Penelitian ini adalah model penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisisnya yaitu SEM. Model penelitian Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM) yaitu merupakan alat analisis statistik multivariat yang menghubungkan antara analisis faktor dengan analisis jalur, serta tepat untuk menguji hubungan yang rumit antar variabel. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai PNS dan Non PNS Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Way Kanan yang berjumlah 35 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, yang didesain dengan Skala Linkert. Alat analisis SEM dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis smartPLS dengan dua model yaitu outer model dan inner model. Dari hasil pengolahana data telah berhasil ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni sebagai berikut; terdapat pengaruh Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t hitung X1= 3,623 dan p value X1= 0,000, nilai p value X1 kurang dari α (0,05) yang berarti Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Kompetensi (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan nilai X3= 2,243 dan p value X3= 0,025, nilai p value X3 kurang dari α (0,05) yang berarti Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y).

PT. X Provides paid internet services known as Indihome. The problem that occurs in Indihome Internet service is that there are 42.36% complaints from consumers to the service process provided by PT. X and there is a 7.46% complaint about the amount of the bill. The purpose of this study is to model and know what variables affect the quality of the Indihome Internet service. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) is one of the multivariate statistical analysis techniques that can handle multiple response variables and an explanatory variable. The variables used are tangible, empathy, assurance, reliability and responsiveness. The results of the research are the increase of R square value after the implementation of the A5 indicator that does not meet the model PLS. All five variables affect the quality of indihome Internet service is 76,1%. Based on the hypothesis test results on the outer model It is said that the variable indicator is valid with p-value = 0 < 0,05. In testing the inner model obtained that the variable tangible and responsiveness has no significant effect on the quality of Internet service Indihome, while the variable empathy, assurance, reliability significantly affect the quality of service Indihome Internet.

Almost one million hectares of oil palm in Malaysia have been planted by the oil palm independent smallholders (OPISH). Most of these farms are small size holding and scatters throughout Malaysia. These factors cause them to face several problems and consequently put their income below potential. To assist the OPISH, the government had introduced the oil palm grower cooperative known as Koperasi Penanam Sawit Mampan (KPSM). The objective of KPSM is to increase the oil palm yield, OPISH incomes, and as a platform of interaction between OPISH and extension officers to discuss their problems. However, cooperatives' performance can be influenced by several factors. This paper aims to study the extension officer and members' participation as independent variables. Good governance is incorporated as a moderator variable to investigate a cooperative's performance. The partial least squares (PLS 3.0) and structural equation modelling instruments are used to analyse the data in this study. Most of the respondents are male, and 22% are of the younger generation. The results demonstrated that good governance (p-value of 0.095(p<0.1) and t=1.669 (more than 1.64) has a moderate relationship between members' participation and cooperatives' performance. On the other hand, good governance did not strengthen the relationship between the extension officer and co-operatives performance.

This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling is ii purposive sampling. the initial population of 81 companies after passing the criteria stage, the remaining 51 companies were used in this study. The data analysis technique used is the Outer Model to test the validity and reliability of the data and the Inner Model to test the hypothesis using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program.                     The results of this study indicate that: 1) Good Corporate Governance cannot moderate the relationship between4redcx ROA and firm values ​​as evidenced by a p-value of 0.52 and a t-statistic value of 1.944, 2) Good Corporate Governance does not can moderate the relationship between ROE and firm value as evidenced by a p-value of 0.120 and a t-statistic value of 1.556, 3) Good Corporate Governance cannot moderate the relationship between CR and firm values ​​as evidenced by a p-value of 0.314 and the t-statistic value is 1.009.

The purpose of this research is to explore more thoroughly and detail about the influence of the value of religiosity, sanctions and compliance of vehicle tax in Indonesia. The research on tax compliance has been widely studied, but still not much study it from religiosity side and tax sanctions. Previously research is mostly done by personal taxpayer, companies and home industries. This research is conducted by survey method, distribution of questionnaries to vehicle taxpayer. Quantity of questionnaries which analyzed is 120 copies. Analysis tool is using “Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)” by WarpPLS 5.0 software. Based on result of research can be conclude that religiosity have significant influence to tax compliance. P- value <0.05 ?=0.25 so H1 can be proven. This research is also prove that sanctions have influence to tax compliance. P-value < 0.05 ?=0.42 so H2 can be proven. Influence of value of religiosity and sanction to tax compliance is about 33% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Therefore the considerasion to improve tax compliance from aspect of religiosity needs to be developed.

