The analysis of the single-phase hybrid filter of network current harmonics, which can be applied in the decentralized power system, was carried out. Mathematical modeling of such a system that feeds a bridge rectifier with a capacitive filter and the 10 kW active load was performed. A comparison of current spectrograms and current diagrams of different configurations of a hybrid filter implemented in the active part on the basis of an active corrector of the parallel type, and in the passive part - a broadband LMC filter with an additional winding Ld was carried out. The maximum current deviations from the shape of the first harmonic of the current consumption for different structures of the passive filter were determined, which is decisive for the calculation of the power part of the active filter. The installed power of the active filter was calculated, the harmonic coefficients of the current consumption of the power supply network were obtained. Ref. 11, fig. 5, table.

India and Africa have been sharing a multidimensional relationship of cooperation and friendship since the ancient civilizations. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new possibilities and opportunities for India to leverage its soft power diplomacy towards Africa. The paper’s main focus is to analyze how India has made soft power part of its foreign policy and examine India’s relationship with the African continent through health diplomacy. A literature search was done in major databases, such as Web of Science, Medicine/PubMed, Scopus, OVID, and Google Scholar search engine to gather relevant information. Through humanitarian assistance and geopolitical influence, India had won the support and heart of Africans. Besides, India has become a global healthcare provider in the African continent through its global health diplomacy and vaccine diplomacy. India has achieved impressive gains through its soft power diplomacy and has become a compassionate and benevolent actor in the African continent.

Hannah Kent’s Burial Rites (2013) reflects the bare life of its protagonist, Agnes. She leads her Muselmann life from her outset of life. Grown up as foster child, she works as a farm maid whose rightful position is entirely ignored and eventually she is condemned to death. Natan molests her and she is banished from his home at night during snow fall when she demands her legal status at his home. Later she is accused of killing Natan and his friend. Before her execution, in order to tame and domesticate her, a priest is deployed who uses pastoral power, part of biopolitics that executes power over body. She unbuttons her pathetic life history along with her penitence. Finally, she leads a life of ‘homo sacer’ bearing the injustices like the superstes of holocaust and succumbed to condemnation.

Topicality. The constant decrease in the level of schoolchildren`s physical qualities and physical health development is the main issue of modern Ukraine. Therefore, the involvement of schoolchildren to the new interesting types of health physical culture and the promotion of exercises is the value task for a contemporary PE teacher at secondary schools. The Purpose of the Research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the implemented Floor Work Methodology for the educational process optimization at PE lessons for senior schoolchildren. The Research Organization. The study involved high school children of main medical group. The proposed methodology increases the motor and overall density of PE. The use of the power part of Floor Work was introduced into each lesson (at the end of the main part of the lesson), regardless of the topic. The Research Results. There was an improvement in the results of both experimental groups (EG): pull up strength-endurance – in 2,7 times (males); flexion and extension of the arms at bent-arm leaning rest – in 1,7 (ma- les) and female – in 2,0 times; raising the legs at a 90-degree angle – in 3,1 (males) and female – in 3,8 times; rope skipping – in 3,2 times (males) and female – in 1,5 times. The highest increase in the results of the static strength endurance development is observed performing the following exercises: hanging bent to an angle – in 2,5 times (males); angled position – in 2,5 times (males) and females – in 3,2 times; half squats with feet shoulder-width apart – in 3,3 times (females). The results of the survey indicate the formation of positive motivation of EG high schoolchildren for PE attendance. Conclusions. Comparison of the results before and after the experiment allowed establishing a positive trend in both EGs with symbolic significance for all indicators of testing, which signifies the effectiveness of the implemented Floor work Methodology into the PE classes.

The article considers the issues of increasing energy efficiency of 6-10 kV controlled capacitor plants of power supply systems of energy-intensive facilities due to more accurate compensation of reactive power. Analysis of the most common circuits for connecting batteries of static capacitors using semiconductor and electromechanical switches was carried out. The feasibility of using a simplified approach of determining the optimal structure of the power part of high-voltage plants for compensation of reactive power according to the criterion of minimum cost and minimum level of electric energy losses is determined. The possibility of parametric optimization of high-voltage capacitor batteries to higher voltage levels is shown, taking into account the given specific requirements of these electric power facilities.

Changing the dc sgnal to ac signal is done for te purpose of load regulations, such as the ac motor speed, heater and lamp. Inverter work is done by ac rectification first and then converted again to a 1 phase ac signal. The ac output signal is a sinosoidal PWM (SPWM) type of unipolar 220 volts from the input 24 volt dc voltage. Unipolar SPWM signal generation is done by a microcontroller with programming. The number of counts (resolutions) of the SPWM signal and the period are set from the amount in the register, can be set to 8 bits or other constants. The power part of the SPWM inverter is the N channel MOSFET bridge circuit H with IR2110 solid state driver. Step transformer as a load while step-up the inverter output voltage. Determination of the output frequency is set through a rotary encoder that can be adjusted up (increment) or down (decrement). There are 5 frequency variations, namely 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 Hz. To get the inverter efficiency, the type of MOSFET used is chosen to have the type that has a low RDS (on) value and the right driving pulse, according to the switch configuration. Measurement of the output frequency is done by reading the image on the osciloscope. The observations show a frequency value that is almost the same as the constant. The test results show the difference in output voltage which is reduced at a 30 watt load.

This paper study the optimization & finical test of a hybrid power system holds Photovoltaic (PV) array, Diesel generator and Battery for a small cement bricks factory located in Bahtem, Egypt covering a load demand of 24.5kWh/day with a 4.92 kW peak. In this factory, light weight binder bricks are manufactured from the recycling of chopped grind straw which can be utilized as fillers in bone type buildings. HOMER software is utilized to run the frugal feasibility of hybrid PV-Diesel-Battery system. The study proved that the impact of PV penetration and battery storage on power production, expense of power, number of operational hours of diesel generators for a given hybrid configuration. PV panels and diesel generator produce 10,654 and 2,701 kWh/year, respectively and 2,783 kWh/year of power is stocked in the batteries. The renewable power part was 70%. The system was optimally sized with a PV of 7 kW, a diesel generator of 5.5 kW, a converter of 4.9 kW and 8 units of battery The obtained results showed that PV-Diesel-Battery system generates a great reduction in both the operating expenses the amount of CO2 and other greenhouse gases emissions.
