The article presents the experience of development and application of enterprise standard samples (ESS) of monolithic and dispersed materials for spectral and chemical methods of steel analysis. The procedure for the development of ESS is described in detail: development of technical specifications for ESS in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.315, preparation of ESS material, study of the uniformity of ESS material, establishment of metrological characteristics of ESS, preparation of a report on the development of ESS, verification of technical documentation for ESS and metrological examination of documentation, approval of ESS and its registration.

Analytical and computer models of false failure and undetected failure (error functions) were developed with tolerance control of the parameters of the components of the measuring technique. A geometric interpretation of the error functions as two-dimensional surfaces is given, which depend on the tolerance on the controlled parameter and the measurement error. The developed models are applicable both to theoretical laws of distribution, and to arbitrary laws of distribution of the measured quantity and measurement error. The results can be used in the development of metrological support of measuring equipment, the verification of measuring instruments, the metrological examination of technical documentation and the certification of measurement methods.

Цель настоящего исследования – повышение биологической ценности макаронных изделий путем использования белоксодержащих обогащающих добавок растительного и животного происхождения. Обогащающие добавки: мясные продукты – мясо кур (грудная часть тушки) и телятину I категории охлажденную; муку бобовых культур – соевую дезодорированную полуобезжиренную, гороховую и чечевичную; изоляты соевого, горохового и кукурузного белков – добавляли в макаронное тесто, приготовленное по традиционной технологии из муки пшеничной хлебопекарной высшего сорта (ГОСТ Р 52189–2003). Установлено, что для обогащения макаронных изделий рациональны дозировки добавок: мясных 15% от массы муки; гороховой и чечевичной муки и растительных изолятов 10% от массы смеси; соевой муки 7,5% от массы смеси. Выявлено положительное влияние вносимых в макаронное тесто обогащающих добавок на увеличение содержания белка в составе изделий на 1,59–8,19%, повышение сбалансированности аминокислотного состава белков, их биологической ценности на 6–16%, значений коэффициентов утилитарности аминокислотного состава на 0,2–0,26 дол. ед., перевариваемости белков под действием протеолитического фермента пепсина на 11–24%, степени удовлетворения суточной потребности в белке на 1,5–13,4% по сравнению с контрольным образцом без добавок. На макаронные изделия с обогащающими белоксодержащими добавками разработана и утверждена техническая документация – технические условия, технологические инструкции и рецептуры. The purpose of this study is to increase the biological value of pasta by using protein-containing enriching additives of plant and animal origin. Enriching additives: meat products-chicken meat (breast part of the carcass) and veal category I chilled; bean flour – soy deodorized semi-skimmed, pea and lentil; isolates of soy, pea and corn proteins – added to pasta dough prepared according to traditional technology from wheat flour bakery of the highest grade (GOST R 52189–2003). It has been established that the enrichment of pasta products of the rational will of a dosage of the additives: meat 15% by weight of flour; pea and lentil flour and vegetable isolates 10% by weight of the mixture; soya flour is 7,5% by weight of the mixture. The positive effect of the enriching additives introduced into the macaroni dough on the increase in the protein content in the products by 1,59–8,19%, the increase in the balance of the amino acid composition of proteins, their biological value by 6–16%, the values of the utilitarian coefficients of the amino acid composition by 0,2–0,26 units, the digestibility of proteins under the action of the proteolytic enzyme pepsin by 11–24%, the degree of satisfaction of the daily protein demand by 1,5–13,4% compared to the control sample without additives was revealed. Technical documentation – technical specifications, technological instructions and recipes has been developed and approved for pasta with protein-containing additives.

This paper shows the technical standards for distributed resources interconnected with grid in China and the other countries all over the world. For USA, the technical standards about DR interconnection with grid is IEEE 1547 series of standards, which include requirements of connection, testing, monitoring, information exchange, island operation and so on for DR. In international, IEEE standards are the main technical specifications for DR, and it has IEC 61850, IEC 63547, IEC 1727 and so on. But in China, the technical standards for DR are mainly composed by enterprise standard. Comparing with the standards in other countries, the standards of DR in China are not perfect.

