Von Zoonosen und Vakzinen – Zur Popularisierung von Fachsprache während der Corona-Pandemie: Das Deutsche und romanische Sprachen im Vergleich

Dès le début de la pandémie de COVID-19 des termes techniques ont passé des langues de spécialité à la langue commune en un nombre jamais vu auparavant. Lors de leur entrée dans la langue commune, ces termes provenant des domaines de la virologie, de l’infectiologie et de l’épidémiologie doivent être considérés comme des néologismes. La vulgarisation ou popularisation rapide de vocabulaire médical, qui vise la communauté linguistique entière, concerne toutes les langues qui sont utilisées pour communiquer sur la pandémie. Prenant pour base des textes d’information publiés par les ministères de la santé on étudie dans cet article comment les termes spécialisés sont créés en allemand, en français, en espagnol et en portugais, comment ils deviennent productifs et à quelles conditions ils franchissent la barrière de la langue commune.

Opportunities for Qualitative Analysis of Social Media Platforms in Dietetic Research and Practice

To date, most qualitative knowledge about individual eating patterns and the food environment has been derived from traditional data collection methods, such as interviews, focus groups, and observations. However, there currently exists a large source of nutrition-related data in social media discussions that have the potential to provide opportunities to improve dietetic research and practice. Qualitative social media discussion analysis offers a new tool for dietetic researchers and practitioners to gather insights into how the public discusses various nutrition-related topics. We first consider how social media discussion data come with significant advantages including low-cost access to timely ways to gather insights from the public, while also cautioning that social media data have limitations (e.g., difficulty verifying demographic information). We then outline 3 types of social media discussion platforms in particular: (i) online news article comment sections, (ii) food and nutrition blogs, and (iii) discussion forums. We discuss how each different type of social media offers unique insights and provide a specific example from our own research using each platform. We contend that social media discussions can contribute positively to dietetic research and practice.

Review of the Сoncept new draft of the Forest code the Russian Federation of scientific council RAS on forest

The article provides a comment to the concept of the draft new Forest code of the Russian Federation from the scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on forest. One of the main positions of the Authors of the concept: lease relations are harmful for the forest and forestry of Russia, so it is necessary to develop a new Forest code of the Russian Federation. The author of the article (comment) notes that lease relations are not the main problem of the LC RF 2006, and the development of a new LC RF is not a solution to the real «forest problems» of Russia.

Origines d’Amin Maalouf : Écrire pour se reconstruire

Cet article se propose de dégager les aspects essentiels de l’écriture de Maalouf dans Origines. Nous tenterons de mettre en lumière un récit d’une trajectoire à la fois individuelle et collective. Il s’agit aussi de soulever la question de la représentation du soi dans un récit de vie : Qui suis-je ? D’où viens-je ? Cela nous conduira au but primordial de l’écrivain dans cet ouvrage : écrire pour se reconstruire. Nous verrons dans cet article comment l’écriture joue un rôle important dans la reconstruction identitaire de Maalouf. Dans ce texte, la fiction se combine avec l’écriture historique. La fiction, à son tour, joue un rôle de comblement imaginaire en l’absence d’éléments tangibles et d’archives. À travers cet ouvrage, Maalouf a pu en quelque sorte se situer, se repérer et réfléchir sur son soi et son passé.

FORMATION OF COMMUNICATION CULTURE OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE PROCESS OF GROUP WORK AT THE LESSONS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

The authors of the article comment on the difficulties of the formation of communication culture among primary school pupils from the first days of training; explain the need for such educational work by the systematic use of new educational technologies at the lessons and in extracurricular activities of primary school pupils. It is represented the psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for the formation of communication culture from the point of view of cultural and communicative approaches to the organization of the educational environment. By means of the survey of primary school pupils and their teachers, the problematic moments of the organization of group work at the lessons are revealed. The researchers present the system of educational, cognitive and communicative situations for the formation of communication culture skills in the process of group work of pupils and comment on its productivity.

“On the Edge of Siberia with Ivanov”. An Article in the Newspaper “L’Humanité”

Since May of 1926 and till December of 1928, Leon Bazalgette (1873–1928), French writer, translator, and literary critic who was a close friend of Stefan Zweig, wrote the weekly column Foreign literature in the French Communist party newspaper L’Humanité. Among the materials published in the newspaper there are articles about Soviet writers and their most famous works. The article dedicated to Vsevolod Ivanov was published on March 14, 1928, after the publication of materials about Boris Pilnyak, Lidia Seifullina, Konstantin Fedin, and before the publication of an article about Isaac Babel. In this paper we publish a translation from French of Bazalgette’s article about Ivanov. This article provides a brief outline of Ivanov's biography, which is based on his Autobiography, written for the VOX Bulletin in 1927, before his trip abroad, to France and Germany. This part of the article deals with several stages of his youth, his work in the printing house and performances in the circus, his participation in the revolutionary events in Siberia and the beginning of his writing career. To introduce the French reader to the work of Ivanov, Bazalgette chose the works of the writer of the early 1920s, united by the theme of Civil war and partisan struggle: the novella Armored Train 14-69, which was well known in Russia and was published by that time in Paris in French translation, the stories Bull of times and Child. Bazalgette highlights the main problem raised by Ivanov in these works – the cruelty and devaluation of human life in the conditions of class struggle. Analyzing the three named works of Ivanov, the author of the ar- ticle characterizes the features of his style, says about the saturation of his texts with convex, strong, unexpected and vividly outlined images. At the same time, as the author of the article notes, these three works reflect only the stage of Ivanov’s creativity, which went far ahead in his stories and novellas written by him in the middle of 1920s. The notes to the translation of Bazalgette’s article comment on the realities mentioned in the article and correct the mistakes and inaccuracies made in this article.

