Several Iranian university students were expelled from Hungary to Iran due to their (allegedly) unlawful behaviour during their quarantine period at the outburst of the Covid-19 pandemic on grounds of being a threat to public policy and public security. The case reveals a worrisome practice in the reasoning of expulsion decisions, irrespective of the pandemic. By analysing a judgment on the review of an administrative decision on expulsion, the article explores the normative circumstances of the legal institutions appearing in the case. By comparing international, European Union, and Hungarian constitutional practice, the study reveals a controversial legal practice. It not only evaluates the case, but draws attention to the role, quality, and legal significance of reasoning of administrative acts which lately, with a quickly changing legislation, seems to be forgotten.

Quality is both a goal and a result, a bar that is reached and exceeded by the quality of the factors that make the design, execution and distribution of products and the provision of services. In this paper, the author was entitled to exemplify how an industrial organization manages to stay in the top of the best companies in the field, by implementing a well-thought-out strategy in the current context, starting from the established quality objectives. The woman’s social stressors of role quality and behavioral risk factors of low self-efficacy for physical activity are associated with physical and mental health outcomes following cardiovascular crises. The study aimed to evaluate the reliability of the translated versions (Japanese, Ukrainian, Tagalog, Hispanic and Arabic) of the worker, partner, mother Role Quality and the Self Efficacy of Lifestyle Physical Activity indices among 282 women (aged 35-92 years) representing seven cultures.
