Problem setting. With increasing globalization challenges, the main productive force of society and the rapid socioeconomic revival of countries is human capital, which is becoming a powerful integral part of any model of innovative development. Human capital, ie knowledge, talents, skills, abilities, experience, intelligence of people today is the driving force of the digital economy. Digitalization will significantly increase labor productivity in Ukraine and become a powerful multiplier capable of launching the Ukrainian economy in the shortest possible time and ensuring its real growth. Today, digitalization is one of the key factors in improving the education system. Analysis of recent researches and publications. Various aspects of the introduction of digitalization in the educational space have been the subject of research by foreign (K. Bassett), C. Gere, G. Creeber, G. Deree, M. Deuze, G. Creeber and R. Martin (G. Greeber & R. Martin), L. Manovich (L. Vanovich), J. Stommel (J. Stommel), M. Hand (M. Hand) and domestic (V. Bykov, D. Galkin, M. Zhaldak, M. Leshchenko, P. Matyushko, O. Ovcharuk, V. Rebrina, O. Strizhak, M. Shishkina, A. Yatsyshyn) scientists, but despite the interest shown by the scientific community, the issue of digitalization in modern educational space need further research, especially in a pandemic and the need for distance learning. Target of this research is to determine the role of education in the context of the development of digital transformation of society, the formation of “intellectual enterprises” and “intellectual industry”. Article’s main body. Today, the governments of most European countries are making significant efforts to modernize their education systems through the use of digital technologies. The development of digital education initiates the emergence of new educational practices, which in turn contributes to the transformation of the educational system as a whole. The field of education, localized by institutional, temporal and spatial frameworks, is significantly modernized due to the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process. Ukraine has also embarked on the path of digitalization, as evidenced by the adoption in 2018 of the Concept of Development of the Digital Economy and Society of Ukraine for 2018-2020. According to the Concept, digitalization of education is a modern stage of its informatization, which provides saturation of information and educational environment with electronic and digital devices, tools, systems and electronic communication between them, which actually allows integrated interaction of virtual and physical, ie creates cyberphysical educational space. Today, based on the statutory powers, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Agency for e-Government have the greatest influence on the development of digital competencies. raising the level of digital literacy of the population. One of the main means of digitalization of education is the creation of the National Platform for Digital Education. Conclusions. It is concluded that human capital, ie knowledge, talents, skills, abilities, experience, intelligence of people today is the driving force of the digital economy. Digitalization will significantly increase labor productivity in Ukraine and become a powerful multiplier capable of launching the Ukrainian economy in the shortest possible time and ensuring its real growth. It is noted that today digitalization is one of the key factors in improving the education system. In addition to directly affecting the effectiveness of the educational process, digitalization provides a chain of indirect benefits, in particular through digitalization, the educational process becomes more personalized, accessible and flexible, which in turn provides comfortable conditions for self-study, effective development and career growth. Education is one of the basic elements of digital innovation and the digital economy in general, a priority for the development of industrial enterprises in Industry 4.0. It is noted that in today’s conditions it is necessary to focus on such areas as the development of human capital in enterprises through lifelong learning, training, awareness of staff on innovative transformations. It is stated that today there is no doubt that the world of digital technologies in general, and education in particular, is not only a new logical stage in the development of the technological sphere of mankind, but also the entire existing legal and socio-political reality.

The study specifically examined the short and long run impact government expenditure on substance abuse prevalence and rehabilitated drug addicts on the real growth rate on the Nigeria economy. Real Growth rate was made the dependent variable while government capital expenditure, government recurrent expenditure and number of rehabilitated drug addicts stood as explanatory variables. Analysis was carried using the ARDL technique. Findings revealed that there existed, in the short run, a significant impact of government recurrent, capital expenditure and rehabilitated drug individuals on real economic growth. However, in the long run, only capital expenditure on substance abuse has significant impact on the real growth rate in the Nigeria economy. It is therefore suggested that, combating the menace of drug abuse prevalence and trafficking needs the co-operation of all. To that extent government and non-government organization at both local and international level must network to ensure effective control. Therefore, adequate funds should be made available to government organization involved in drug demand reduction activities. Employment opportunities should also be created by the government to get user/ traffickers out of the illegal business. Massive preventive drug abuse education and enlightenment that emphasize healthy life style should be embarked upon frequently.

Self-empowerment has been achieved by women at various levels and under various circumstances. These circumstances are not naturally made where as it is the construct of the male chauvinistic society. Despite the social pressure and circumstances, emerging out as independent women autonomously from the social bondages such as women suppression, physical abuse, etc. is the real growth of women who hail from all walks of life. These social pressures and bondages which have impacted greatly in the lives of Lou the protagonist from the novel Bear and Maria Campbell from the memoir Halfbreed have been widely studied and analyzed in this paper. Tracing out the similar and contrastive characteristic features of the two characters Lou and Maria, their different social backgrounds, their reaction to the social pressure are the major premises of the paper. Further, it deals with how feminism has worked in the two different contexts and their emergence is brought to the light.

