Many small and medium entrepreneurs hope to develop their business by exporting their products to a wider market. However, rarely do entrepreneurs think of being able to try out the export market in order to expand their market reach. Even this tax issue between exports and imports has different regulations. When we import goods, almost all goods was subject to import taxes. Meanwhile, when exporting our products overseas, not all products are subject to export taxes and customs duties. The methods used was (1) preparation (2) implementation and (3) reporting. With this training, we hope that the public will understand more that the constraints during export and import were not too difficult to apply. We chose Bekasi city as a place for this export training, not only because of the mapping and work locations that have been determined by the university, but also because this area had many small and medium business community pockets.

Significance High export taxes on the soya complex have encouraged farmers to shift to corn. Rising export earnings will help to strengthen international reserves and tax revenues. Argentina’s good harvest and rising global prices for agricultural commodities will give the government some relief from the economic crisis. Impacts Higher agriculture production and prices will boost some regional economies, helping to fuel the post-pandemic economic rebound. Export earnings will ease devaluation fears, while higher export tax revenues will help to offset a lockdown-related fall in tax collection. The threat of new government controls aiming to guarantee domestic food supplies may discourage new investments, curtailing future output.

In March 2008, the passage of a law to amend grain export taxes in Argentina led to a clash between rural organizations and the national administration. Given its characteristics and political consequences, this clash was one of the most significant events of the Kirchnerist administrations and one of the most outstanding agrarian conflicts in Argentine history. An analysis of it in the context of Argentina’s specific pattern of capital accumulation, in which land appropriation by the industrial sector is significant in explaining valorization capacity, shows how economic determinations affected the political actions of the pertinent social subjects and how the conflict was resolved in favor of the rural bloc.

This study aims to predict the effect of CPO (crude palm oil) prices or government policies such as BI 7days and CPO export taxes on palm cooking palm oil prices in Indonesia during the Palm Oil-Free labeling period. To address this research issue, this study uses the VECM method by implementing the Impulse Response Function (IRF) and variance decomposition approaches to analyze the research data. Further, the research period starts from January 2017 to April 2020. The study results show that CPO prices affect palm cooking palm oil prices positively. On the contrary, the government policies such as BI 7days and CPO export taxes negatively affect cooking palm oil prices during the Palm Oil-Free labeling period. Further, this study also informs that of all the determinant variables, CPO prices have the greatest response to the fluctuations in cooking palm oil prices. Thus, this study suggests the government to constrain raw material or CPO prices to reduce palm cooking palm oil prices in the domestic market.

Abstract In this chapter, we examine the importance of softwood lumber production to Canada's economy and provide a brief history of the Canada-U.S. softwood lumber dispute and its resolution on various occasions using U.S. countervailing and anti-dumping duties, export taxes or various types of quota regimes, including tariff rate quotas. The construction of excess supply and demand functions is explained, as are the gains from trade. This helps inform the modeling approaches that are identified in later chapters.
