The article presents the experience of development and application of enterprise standard samples (ESS) of monolithic and dispersed materials for spectral and chemical methods of steel analysis. The procedure for the development of ESS is described in detail: development of technical specifications for ESS in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.315, preparation of ESS material, study of the uniformity of ESS material, establishment of metrological characteristics of ESS, preparation of a report on the development of ESS, verification of technical documentation for ESS and metrological examination of documentation, approval of ESS and its registration.

In the university my courses According to the widely used of  "Steel buildings " in these days which taught us to analyze and design this flooring system that can achieve the requirements of this structure. Also use several programs like (ETAB, SAP , ROBOT  & TEKLA etc), beside that I used different combinations for earthquake resistance. It analysis and design according to the eurocode AISC 14.0 , in addition to that I used the program of  Autodesk Robot Structural, AUTO CAD 2013 & Tekla Structure. while I have many components I used that program to help me for designing, by include the loads as input, then I got different diagrams and diameters for each part.

This paper studies WELDOX960 high strength steel, analysis of the welding ability of WELDOX960 high strength steel. Analyze the weld ability of WELDOX960 high-strength steel materials, and study the influence of process parameters such as welding current, welding voltage, and welding speed on penetration depth and weld width in the automated welding process. Through this test, the welding process is optimized to ensure the weld quality. The results show that WELDOX960 high-strength steel adopts multi-layer and multi-pass welding to form better welds.

Abstract This article presents the results of investigations of the effect of heat treatment temperature on the content of the carbide phase of HS3-1-2 and HS6-5-2 low-alloy high-speed steel. Analysis of the phase composition of carbides is carried out using the diffraction method. It is determined that with increasing austenitising temperature, the intensification of dissolution of M6C carbide increases. As a result, an increase in the grain size of the austenite and the amount of retained austenite causes a significant reduction in the hardness of hardened steel HS3-1-2 to be observed. The results of diffraction investigations showed that M7C3 carbides containing mainly Cr and Fe carbides and M6C carbides containing mainly Mo and W carbides are dissolved during austenitisation. During austenitisation of HS3-1-2 steel, the silicon is transferred from the matrix to carbides, thus replacing carbide-forming elements. An increase in a degree of tempering leads to intensification of carbide separation and this process reduce the grindability of tested steels.
