This paper reports the case of one district of Verona, precisely Veronetta, located near the historical center of the town, that shows broad sociospatial dynamics. Given its territorial history, the compresence of attraction and repulsion factors as well as the recent pushes exerted by movements carried out by active citizenship (such as the spontaneous aggregation in a social street, the subsidiarity pacts, or the community cinema project), Veronetta reveals all the richness and criticality of a portion of the town looking for a definition of its meaning in the wider context of the urban area.

100 patients with functional class II-III exertional angina were examined. The subjects underwent a 10-day course of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in the 1.2 ATA mode for 40 minutes, against the background of standard therapy for coronary heart disease (IHD). Before and after HBO, the platelet link of hemostasis and the elastic properties of the platelet membrane were assessed. Assessment of the effect of the HBO course on the functional state of platelets, depending on their aggregation activity, showed that in patients with initially normal platelet aggregation, there is a tendency to a decrease in spontaneous aggregation, in contrast to patients with initial hypoaggregation, HBO promoted a significant increase in spontaneous aggregation. The use of a 10-day course of HBO was accompanied by a reaction of reducing the elasticity of the platelet biomembrane. Key words: aggregation; atomic force microscopy; platelet membrane; hyperbaric oxygenation.

For randomly-moving-particle swarm, the past researches only focused on its whole behavior and few people have studied the special particle swarm formed in it, which leading to the phenomenon and reasons for the spontaneous aggregation of particles in the special particle swarm being still unknown. For such a special particle swarm, we have previously studied the causes of its special relativity phenomenon. Here we show the causes of spontaneous aggregation of “randomly moving” particles. The diffusion kinetics of particles in a special circumstance (that is, in a moving reference frame $\mathcal{R}_u$ relative to the stationary reference frame $\mathcal{R}_0$) are studied theoretically. For the first time, the effects of the location aggregation and velocity direction aggregation of randomly moving particles on the diffusion coefficient are considered, and the corresponding generalized diffusion equation is deduced employing concise mathematical logic and Mathematica software.

Relevance. Platelet activation and platelet aggregation are central processes in the pathophysiology of coronary heart disease and thrombosis. The relationship between cardiovascular morbidity and mortality varies with the presence of other concomitant cardiovascular risk factors. Objective. To determine the state of platelet hemostasis in patients with essential hypertension (HT), with concomitant non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Materials and methods. 152 patients were examined: 72 men and 80 women. Three groups were identified: I - 46 patients with stage II HT without concomitant NAFLD, II - 54 patients with NAFLD without HT, group III - 52 patients with HT and concomitant NAFLD.  A study of total platelet count, mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), platelet count (PCT) and spontaneous platelet aggregation was performed. Results. The level of mean platelet volume (MPV) in both groups of patients with hepatic steatosis exceeded control values equally - by 6%, both in patients with NAFLD (p<0.001) and in NAFLD with concomitant hypertension (p<0.01). In patients of the NAFLD group and hypertension, the relative width of the platelet distribution by volume (PDW) had high values - 2% (p<0.05) higher than in the control cohort, and 2.4% (p<0.05) than in patients with isolated HT. An increase in the degree of spontaneous aggregation in patients of all surveyed groups compared to controls. So in patients with HT II stage. spontaneous aggregation increased 2.2 times (p<0.001), while in both groups of patients with hepatic steatosis, the increase in spontaneous platelet activity was twice as high: in patients with NAFLD - 4.3 times (p<0.001), in patients with HT II stage. and concomitant NAFLD - 4.1 times (p<0.001). Conclusion. NAFLD is accompanied by an increased in MPV, the size of which correlates with their functional activity. In patients with isolated NAFLD, a statistically significant increase in spontaneous platelet aggregation is also observed, which allows considering NAFLD as one of the risk factors for thrombophilic changes in the primary hemostasis.

A new family of tetranuclear [Ni2Ln2O4] cubane complexes has been assembled from carbazido ligand by altering the 4f ions without changing the core topology, which provided weak ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions.