Abstract The paper contributes to the discussion on whether real interest rates below real growth rates can be taken as evidence of dynamic inefficiency so that some fiscal intervention may be called for. A seemingly killing objection points to land, a non-produced durable asset in positive supply, as a reason why dynamic inefficiency can be ruled out. If real interest rates were expected to be below real growth rates forever, the value of land would be unbounded, which is incompatible with equilibrium. The paper shows that this objection is not robust to the presence of an arbitrarily small per-unit-of-value transaction cost. The paper also specifies fiscal interventions that provide for Pareto improvements even though they involve a resource cost. For the debate about public debt policy, the land argument is a red herring because it is incompatible with the presence of fiat money and debt denominated in units of fiat money.

This research uses a Kaldor’s hypotheses to estimate the contribution of the agricultural manufacturing sector to increase the economic growth of the Egyptian agricultural sector during the period 1997-2018. It based on the three "hypotheses" of growth. Kaldor model depends on three hypotheses related to the relationship between the growth of manufacturing sector and the economic growth. The study used the growth rate, dummy variable, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test, and used CUSUM squares test and Chow breakpoint test. In addition to, testing the stability of time series depended on E-view 11.0. The food, beverage, tobacco industries and textiles industry are the largest two sectors in the Egyptian agricultural manufacturing industries, as they represent about 83.58% of the total value of the agricultural manufacturing industries output during the period 1997-2018. The results shows that the increase of real growth rates of food, beverage, tobacco industries and textile production lead to increasing in the real growth rate of agricultural output. According to CUSUM Sq test and Chow test, the year 2003 is considered as the switch point for the study variables. Also, if the real agricultural manufacturing production growth rate increases, the real agricultural manufacturing labor productivity growth rate will increase. And if the real growth rate of agricultural manufacturing production value increases, the real growth rate of agricultural non-manufacturing labor productivity will increase. The results of the research assist decision-makers in the field of manufacturing industry and agriculture in Egypt, especially in the stages of economic development.

The process of growing crystals of the Ni-Fe-Ga-Co alloy by the Stepanov method has been developed. It was found that the structural perfection is disturbed by the formation of dendrites, which are distributed inhomogeneously both along the length and in the cross sections of the crystals. The blocking effect on the dendrites of crystals of the martensite phase, which appears when the samples are cooled to the temperature of the transition of the crystal to the martensite state, is found. The elemental composition of dendritic formations was studied and it was shown that the iron content in the dendrite is approximately 30% higher, and the gallium content is 40% lower than in the matrix. Based on the modeling of heat transfer processes in the real growth zone, taking into account the experiments performed, recommendations were obtained for suppressing the formation of dendrites

Financial system development and growth share a two-way relationship. A developed financial system enterprises real growth and a growing economy’s demand leads to the development of the financial sector. In order to realize the goals of development, it is important that the financial system should not only be developed but also be inclusive. Banking system/institutions of countries have played a vital role in promoting and establishing financial systems to meet the requirements of the majority of people. Improved access to banks results in financial inclusion and sustainable development. Globally, the country governments have made several policy decisions and adopted regulations to ensure that banks reach to majority of the people. This article aims to analyze the banking outreach for the countries of GCC for a period of seven years from 2010 to 2017. This analysis will be based on geographic and demographic indicators of the outreach of banks’ physical outlets in the form of bank branches and its ATMs. This analysis will help to identify the countries of GCC with easier geographic and demographic access.

Real growth is expected to reach 5.2 percent in 2020 as the severe impact of the pandemic in the country was partially mitigated by a resilient mining sector. Presidential elections were held on October 18, giving President Condé an outright victory. Such results were contested by the opposition and followed by violent demonstrations and unrest. Since the Constitutional Court validated the electoral results on November 7, the situation has remained calm.

in this paper, we use the macro data from the first quarter of 2001 to the first quarter of 2015, through vector autoregressive (VAR) model, Granger causality analysis, impulse response function (RFI) and variance decomposition analysis of quantitative analysis methods, to research on the relationship among China's real growth variation of gross domestic product(GDP), Money supply growth rate and consumer price index. We find that the money supply growth has impact on China's real growth variation of GDP in short-term, but there is no long-term significant effect. Economic growth is the main factor to promote the consumer price index growth, money growth is not the main factor driving the change in the price index. China's currency growth is affected significantly by the change of the economic growth.
