out of bed, hospitalization time, and surgical blood loss were better than those of the reference group, P<0.05; the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those after nursing in the reference group, P<0.05; the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, where both P<0.05. Conclusion: The application of perioperative clinical pathway care based on the strategy of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can achieve significant results in ERCP patients, which can effectively improve the surgical indicators of patients and reduce the risk of complications.

Objective: To know whether accelerated or conventional rehabilitation is effective after Anterior Cruciate ligament reconstruction. Material & Methods: 30 subjects were selected who fullled the predetermined inclusive and exclusive criteria. The subjects were divided into two groups, 15 in each group. Group A underwent Accelerated Rehabilitation and Group B underwent Conventional rehabilitation post ACL surgery. Visual analogue score(VAS) and Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome Score(KOOS) was used as a measure of pain and function respectively. Results: Reduction in pain and improvement in function following rehabilitation is seen in both the groups. There is signicant difference in VAS(p<0.001) and KOOS(p<0.001) in group receiving accelerated rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction. Conclusion: Accelerated rehabilitation is effective over convential rehabilitaion post ACL surgery

Abstract Objective To analyze the application of concept nursing of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in orthopedic postoperative recovery. Methods A total of 120 patients who received orthopedic surgery were divided into the control group undergoing routine orthopedic nursing and the observation group undergoing the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing. Results Patients in the observation group had shorter in-bed activity time and out-of-bed activity time, average time of hospital stay, and lower total treatment costs. The incidence of incision infection, respiratory system infection, digestive tract infection, urinary tract infection, deep vein thrombosis, and other complications in the observation group was much lower. The recovery scores of joint function in the observation group at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after the operation were all better, and the recovery rate of joint function within 1 year after the operation was higher. Conclusion Following the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing during the perioperative period can improve the quality of postoperative orthopedic recovery.
