AbstractThe High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) is a 6 GeV diffraction-limited storage ring light source under construction. The swap-out injection is adopted with the depleted bunch recycled via high-energy accumulation in the booster. The extremely high beam energy density of the bunches with an ultra-low emittance (about 30 pm horizontally and 3 pm vertically) and high bunch charges (from 1.33 to 14.4 nC) extracted from the storage ring could cause hazardous damage to the extraction Lambertson magnet in case of extraction kicker failure. To this end, we proposed the use of a pre-kicker to spoil the bunches prior to extraction, significantly reducing the maximum beam energy density down to within a safe region while still maintaining highly efficient extractions. The main parameters of the pre-kicker are simulated and discussed.

With the proliferation of wireless communication and mobile devices, various location-based services are emerging. For the growth of the location-based services, more accurate and various types of personal location data are required. However, concerns about privacy violations are a significant obstacle to obtain personal location data. In this paper, we propose a local differential privacy scheme in an environment where there is no trusted third party to implement privacy protection techniques and incentive mechanisms to motivate users to provide more accurate location data. The proposed local differential privacy scheme allows a user to set a personalized safe region that he/she can disclose and then perturb the user’s location within the safe region. It is the way to satisfy the user’s various privacy requirements and improve data utility. The proposed incentive mechanism has two models, and both models pay the incentive differently according to the user’s safe region size to motivate to set a more precise safe region. We verify the proposed local differential privacy algorithm and incentive mechanism can satisfy the privacy protection level while achieving the desirable utility through the experiment.

In the article is specified, that marine ships considerable part of the operating time work in the straitened districts, in which the width of free passage-way for vessels is limited in the navigation relation by dangers, or intensive navigation. It is marked that in the case of dangerous rapprochement of vessels in the straitened waters at the choice of maneuver of divergence by an operating ship besides a dangerous target it is necessary to take into account preventing ships and navigation dangers in the district of maneuvering, and the existent methods of simultaneous account of dangerous aims and navigation dangers carry analytical character and are bulky and ineffective. The necessity of development of operative and evident methods of warning of collisions of vessels at sailing in the straitened waters is caused to these. The analysis of the last achievements and publications is resulted in work, the decision of the considered problem and selection of parts unsolved before is begun in which. It is shown that binary coordination is the basic method of description of cooperation of pair of the dangerously drawn together vessels, urgent strategies of divergence are considered, the structure of which depends on the conduct of target in the process of divergence, the analysis of procedures of account of navigation dangers is also produced by an analytical method for different types of navigation dangers. Procedure of transformation of the ship safe region set in space of relative motion is offered, in space of veritable motion, a virtual region is formed as a result. It is indicated, that basic properties of virtual regions are: rapprochements of ship with a target dangerous, when the current area of programmatic trajectory of motion of ship gets in the virtual region of target; distance of the shortest rapprochement of ship with a dangerous target will be equal to the set minimum-possible distance of rapprochement, if direction of current area of programmatic trajectory of motion of ship is tangent to the border of virtual region; equality of distance of the shortest rapprochement of ship with a target and set minimum-possible distance of rapprochement is saved at the following of ship on a virtual region tangent to the border to the moment of the shortest rapprochement. It is shown in the publication, that by the computer program dependences of position and form of virtual region on the relation of speeds of ship and target were explored, from distance between a ship and target, and also from bearing on a target. It is shown that depending on distance between a ship and target at the unchanging bearing a virtual region occupies unchanging position in relation to the line of programmatic way of ship, and position and sizes of virtual region depend on bearing on a target.

Medical data usually have missing values; hence, imputation methods have become an important issue. In previous studies, many imputation methods based on variable data had a multivariate normal distribution, such as expectation-maximization and regression-based imputation. These assumptions may lead to deviations in the results, which sometimes create a bottleneck. In addition, directly deleting instances with missing values may have several problems, such as losing important data, producing invalid research samples, and leading to research deviations. Therefore, this study proposed a safe-region imputation method for handling medical data with missing values; we also built a medical prediction model and compared the removed missing values with imputation methods in terms of the generated rules, accuracy, and AUC. First, this study used the kNN imputation, multiple imputation, and the proposed imputation to impute the missing data and then applied four attribute selection methods to select the important attributes. Then, we used the decision tree (C4.5), random forest, REP tree, and LMT classifier to generate the rules, accuracy, and AUC for comparison. Because there were four datasets with imbalanced classes (asymmetric classes), the AUC was an important criterion. In the experiment, we collected four open medical datasets from UCI and one international stroke trial dataset. The results show that the proposed safe-region imputation is better than the listing imputation methods and after imputing offers better results than directly deleting instances with missing values in the number of rules, accuracy, and AUC. These results will provide a reference for medical stakeholders.