A Dualidade na faculdade imaginativa em Descartes

A dualidade na faculdade imaginativa em Descartes Resumo: Pretendo demonstrar neste artigo como a faculdade imaginativa pode ser ambiguamente tratada nas obras cartesianas. A partir de uma análise de suas obras metafísicas e matemáticas, notaremos uma grande diferença no tratamento dessa complexa faculdade. É de fácil percepção que a faculdade imaginativa em suas obras metafísicas não possui um destaque positivo para essa ciência. Uma das características da imaginação é a dependência do uso de imagens em seu modo de pensamento. Isso é suficiente para sua exclusão no estudo dessa ciência do intelecto puro. Deixando assim, a imaginação em suas obras metafísicas, apenas como um instrumento de sua dúvida metódica, e talvez como algum indício para um argumento da realidade de nosso próprio corpo. Divergentemente, tal modo de pensamento, desenvolvido em suas ciências matemáticas, não somente utilizam rigorosamente dessa faculdade, como são dependentes dela, vemos na geometria. La dualité dans la faculté imaginative chez Descartes Resumé: J'ai l'intention de démontrer dans cet article comment la faculté imaginative peut être traitée de manière ambiguë dans les œuvres cartésiennes. A partir d’une analyse de ses travaux métaphysiques et mathématiques, on remarquera une grande différence dans le traitement de cette faculté complexe. Il est facile de s'apercevoir que la faculté d'imagination dans ses travaux métaphysiques ne constitue pas un élément positif pour cette science. L'une des caractéristiques de l'imagination est la dépendance à l'égard de l'utilisation des images dans leur façon de penser. Cela suffit pour son exclusion dans l'étude de cette science de l'intellect pur. Laissant ainsi l'imagination dans ses œuvres métaphysiques, seulement comme instrument de son doute méthodique, et peut-être comme indice d'un argument de la réalité de notre propre corps. De manière divergente, un tel mode de pensée, développé dans ses sciences mathématiques, utilise non seulement cette faculté de manière rigoureuse, car ils endépendent, nous le voyon sen géométrie. Les espaces publics urbains toulousains au prisme de la jeunesse : modes d’appropriation, usages et fonctions

Cadre de la recherche :Les espaces publics présentent une diversité de formes et d’environnements qui peuvent être étudiés sous différents angles. La jeunesse, quant à elle, constituée d’un grand nombre de profils, est devenue un enjeu politique et social en France depuis les années 1980. Force est de constater que l’espace public de la jeunesse, ou les espaces publics, souffrent d’une vision traditionnelle qui considère la présence des jeunes comme un problème à résoudre.Objectifs :Appréhender les modes d’appropriation, usages et fonctions des espaces publics urbains toulousains de jeunes âgés de 11 à 28 ans, tel est l’objectif du présent article. Comment se définit leur relation aux espaces publics urbains ? Comment ces espaces font-ils sens pour eux ? Quelles fonctions remplissent-ils ? De quelle manière les jeunes se les approprient-ils, les investissent-ils ? Quels sont leurs usages ? Qu'est-ce qui s'y joue ?Méthodologie :Ces questions sont abordées et examinées à la lumière d’un travail de cartographie et d’observations ethnographiques qui permettent de saisir la problématique de la jeunesse et de sa place dans les espaces publics urbains. Ce présent travail est issu d’une étude commandée par la mairie de Toulouse, qui s’est déroulée entre décembre 2012 et juin 2013.Résultats :Il permet de révéler que l’ensemble du territoire de la ville est couvert par une présence jeune et que les espaces publics urbains ne sont jamais prédéfinis, mais font l’objet d’une construction sociale à laquelle les jeunes prennent part.Conclusions :Les espaces publics urbains sont, pour la jeunesse, un riche terrain d’expérimentations. Ils demeurent des espaces de socialisation et de développement de lien social au sein desquels les jeunes explorent le caractère public de la vie sociale et donnent à voir les conditions de leur visibilité.Contribution :Cet article, qui pose la question de la jeunesse, de son image, de ce que la société souhaite pour elle et qui interroge le type d’inscription institutionnelle possible dans les espaces publics urbains, concourt à l’enrichissement des réflexions concernant les politiques jeunesse.
