AbstractCollagen fiber organization has been found to be implicated in breast cancer prognosis. In this study, we evaluated whether computerized features of Collagen Fiber Orientation Disorder in Tumor-associated Stroma (CFOD-TS) on Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E) slide images were prognostic of Disease Free Survival (DFS) in early stage Estrogen Receptor Positive (ER+) Invasive Breast Cancers (IBC). A Cox regression model named MCFOD-TS, was constructed using cohort St (N = 78) to predict DFS based on CFOD-TS features. The prognostic performance of MCFOD-TS was validated on cohort Sv (N = 219), a prospective clinical trial dataset (ECOG 2197). MCFOD-TS was prognostic of DFS in both St and Sv, independent of clinicopathological variables. Additionally, the molecular pathways regarding cell cycle regulation were identified as being significantly associated with MCFOD-TS derived risk scores. Our results also found that collagen fiber organization was more ordered in patients with short DFS. Our study provided a H&E image-based pipeline to derive a potential prognostic biomarker for early stage ER+ IBC without the need of special collagen staining or advanced microscopy techniques.

“Homosexualism”, “sexual orientation disorder”, “egodistonic homosexuality”, “unspecified sexual disorder”, “sexual maturity disorder” and “sexual relationship disorder”. Since 1948, these have been, throughout the history of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DCM) and the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), the terms used by the scientific community to categorize the homoaffective spectrum until in 2017, in the face of strong social and academic demand, their complete disengagement from any terminology that categorizes them as physical and/or mental illness. On the other hand, some areas of science have contributed substantially to a better understanding of this subject, such as genetics and epigenetics. Today, although the scientific community still offers some points of resistance, especially in more conservative countries, it is a consensus that since the implementation of the genome project there has been a considerable methodological expansion that has opened new possibilities of studies that have allowed this advance.

BACKGROUND: Masculinity behaviour is not a problematic sexual orientation disorder to find. Some behaviour could complicate the prevention and management, such as: rarely seeking help from a psychiatrist unless facing law problem or surrounding social taboo. The recent number of prevalence represents only the tip of the iceberg. CASE REPORT: We presented a case of a 38-year-old man taken by a police officer in the Department of Psychiatry, Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital for a Psychiatric Evaluation after allegedly killing his male partner. Psychiatric evaluation and MMPI-2 examinations were conducted to disclose and analyse his life dynamics and reality. CONCLUSION: The prior examination directed us to conduct an examination using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2). We found increased from Clinical Scale 5 and 44 positive answers from 66 questions. This patient is egosyntony that make it is very complicated to be treated.

This study aims to ensure that wall-assisted exercises are among the primary exercises for visually impaired individuals, to observe the effect of these exercises on balance and walking abilities, be able to make efficient progress in a short period of time, to support these individuals’ self-confidence and ability to act independently and to reduce the risks that may arise from loss of balance.7 sedentary individuals with B2 and B3 levels visual impairment between the ages of 16 and 18 voluntarily participated in the study. Once verbal information was given about the study to be conducted to the visually impaired participants, they were asked to take 15 brisk steps and 15 heel-toe steps to determine their spatial orientation disorders and balance losses. During the following 10 weeks, the study involving 5 movements to be applied by means of a wall were applied in company with the verbal and physical corrections of an instructor for 40 minutes a day and 1 day a week. Tests were repeated after 10 weeks. Due to the low number of subjects, the participants were not separated in terms of their gender and the data of the study were expressed in graphics.Looking at the pre-test and post-test averages, the 15-step heel-toe walking duration was 14.71 seconds and the balance loss values decreased by 4.86 points while 15-step brisk walking duration was 2.71 and directional loss decreased by 1.72 points. The study revealed that balance loss and spatial orientation disorder of visually impaired individuals who applied wall-assisted exercises in company with verbal notification and physical aid decreased compared to the pre-study period. These results point to the fact that wall-assisted exercises are quite useful and applicable in the walking training of visually impaired individuals.

The structure of crystalline [60]fullerene with a lithium cation inside (Li + @C 60 ) was determined by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction measurements to understand the electrostatic and thermal properties of the encapsulated Li + cation. Although the C 60 cages show severe orientation disorder in [Li + @C 60 ](TFPB − )·C 4 H 10 O and [Li + @C 60 ](TFSI − )·CH 2 Cl 2 , the Li + cations are rather ordered at specific positions by electrostatic interactions with coordinated anions outside the C 60 cage. The Li + @C 60 molecules in [Li + @C 60 ](ClO 4 − ) with a rock-salt-type cubic structure are fully disordered with almost uniform spherical shell charge densities even at 100 K by octahedral coordination of ClO 4 − tetrahedra and show no orientation ordering, unlike [Li + @C 60 ](PF 6 − ) and pristine C 60 . Single-bonded (Li + @C 60 − ) 2 dimers in [Li + @C 60 − ](NiOEP)⋅CH 2 Cl 2 are thermally stable even at 400 K and form Li + –C bonds which are shorter than Li + –C bonds in [Li + @C 60 ](PF 6 − ) and suppress the rotational motion of the Li + cations.
