Each and every automobile in service or being developed in the industry is benchmarked on the basis of its efficiency in running real conditions. So in our project here we have tried to develop a complete new damper and spring setup which can be used in all sorts of suspension systems and in turn provides a feedback loop of voltage which can then be used charge the batteries and upscale the efficiency of bikes by (5-6)% & and for HUV or Sedans by (2-4)% (can even go higher) depending on the terrain. In this setup we harness the mechanical energy into electrical where earlier it was left as heat and vibrational losses. This setup is as cost effective as the earlier dampers where as providing an efficient output in minimal cost increase due to its novelty. The other Features include Electronic height adjustment & on demand suspension softness or stiffness. Over the years, the overdependence on Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) for data transmission necessitated the need for an alternate and more reliable means of communication, hence, Light Fidelity (Li-Fi). It involves the use of Light Emitting Diode to transmit data by blinking (i.e. switching them on and off) at a speed not noticeable to the eye. This paper proposed the development of the Li-Fi system using off the shelf electronic components. This would make the system an indispensable means of communication in the nearest future. This data transmission system is different from those in existence because expensive components were not in the design, invariably reducing the overall cost of the implementation. The escalating problem of obesity has become a cause of great concern in the world today as it leads to adverse effects on human health, including cardiovascular diseases, cancer etc. The major causes of obesity may be attributed to sedentary lifestyle and bad food habits. Conventional modalities to tackle obesity are not free from side-effects. Urgency of a novel, nontoxic means needs to be developed to control obesity. In this study we aim to screen the phytochemical compounds of Camellia Sinensis and evaluate its antiobesity and antioxidant effects. The methanolic extract of Camellia Sinensis was analyzed for its phytochemical screening and assayed for its in-vitro activity against pancreatic lipase, its antioxidant potential and quantitative estimation of flavonoids and phenolics were done. The methanolic extract of Camellia Sinensis strongly inhibited pancreatic lipase by 63% and it also possesses a strong antioxidant effect and there was a significant positive correlation between phenolics, flavonoids and with alkaloid contents. From these results, it could be concluded that methanolic extracts of Camellia Sinensis possesses antipancreatic lipase compounds. It also possesses antioxidant effect. It is suggested that the phytochemical compounds from there plants may be applied for the prevention and treatment of obesity or hyperlipidemia. The aim of this research work is to formulate and evaluate Levothroxine sodium immediate release tablets prepared by direct compression method . Five formulations were evaluated for different pre and post compression parameter and in vitro drug release studies.The results of pre compression parameters of formluation 1 to 5 were compared with prescribed limits. It showed that formulation 1 to 5 powder blend exhibit good flow property and compressibility property. The disintegration time of all formulation was found to be in the range 2mins 09 secsto 4mins 03 secs.Thus, based on evaluation of different parameters it was concluded that formulation of immediate release tablet Levothyroxine sodium was successfully done and F-5 showed almost 93% drug release at 45 mins in Alkaline borate buffer( pH 10). The study was aimed to formulate and evaluate Thyroid hormone (T3) immediate release tablets of a model Reference Listed Drug (RLD). The objective was to develop a cost effective immediate release tablet formulation and to optimize the formula in product development same that of the reference product. The ingredients used were API (thyroid hormone), lactose monohydrate (diluent), acacia (binder), maize starch (disintegrant), sodium chloride (alkalinizing agent) and magnesium stearate (lubricant). The concentration of maize starch and magnesium stearate were altered to reach the objective. Totally five formulations (F1 - F5) were prepared by direct compression method. The plan of work involved involved in the study was1 Selection of drug and excipients, 2Physico–chemical characterization and drug identification, 3Preformulation parameters of the drug, 4Pre–compression parameters for the tablet blend, 5Formulation and development of the tablet dosage form, 6Post compression parameters of the tablet and 7Stability study. The stability studies were performed as per ICH guidelines. Among all the formulations F5 was found to be the best as it showed better results than the other formulations. In vitro disintegration time and percentage drug release results shown satisfactory results. Stability study results showed no significant changes in the formulation. We examine how lengthy short-term memory neural networks (NNs) may be utilised to create music compositions and offer a method for doing so in this study. Bach's musical style was chosen to train the NN in order for it to make similar music works. The recommended method converts midi files to song files before encoding them as NN inputs. Before feeding the files into the NNs, they are augmented, which converts them into distinct keys, and then they are fed into the NN for training. The final phase is the creation of music. The primary purpose is to assign an arbitrary note to the NN, which it will gradually modify until it produces a good piece of music. Hand gesture is language through which normal people can communicate with deaf and dumb people. Hand gesture recognition detects the hand pose and converts it to the corresponding alphabet or sentence. In past years it received great attention from society because of its application. It uses machine learning algorithms. Hand gesture recognition is a great application of human computer interaction. An emerging research field that is based on human centered computing aims to understand human gestures and integrate users and their social context with computer systems. One of the unique and challenging applications in this framework is to collect information about human dynamic gestures. In the present scenario due to Covid-19, there are no efficient face mask detection applications which are now in high demand for transportation means, densely populated areas, residential districts, large-scale manufacturers and other enterprises to ensure safety. This system can therefore be used in real-time applications which require face-mask detection for safety purposes due to the outbreak of Covid-19. This project can be integrated with embedded systems for application in airports, railway stations, offices, schools, and public places to ensure that public safety guidelines are followed. To identify the person on image/video stream wearing face mask or not. If the person doesn’t wear a mask, the notification will be sent to the respected admin with the help of Python and deep learning algorithm by using the Convolutional Neural Network, Keras Framework and OpenCV.