The data analysis technique used is the iOuter iModel ito testi thei validityi and ireliability of the data and the Inner Model to test the hypothesis iusing the iSmartPLS versioni 3.0 program.ii Thei resultsi ofi thisi studyi indicatei that:i 1)i Self-confidence cannot moderate the relationship between Social Intelligence as evidenced by the p value of 0.560 and ithe t-statistic value of 0.584. 2) iSelf-confidence ican imoderate ithe relationshipi betweeni Learningi Behaviori andi Accountingi Understandingi Level and this is evidenced by the results of the p value of 0.046 and the t-statistic value of 2.003. 3) Self-confidence cannot moderate the relationship between culture as evidenced by the p value of 0.726 and the t-statistic value of 0.350. 4) Self-confidence cannot moderate the relationship between learning interest as evidenced by the p value of 0.146 and the t-statistic value of 1.457.

This research was aimed at exploring the influence of marketing strategy with customer orientation, market orientation, and innovation on the business performance in the hotel three-star hotel in Indonesia, the purposes of the research are as follows: 1). to test the influence of the customer orientation on the business performance and market orientation, 4). to test the influence of the market orientation on the business performance and innovation, 5). to test the influence of innovation on the business performance.  The research populations are all the three-star hotels in Indonesia as many as 227 hotels. While the unit of the research sample is three-star hotels in Java, Bali, and Lombok Island with amount 158 hotels and by achieved 107 questionaires of the sample unit (response rate 67.7%) are valid. The respondents are human resource managers, general managers, marketing managers, and financial managers. The data were analyzed by using stuctural equation modelling (SEM), and the AMOS Program which has 4.0 version. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is a set of statistical technics enable testing a complex relationship combination simultantly.  The hypothesis tested by regression weight-standardized estimates by comparing p-value method and 5% (a=5%) significance level. The hypothesis is significant if probability value (p-value) is < 5%. The results of the research show that three hypothesis are significant and acceptable and two hypothesis are non significant which have non significant influence customer orientation on the business performance (H1), positive significant influence customer orientation on the market orientation (H2), non significant influence market orientation on the business performance (H3), positive significant influence market orientation on the innovation (H4), and positive significant influence innovation on the business performance (H5) have been found.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kegiatan literasi sekolah dan motivasi belajar melalui mediasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan prestasi belajar siswa di MI Darul Ulum dan SD Islamic Global School. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasioal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner atau angket, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi berjumlah 114 orang, sampel 105 responden yang terdiri 39 siswa kelas V MI Darul Ulum dan 66 siswa kelas V SD Islamic Global School. Teknik analisis data meliputi Outer Model dan Inner Model serta Bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif tidak signifikan kegiatan literasi sekolah dengan prestasi belajar matematika nilai p-value 0,302 > 0,05. (2) Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar matematika nilai p-value 0,026 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan prestasi belajar nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. (4) Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan kegiatan literasi sekolah dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis nilai p-value 0,013 < 0,05. (5) Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan motivasi belajar dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05. The research aims to analyze economic social factor of farmer and the affect to paddy field farming productivity. Location determination do as purposive. Total of sample farmers are 62 farmers. Data analysis uses primary data and uses approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). Match test of outer model is convergent validity test, discriminant validity and composite validity are qualify. Inner model test has value of Q2 amount of 99,3% meets match test of inner model. The affect of social factor and economic directly have coefficient amount of -0,043 and 0,038 to paddy field farming productivity with p value (0,046)<α(0,05) and p value (0,033)<α(0,05). The affect of social factor indirectly through of production input variable usage and activeness of farmer group have coefficients amount of 0,237 and 0,034 to productivity with p value (0,059)>α(0,05) and p value (0,026)<α (0,05). Economic factor through input production variable usage and activeness of farmer group have coefficients amount of 0,367 and 0,010 to productivity with p value (0,000)<α (0,05) and p value (0,099)>α(0,05). Total affect of the research of social factor and economic have coefficients amount of 0,228 and 0,415 to paddy field farming productivity with p value (0,064)>α(0,05) and p value (0,000)<α(0,05). The relation to this in order to empower farmer to raise of paddy field farming productivity need to pay attention of social factor, economic factor, cultivation technology of paddy field farming.

This study aims to ascertain the importance of the family environment on the religious character of students in As-salam Islamic Elementary School and Daarul Fikri Islamic Elementary School. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach, data collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews, and documentation. The population is 128 people with a sample of 97 respondents consisting of 49 class V and 48 class V1. Data analysis techniques include Outer Model, Inner Model, and Bootstrapping. The results revealed that there was no significant positive effect between the family environment on a religious character with a p-value of 0.049 <0.05.  The level of influence of the family environment on a religious character is 0.045 or with a value of a precentage 4,5%.
