Abstract Background Education can contribute to promotion of the quality of life and reduction of heart anxiety in patients with heart failure, so it is important to find a suitable educational method for these patients. Therefore, the present study was an attempt to determine the effect of multimedia education using teach-back method on the life quality and cardiac anxiety in patients with heart failure. Methods The present study was a randomized clinical trial. 120 patients with heart failure class I to III and aged less than 60 years old were selected using sequential sampling; then, they were assigned randomly into two intervention groups and one control group. Group A (multimedia education), group B (education using multimedia together with teach-back method), and group C (control). The quality of life and cardiac anxiety were evaluated in the participants of the three groups before, after, 1 month, and 3 months after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive tests, Pearson correlation, Kolmogorov–Smirnov, chi square and ANOVA test in SPSS 22. The significance level was set at P < 0.05. Results No significant differences were found in the mean scores of the quality of life and cardiac anxiety in the control and two intervention groups before the educational intervention. However, immediately after, 1 month and 3 months after the educational intervention, a significant difference was observed between the mean scores of the quality of life and cardiac anxiety in the intervention groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multimedia education together with Teach-Back method is effective in promoting the quality of life and reducing cardiac anxiety in patients with heart failure. Therefore, it is recommended that health policymakers should use this educational method in providing treatment programs. Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials 20190917044802N1. Abstract The increasing challenges in improving the educational system such as innovation, are gaining much greater attention in the media in classrooms. Technological innovations have a significant potential to improve the learning and teaching process. The standard online learning method cannot effectively recommend the required learning content, which leads to poor learning and no visible improvement of student performance after learning. In this paper, online multimedia learning-based teaching performance analysis(OML-TPA) has been proposed based on the virtual network function structureto improve the teaching effect appropriately. The first is to develop a classifier for online educational tool learning, build on the student's capabilities and then develop a multimedia online education dataset. This indicates that the design of network-based virtualization features interactive multimedia educational management method can enhance students' learning effect.According to student data, the teaching management system can automatically analyze student learning capacity such that students can be graded by the level of attention they are required to receive. Finally, the interactive multimedia education control system is designed to realize online multimedia education management based on virtualization architecture in the network. The OML-TPA is evaluated using simulation analysis and observed the highest accuracy ratio(93.7 %), performance ratio(92.6 %), learning rate(95.1 %), feedback ratio(91.8 %), the efficiency ratio(96.7 %), precision ratio(94.3%)and learning outcome ratio(97. 6 %) compared to other methods.

(1)Background: This report was an effective evaluation of using multimedia educational program for self-care and quality of life in patients with a stoma at postoperative and established a simple threshold for enterostomy self-care skills.(2)Methods:108 patients with enterostomy were randomly assigned to receive either the intervention multimedia education program (including information about preparation for enterostomy care, cleaning method, manual bag replacement steps and precautions). The primary outcome was self-care ability and quality of life (defined as overall enterostomy self-care ability and overall quality of life), which was assessed at 2 weeks after intervention via an interview.(3)Results: Compared with those who in the conventional stoma education program, patients received the multimedia education program significantly improved their overall self-care ability and quality of life in statistically. The threshold of the enterostomy self-care skill scale was 20 points, and its corresponding sensitivity was 77.8%, and the specificity was 75.7%.(4)Conclusions: According to our study, the multimedia education program could enhance self-care ability of home care and quality of life in patients with enterostomy.

Various modern learning modes also promote the wide application of online learning. In order to solve the current situation of lack of educational resources in Colleges and universities (CAU), we need to use innovative learning theory, cutting-edge teaching technology and tools, and integrate multimedia education into the existing mixed teaching to form a new teaching mode. This paper takes the teaching course of practical writing as the research object, uses the method of literature survey to read and analyze a large number of relevant literatures. According to the research needs, through the research and summary of the literature content, some views, methods and relevant opinions are collected. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 120 students and 10 teachers who participated in the reform of teaching methods. The data collected from the questionnaire were summarized and analyzed by using the statistical method of several cases and logical analysis method. The survey results show that the satisfaction of students in the teaching class with multi-media education integrated into the hybrid university teaching mode reaches 80%, while that of the traditional teaching method class is only 33.33%; 39 students in the new teaching mode achieve excellent results in the assessment, and 19 students in the traditional teaching mode class achieve excellent results. Clear teaching strategy, scientific teaching mode and reasonable teaching content can enhance students’ interest in writing course, strengthen students’ practical application ability, and play a positive role in the exploration of practical writing teaching mode, and provide certain basis.

The overall development of technology has also contributed to the development of multimedia technology and its greater application in education. The curriculum cannot be viewed separately in relation to the changes taking place in modern society and in relation to its technological progress. Teaching methods, techniques and tools are constantly changing and in modern pedagogy they are more efficient and stimulating for the acquisition of knowledge. In traditional teaching, the role of teachers and students differs significantly, the teacher has a dominant role of lecturer, while students have a passive role in the process of acquiring knowledge. Teaching conceived in this way changed with the development of technology, because the teacher is no longer the only source of knowledge and information, and students are not passive objects that absorb that knowledge. Our goal is to review the importance and efficiency of multimedia education by reviewing the relevant literature. As first, we will try to define the concept of multimedia and analyze the theoretical basis of multimedia education, as well as its application in teaching. We start from the assumption that since technology simplifies functioning in general, it contributes to simplifying and improving the education process.
