In the Yucatán península, the handicraft businesses tend to disappear when the master craftsman dies, losing these family type companies. According with researches applied by Santos y Barroso (2016), point out that the 66% of the companies are run by handicraft woman, who preserve their customs, traditions and handicraft heritage. This document aims to appreciate the importance of the women in the preservation of the companies dedicated to the production and commercialization of the Jipi-Japa hat in the mayan area from Calkiní, in order to know the strengths and weaknesses of these companies for the export to European Markets. The research proposal was mixed and it was carried out in the four mayan localities: Tankuche, Bécal, Santa Cruz ex-Hacienda y San Nicólas from the municipality of Calkiní, in the state of Campeche, in two phases: Phase 1.- Internal analysis of the handicraft’s companies. Phase 2.- External analysis of the handicraft´s companies through key informants. The results point out that even when the woman has an important leading role in this activity, there is a significant decrease in their number; which indicates, that the new generations do not see the handicraft production attractive perhaps because of the work it implies and the low remuneration, putting at risk the generation of jobs derived from this activity; For this reason, it is urgent to implement strategies in the production and commercialization of the hat that help to strengthen this activity and prevent its extinction.

This article presents the formal representation of the sale and purchase transaction process that occurs in electronic commerce (e-Commerce). E-Commerce is an area of study that has acquired a marked interest in recent times. A direct transaction between provider and consumer is analyzed with two variants of the resulting model that follows the criteria considered from a representation of conceptual maps. The conceptual map resembles a graph, with labels of concepts associated with the nodes and labels, of connectors between concepts, associated with the arcs. The description of the process, using conceptual maps, is accompanied by a narrative of events. Conceptual maps are used because they are a resource that facilitates the presentation of complex processes and gives way to their formalization. Formalizing a process is convenient because it enables its subsequent analysis, modification, improvement, control, and/or monitoring. The previous formal representation consists of a graph and a series of equations derived from the narrative sequence of the conceptual map.

This document presents the results obtained from the study conducted in order to know which were the most frequently applied strategies in the companies of Poza Rica, Veracruz, Mexico, to which a strategic plan was developed as part of academic projects carried out by students of the Business Management Engineering career, considering as axis the subject of Strategic Management of the academic program of the National Technology of Mexico with key AED-1035, during the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. The objective of the study is to identify the strategies that are most frequently presented, and in this way, help entrepreneurs to have a reference of the areas that are more susceptible to analyze in their companies. The study consisted of classifying the strategies by areas, based on the existing theoretical framework in this regard, resulting in that the strategies that appear most frequently are financial, marketing, processes and human resources, and some less frequent ones called others.

For companies today it is necessary to have an avant-garde competitiveness, which can adapt to any activity to be undertaken by companies, that is why the internal organizational communication, applicable to the home office, seeks through the viability of the design of an organizational communication plan in the small digital company, obtain greater control and management of internal communication by employees, thereby strengthening the relationship of employees and their corporate culture. A case study is applied, through which the methodology established for this research is distinguished, initially giving a guideline to the previous analysis, problems of time management, staff needs to communicate, interview results and survey to build a benchmarking analysis matrix, as well as the development and implementation of a communication plan. The contribution that this work, is the efficiency of communication through the optimal use of communication technologies (ICT).

Within the organizations we work with the personnel in the different areas, who are the core part so that the Company can offer its products or services, in the course of work as human beings we face many problems with the personnel that we interact for not manage our emotions in our work and social environment, causing our environment to become chaos and affect the company or organization where we work. Through Emotional Capital, personal performance, communication and therefore the work environment cab be optimized. The staff will not fear being fired from their job but will fell part of it and will be motivated by working and this will reduce absenteeism and will be motivate by working, and this will reduce absenteeism and turnover. Another result is to increase people’s selfe-steem, which will be reflected in their attitudes because they will have a positive trend. The development of products destined to cover specific needs plays an important role when it is possible to have feedback, in terms of functionality, on the part of the final user for the consolidation of the product. Seeking such consolidation and identifying opportunities for improvement, in this paper a redesign was made based on specific criteria to align the manufacturing to mass production. The following premises were raised: 1) validation of the de-sign proposal; 2) comparative and operational analysis; 3) geometry optimization for weight and production cost reduction. This paper proposes a new design of the drawbar body of a tractor (case study) and the theoretical framework is established taking the bases of the concurrent engineering to define and characterize the final architecture configuration. Is reported the methodology used for the development of this research and the results obtained by finite element analysis for architecture optimization. Finally, are presented the defined strategies for aligning manufacturing to production.

The current Mexican market for the production and assembly of toys (Pull back car) demands ever higher productivity, quality, cost and delivery rates, complying with defined production requirements, as the market is becoming larger and of course competitive. For their part, companies have the need to continually launch new models to stay competitive. The current procedure is based on project management through a recognized procedure in the sector, such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), based on the implementation of a series of key management tools for DNP. The research carried out characterized the current context of toys for the development of new parts in the local toy sector of the Meccano company, in the Huauchinango Puebla region. An operational model proposal is made for the Pull back car toy assemblers, in order to improve performance in the activities of the Meccano company.

The objective of this research is to analyze the level of functionality of the management of micro and small companies directed by women, through evaluating their processes with a systemic approach, which is composed as inputs of the variables inputs of the process, system processes and system results. The study included a representative sample of 327 companies. The information was collected through an instrument that includes 109 items on a five-level Likert-type scale applied by 180 students, previously trained for the application, as well as for data capture on a digital platform. The validation of the information generated in these two activities was validated by the present authors. Specifically, the variable with the best performance is production-operation (process) with a value of 4.2, where it is reflected that companies focus on the quality of their products, taking care of delivery times, as well as satisfaction of customers. On the other hand, the variable scope in sales is the one that shows the largest area of opportunity with a value of 3.0, this has to do with the expansion of sales outside its local sphere.

The objective of this research was to find the digital profile that MSMEs need in generation z, for their work immersion in industry 4.0. The main contribution was to identify the digital profiles that are required in MSMEs, preparing a description of what youn people of generation Z are like today and what are their possibilities of immersion in industry 4.0. The methodology used was qualitative though focus groups to entrepreneurs and young people of generation z. The dimensions used were taken from the theory of García Ávila (2017) and Epstein, Nisbet and Gillespie (2011). Five dimensions were worked on and an interpretation was made through hermeneutics and with a comparative analysis of interpretation, polarization and word cloud to from the research results. In the analysis obtained, it was noted that there is a new awareness of the use of technology despite the real failures of the country's telecommunications. The digital use of generation z is imminent, but its resources and use are not adequate for a proper work immersion. In general, there is a lack of total planning in the use of technologies and their potential.
