In this proposed search, a new technique was applied as an attempt to detect texture and the edges of a test image for mobile, lines drawn on a draft paper. Then was applied traditional spatial filters such as Sobel and Canny, comparison between them, and proposed method to detect the line edge and texture for the same image were applied. The results were that the detection method using the Canny filter showed more visual information and better accuracy than the Sobel spatial filter method, and when using the proposed technique, it gaves more information about the texture of the paper and more accurate results than the Canny filter, which was unable to detect the texture of the image.

The main aim of this draft paper is to discuss the progress towards Industry 4.0 in organizations, through the lenses of management tools utilization. Our discussion is based on the cognitions that management tools support organizational working under Industry 4.0 circumstances. According to the management tools utilization we argue about the level of Industry 4.0 implementation in organizations. Based on the current level of management tools utilization, it is evident that in the forefront are management tools, which are not tightly associated with supporting organizational working under Industry 4.0 circumstances, like outsourcing, benchmarking, knowledge management, etc, while commonly emphasized management tools for supporting organizational working under Industry 4.0 circumstances, are not in the forefront of use, like lean production, RFID, six-sigma, etc. Results allow us to argue that organizations are at the early stages of Industry 4.0 implementation in organizations. The paper offers some possible reasons for such state. This paper should also trigger questions, how to increase the level of Industry 4.0 implementation in organizations.

Literary Tourism is a part of Cultural Tourism, and relates to the concepts of Heritage and Cultural Tourism. Expert and scientific articles outside Slovenia can provide case studies that show the importance of Literary Tourism. The following paper draft is talking about Literary and Cultural Tourism and their connection. We are also representing the famous writer Alma Maximiliana Karlin, who was born in Celje and spent the last years of her life back in Celje. Alma Maximiliana Karlin was a famous world traveller, poet and collector. She was born in 1889 in Celje and died in 1950, also in Celje. When she was thirteen years old Karlin went through hard orthopaedic operations and began to overcome her pain with the study of laungages. For the purpose of this draft paper we visited Celje, which was Alma´s birthplace, and an exhibtion of Alma Maximiliana Karlin which talks about her life and travelling around the world. The exhibition is located in Celje Regional Museum.

Purpose As researchers are writing a draft paper with incomplete structure or text, one of burdensome tasks is to deliberate about which references should be cited for one sentence or paragraph of this draft. In view of the rapid increase in the number of research papers, researchers desire to figure out a better way to do citation recommendations in developing their draft papers. The purpose of this paper is to propose citation recommendation algorithms that enable the acquisition of relevant citations for research papers that are still at the drafting stage. This study attempts to help researchers to select appropriate references among the vast amount of available papers and make draft papers complete in reference citation. Design/methodology/approach This study adopts a model for recommending citations for incomplete drafts. Four algorithms are proposed in this study. The first and second algorithms are unsupervised models, applying term frequency-inverse document frequency and WordNet technologies, respectively. The third and fourth algorithms are based on the second algorithm to integrate different weight adjustment strategies to improve performance. Findings The proposed recommendation method adopts three techniques, including using WordNet to transform vector and setting adjustment weights according to structural factors and the information completeness degree, to generate citation recommendation for incomplete drafts. The experiments show that all these three techniques can significantly improve the recommendation accuracy. Originality/value None of the methods employed in previous studies can recommend articles as references for incomplete drafts. This paper addresses the situation that a draft paper can be incomplete either in structure or text or both. Recommended references, however, can be still generated and inserted into any desired sentence of the draft paper.

The purpose of this draft paper is to empirically examine the role of concern for economic results for shaping corporate social responsibility in Lithuania and Slovenia. Results are based on 80 answers of students from Lithuania and 101 answers of students from Slovenia. Results reveal that Slovenian students on average show significantly higher concern for corporate social responsibility, as well as for economic results, than their Lithuanian counterparts. Similarly in both countries, students perceive or-ganizations concern to pay the full financial cost of using energy and natural resources as most signif-icant factor shaping corporate social responsibility. Findings are important for practitioners and for academia, which get insight into the perception of corporate social responsibility of their future em-ployees.