Aim. To determine the effect of the addition of thyme and rosemary, as well as walnut on the quality characteristics of the resulting ham. Materials and Methods. Low-fat pork (GOST 31476-2012), purchased at a local meat processing plant, dried thyme (GOST 21816-89), dried rosemary, walnuts (GOST 32874-2014) were used for the preparation of ham samples. The production of the studied ham samples was carried out in accordance with the current regulatory and technical documentation (GOST 31790-2012 "Boiled pork products. Technical specifications"). Sampling and preparation of samples for laboratory tests was carried out according to a single method in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 51447-99 (ISO 3100-1-91). The organoleptic parameters were determined according to the requirements of GOST 9959-91; GOST R 53159-2008; GOST R 53161-2008. The mass fraction of fat was determined according to GOST 23042-86; protein-according to GOST 25011-81; energy value-by the calculated method. Results. The pH value in the ham was significantly reduced with the addition of thyme and rosemary compared to the control before and after storage. Ham, in the formulation of which rosemary and thyme powder was introduced, had the highest mass fraction of protein – 27.5%, which is 0.8 and 2.1% more than in the control and II experimental samples with the addition of nuts, respectively. The inclusion of walnuts in the recipe significantly affected the mass fraction of fat in the II experimental sample – 5.7%, which is 2.5 and 0.7% more than in the control and I experimental samples, respectively. The energy value of the I prototype was the highest and amounted to 159.25 kcal per 100 g, which is respectively more than in the control and II prototype by 20.02 and 2.1 kcal. Conclusion. The addition of thyme and rosemary significantly affected the color of the ham, but at the same time increased the functional and technological properties, nutritional and biological value of the finished product. Adding walnuts to the ham recipe gave it a nutty taste. Thus, the resulting products have a high-energy value and are competitive.

This article discusses the relevance of creating a mathematical model of a hydromechanical fuel regulator as the main component of the parametric diagnostics method. To understand the processes occurring during the operation of the fuel regulator, this article provides a brief description of its operation. Based on the problems solved by the diagnostic methods and the features of the fuel regulator, the basic requirements for its mathematical model are formulated and the structure of this model is determined. Several assumptions are made (one-dimensional flow of the working fluid and its zero thermal conductivity), which make it possible to significantly simplify the structure of the model and the number of simulated parameters. The mathematical model consists of idealized elements with lumped parameters (such as pressure and flow rate of the working fluid), takes into account the compressibility of the working fluid, as well as the design features of the regulator (mechanical stops, complex profiled dosing windows of spools, relay-type switches). As an example, this article contains equations for the elements with lumped parameters, interconnected by hydraulic channels in one node. The compiled mathematical model is a system of differential-algebraic equations of the first index. To solve such a system, a special implicit solver is used. The calculation of the parameters of the mathematical model for static and transient operating modes of the fuel regulator has been made. The results of calculating the model parameters in various modes are compared with the requirements for these parameters set in the technical specifications for the simulated fuel regulator. The correspondence of the calculated parameters to the values specified in the technical documentation was ensured by the selection of input parameters (tightening of springs of elastic elements, area of throttling elements, etc.). From the results obtained, it was concluded that the model makes it possible to diagnose the technical state of the fuel regulator at the stages of adjustment during production and repair, as well as at the stage of its operation.

A technology for the manufacture and production of reference material (CRM) of the composition of magnesium alloys of the VML20 and VMD16 grades has been developed. In FSUE «VNIIOFI» tests of CRM material were carried out in order to approve their type, as well as metrological examination. Conclusions were drawn up on checking the results of CRM testing for the composition of the indicated alloys and certificates of type approval of reference materials were issued. CRM sets of the approved type of state standard samples of high-strength magnesium alloys of VML20 and VMD16 grades have a relative error of the certified values of the mass fraction of elements in the range from 0.5 to 5% (by weight) no more than 5% rel.

The standard samples (SSs) of the compositions of hexogen (SS of Hxg), octogen (SS of Oct), ETN (SS of ETN) solutions in acetonitrile have been developed and certified for the first time. When approving each of aforesaid types of SSs, the interval of the permissible certified values has been determined as a range from 4.95 mg/dm3 to 5.05 mg/dm3 with an expanded uncertainty (k = 2) and the bounds of a relative error (P = 0.95) of no more than 1.8 %. The standard sample of the composition of a trinitrotoluene solution in acetonitrile (SS of 2,4,6-TNT) with the improved metrological characteristics in comparison with the analogue (SSS 9116-2008) has been developed and certified. The interval of the permissible certified values of SS of 2,4,6-TNT was from 4.95 mg/dm3 to 5.05 mg/dm3, the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) with the bounds of the relative error (P = 0.95) was 1.5%, which was 5 % less than the analogue. The improving of the metrological characteristics of the developed SSs has been obtained by the preliminary physical cleaning of the standard explosives from the impurities, which were taken for work. The two-fold recrystallization from acetone was used for cleaning of hexogen and ETN, the one-fold recrystallization from methanol was used for trinitrotoluene, the one-fold recrystallization of explosives from acetone in the complex with dimethylformamide (DMF) was used for octogen.
