Analysis of Adolescent Developmental Task Mastery and Its Implications for Information Service Materials

This study aims to describe the mastery of developmental tasks of MAN Curup students and their implications for the preparation of information service materials. The method used is quantitative with a population of 75 students from MAN Curup majoring in Social Sciences. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data were collected by using a questionnaire using the Guttman scale and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that some of the tasks of adolescent development have been mastered and some have not been mastered by students. Some developmental tasks that have not been mastered are maturity in establishing relationships with peers, economic independence, choosing and planning careers and understanding and implementing value systems and ethics in behaviour. Some aspects of developmental tasks that have not been mastered by students must be prioritized to be used as a basic reference in program preparation and implementation of counselling guidance services including in compiling information service materials

Subsídios da perspectiva ocupacional para a abordagem ao desenvolvimento infantil/Subsidies from the occupational perspective for the approach to child development

Objetivo: Este manuscrito aborda a centralidade da compreensão das ocupações para a Terapia Ocupacional e objetiva apresentar a perspectiva ocupacional, enquanto subsídio para a compreensão e a atuação profissional dos terapeutas ocupacionais, junto à infância. Síntese dos elementos do estudo: Ancorado no conceito de desenvolvimento ocupacional, discutimos a perspectiva do desenvolvimento infantil, a partir e para o engajamento das crianças em ocupações. Conclusão: Acreditamos que a perspectiva ocupacional corresponde a um referencial de base para subsidiar as intervenções de terapeutas ocupacionais junto ao público infantil, na busca pelo fortalecimento da oferta de práticas e da produção de conhecimento, fundamentados nas bases e especificidades da Terapia Ocupacional.Palavras-chave: Terapia Ocupacional. AbstractObjective: This manuscript addresses the centrality of understanding occupations for Occupational Therapy and aims to present the occupational perspective as a basis for understanding and the professional performance of occupational therapists in childhood. Synthesis of the study elements: Anchored in the concept of occupational development, we discuss the perspective of child development from and for the engagement of children in occupations. Conclusion: We believe that the occupational perspective corresponds to a basic reference to subsidize the interventions of occupational therapists with children, in the search for strengthening the offer of practices and the production of knowledge based on the bases and specificities of Occupational Therapy.Keywords: Occupational Therapy. Tingkat Ketercapaian Tugas Perkembangan Dewasa Awal: Studi Deskriptif pada Mahasiswa IAIN Curup

The purpose of this study is to see the level of achievement of student development tasks to be used as a basic reference in providing guidance, assistance and designing activity programs to develop student potential. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to obtain information on the level of achievement of student development tasks at the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Curup. This study involved 30 PAI study program students, 30 PGMI students, 25 BKPI students, 25 English students and 16 PBA students. Data on the level of achievement of student development was collected using the Student Development Task Inventory (ITP-PT) and then analyzed by statistical analysis of percentages. As a result, the average level of achievement of student development tasks is at the individuality level. There are four aspects of development that have reached the stage of autonomy, namely awareness of responsibility achieved by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program and students of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) study program. The basic aspects of life achieved by students of the English Language Education (PBI) study program and aspects of self-acceptance and development have also reached the level of autonomy. Following up on the findings of this study, mastery of the level of achievement of student developmental tasks can be optimized through guidance and counseling activities.

Religious moderation in Naskah Wawacan Babad Walangsungsang: A Sundanese religious diversity wisdom

The purpose of this study is to analyse the teachings of religious moderation contained in the Wawacan Babad Walangsungsang script. This research employs a qualitative method with philology as the main analysis of the data, namely manuscript inventory, script description, script transfer, and language translation. The script shows the story of Prince Walangsungsang’s journey in search of spirituality, specifically Islam. Interestingly, he learned his spirituality through many non-Muslim teachers until he finally met Sheik Datuk Kahfi in Bukit Amparan Jati. The result of this study shows that upon his spiritual journey while gaining knowledge he experienced magical scenery. The conclusion is the willingness of prince Walangsungsang to learn knowledge and ajimat from Budhaprawa teachers, the openness and support of Budhaprawa teachers about the Prophet’s shari’a and the explanation of Sheikh Datuk Kahfi (Muslim) for the religious search conducted by Prince Walangsungsang shows the beauty of speech that is rich with nuances of religious moderation.Contribution: This research is important as a basic reference for religious moderation, which is rooted in the local wisdom of the Sundanese culture and tradition and can be adopted to spread those in our interaction with other religions.

A Study on the Acceptance Level of Rack Housing in Malaysia

Rack housing is one type of modular construction system which is flexible and poses a higher degree of mobility. However, the idea of rack housing is relatively new and there is no clear indication of how far is the acceptance of Malaysian citizen to this idea. Therefore, this study aims to identify the acceptance level of Malaysian towards rack housing and also serve as the basic reference for both government and private sector for the adoption fo rack house in Malaysia. In this study, the acceptance level among Malaysian factors of consumer decision to purchase rack housing and also the perspective of Malaysian especially middle income group is determined. A set of questionnaire was made by Google form which contain question about the major factor of acceptance of Malaysian citizen on rack housing with total of 208 questionnaires. The data collected from different group of Malaysian was analyzed by using Average Index (AI). The degree of importance was determined by the rating scales. The result obtained is that the acceptance level to purchase rack housing based on location, comfortability and management factors. From the result, the respondances agree to accept rack housing to implement and construct in Malaysia.

In the context of Islam, science is the beginning of human substance in building world civilization. Islamic epistemology has similarities with the term science in Western epistemology. Just as science in Western epistemology is distinguished from knowledge, science in Islamic epistemology is distinguished from opinion (ra'y). Science is not arbitrary knowledge or just opinion, but knowledge that has been tested for truth. The understanding of science is actually not much different from science, only science is limited to physical or sensory fields, science goes beyond it in non-physical fields such as metaphysics. The role of motivation in improving performance from an Islamic perspective: دور التحفيز في تحسين الأداء من منظور إسلامي

We concluded from this study that motivation is an important and essential part of the organizational process of the institution and that its importance lies in representing a strategy to achieve the goals of the individual and the organization together, as incentives are a development tool for the individual working in the organization. It also became necessary as it has a reflection on the quality of work and thus the abundance of production, so incentives pushed employees and workers to high levels of performance in the areas in which the stimulation methods were developed, whether material or intangible, while the pace remained terribly slow, as is the case in regions. A vast expanse of the Arab world where the wheel of production remained souls, Therefore, this study examines whether the Islamic approach to motivating workers and employees is able to be one of the most important approaches to motivating workers, and this is what the study sought, which shed light on that Islamic Sharia, as it came with tolerant teachings through which it was possible to create motives and motivate workers to work and produce other than These methods can be accessed by searching for them in the legislative texts and their interpretations, such as the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and after studying the biography of the Prophet (may God be pleased with them) and the history of Islam. Hence, it is possible to identify the problem that the study adopted, which is the absence of a basic reference to determine the motivation, especially in the crowd of many references that are subject to political, social or economic considerations and may be inherited sometimes. It is the one who determines the methods and methods of stimulation. The criterion by which methods and tools of motivation are measured on the basis that the reference that is valid across times and places on the basis of taking into account the development of tools and the change of shapes and models, the study has reached results to this goal, and that it can be learned from the teachings of Sharia administrative materials in Field of stimulation.