Structure, equipment, statue or storage cask may experience free-standing rocking on slopes because of the nonuniform settlement of the base, construction error or foundation failure. The free-standing rigid block on a slope subjected to one-sine pulse excitation and earthquake motions is examined in this paper. First, considering the free-standing rigid block on a slope, the overturning acceleration spectrum under one-sine pulse is built. The spectrum covers two overturning modes, i.e. overturning with one impact either before or after the excitation and overturning without impact. Then the influences of the slope on the overturning acceleration spectrum are discussed in depth. The analytical solution is compared with the numerical solution based on both linear and nonlinear formulations. It reveals that the safe region of the minimum overturning acceleration spectrum between mode 1 and mode 2 depends on the angle of the slope. Further, the block on a slope is subjected to the Tianjin, Kobe and Northbridge earthquake motions. By simplifying the main pulse of the motions to one-sine pulse, although the overturning acceleration spectrum fails to predict the overturning acceleration of the block subjected to real earthquake motions, it can provide some guidelines to predict the practical performance of the rocking structures.

It is commonly thought that, in the development of SiC power devices with low on-state resistance (Ron), several critical processes in the device fabrication line can strongly impact the final warpage of wafers. High warpage would lead to bad definition of masks, preventing uniform deposition of resist materials and disturbing the normal handling procedures. All these factors would then result in a potential decrease of the electrical yield of the devices, especially for MOSFETs. This study reveals the lack of correlation between critical line processes such as epitaxial growth, oxidations, ion implantations, annealing processes with the final bending of wafers. Conversely, a strong dependence with the resistivity of the substrates is observed. A new parameter defined as RMR (Resistivity Modulation Rate) is taken proposed and, together with the starting value of ingot resistivity, this parameter shows a strong relationship with the final warpage after wafer thinning. A safe region having warpage low enough to allow the workability of the wafers is found.

<p>If A and B are physical events at t=t<sub>1</sub> and t=t<sub>2</sub>, respectively, in the same differential topological domain where t<sub>1</sub><t<sub>2</sub> then A and B may attract each other through bidirectional communication-like information even if A and B are not in the same physical cathegory. This fact comes from the similarity effect of physical events those obey always to a 2nd order partial differential equation, PDE at specific boundary conditions, SBCs. The coefficients in the operator part and the source function part of the PDE and propagation factors of the eigenfunctions in the solution and SBCs differ from an event cathegory to other event cathegory; however stochastic interpretations of these coefficients, source functions, eigenfunctions, and SBCs bring a unique and compact boundary value problem, BVP. We call network BVP this type of extended BVPs. The common parts of different types of events A and B in the same BVP scheme are topology and boundary surfaces of the same domain. The relationship between event A and event B is based on inversely transferring of boundary values, source functions, and coefficients between each other of the events through topological transformations, TTs. These TTs establish the bidirectional information communication between both climatic and seismic processes. All the natural events and hazards involving disasters are the self-control mechanism of the Completely Compact Earth Network, CCEN. The sea is a way and transfer medium for waves by Pascal’s rule.</p><p>The constrainers of Present Natural Hazards, PrNHs, are the Future Natural Hazards, FuNHs. The Past and/or Backward NHs (PaNHs, BwNHs) completed their results and could not effect to the PrNHs.</p><p>The results obtained with the methods of classical geophysics built on the classical Newton’s mechanics does not reflect the real processes, RPs for the magnitudes more than 5.9 Richter. The approaches built on Einstein’s relativity can not generate RPs for the interwall of over 6.9 Richter; i.e., a temporal transportation occurs in the last domain: Kocaeli-Mediterranean Sea EQ in 1999 is a result of both backward majorant propagation effect, BMaPE of Hector Mine EQ occured after itself and forward majorant propagation effect, FoMaPE of the seismicity to Future İstanbul Earthquake, sFIEQ. This means the raising period of FIEQ is released.The constrainer of 1999 Taiwan EQ is a result of BMaPE of Duzce EQ occured after itself. The constrainers of 2019 Silivri, Albania, and Athens EQs are the FIEQ desired in demand for future but never come. 1999 Avcilar EQ is a result of backward minorized propagation effect, BMiPE of the sFIEQ. This means the waiting/relaxation period of FIEQ is suspended. These  are figured from the specific records of these events observed during 1999-2004 and 2018-2020. The couplings among ionospheric, atmospheric, oceanographic, climatic, and/or seismic processes provide the communication among the events of different cathegories in here. We define this principle as the spati-o-temporal transplantation effect in EQ processes.</p><p>The SIDT is the most safe region on the Earth for the majorant earthquakes and preserves this property iff unconvenient/unnatural buildings and major excavations are excluded from this topology.</p>
