Abstract The article discusses the current state of technologies for automated machine learning. The development trends and the nature of the distribution model - MLaaS - are defined. There is highlighted a number of problems of automating the machine learning process, such as: excessive simplification and specialization of tools, vagueness of implemented processes, lack of flexibility in the infrastructure hardware, using closed algorithms. As a partial or complete solution to them, we have proposed the architecture, consisting of separate modules: models, hybridizer, learning algorithms module, testing module, user support module, and a theoretical framework. The main feature of the given architecture is its modularity, transparency and encapsulation of components. Each module is described as a separate element, implemented as an independent microservice. The paper describes the benefits of applying the given approach to the implementation of automated machine learning systems, the need to implement the given or similar standards. For each of the modules, its purposes, the tasks it solves and the implemented functionality, as well as the data necessary for the functioning and their sources are described. A general diagram showing the flows of information exchange between modules is presented. The main scenarios for the resulting system operation, as well as ways of interacting with it and the result of its operation - the generated model - are described.

By the end of the 20th century, the most common and traditional paper and pencil tests (PBT) were faced with an increasing set of difficulties and drawbacks. Proceed and meet the measurement and evaluation needs of the 21st century; it is mandatory to have radical and qualitative changes. The accelerating pace of technological innovation in Education shows a clear path to computer-based testing, which offers a more engaging and innovative testing environment, as well as the ability to obtain instant results and feedback, the use of dynamic, multimedia learning objects (LO), and the implementation of adaptive, individualized assessment approaches. In this sense, this paper presents an adaptive formative assessment framework in which test adaptation is based on multiple criteria. The presented system bases its adaptation on the test takers' proficiency, schemata, desirable learning goal, cognitive level, and learning style. The main objective of this paper is to discuss the value of the adaptive testing system. Therefore, it presents the design and implementation of the system and the adaptive rules employed.

The article presents description, advantages, and use of the Achievement Testing Software (ATS) developed by the authors – the teaching staff of the Military Diplomatic Academy named after Yevheniy Bereznyak – for cadets’ achievement testing in the educational process of higher military educational institutions. The authors prove the necessity of the ATS introduction into the educational process of such institutions due to the inability of existing computer testing software to fully satisfy their needs (high costs of technical maintenance, closed exit codes, and constant reliance on the Internet connection making it impossible to provide sensitive information security). Unlike other systems, the ATS is a reliable instrument of military educational control, capable of operating off-line. It was developed based on fundamental works in test theory, measurement and evaluation by Ukrainian and foreign scholars. It can be widely used for different types of achievement testing in higher military educational institutions: classroom; entrance or summative; and in any type of military course. The ATS rational use allows saving learning time and teachers’ effort, simultaneous engagement of many cadets in the training process, as well as objective measurement and evaluation through its automation. The ATS also provides capabilities of control over the educational process which allow curricula correction due to the constant feedback from cadets. Basically, the ATS performs two interrelated functions: test development and editing (by teachers); and academic achievement measuring (by cadets through the developed test items). The system can be easily installed on personal computers with Windows XP Professional SP2 operational system. The article describes in greater detail the procedure of operating in two modules: the Teacher’s Module and the Testing Module. Here, the ATS provides a user-friendly menu that can be easily navigated by pressing on buttons and selecting necessary options according to the instructions. The test entrance is password-protected, the test is encrypted, and the test score can be quickly viewed by cadets and teachers immediately after its completion. The ATS efficiency was proved through an experiment involving cadets of the Military Diplomatic Academy named after Yevheniy Bereznyak by demonstrating improvement in their performance.

The work the results of using the developed electronic textbook on physics for organizing the independent work of secondary school students is analyzed. The possibilities of an electronic textbook are shown, the advantages of using the textbook in the learning process are noted. For the development of the electronic textbook, the C# programming language was used in the Microsoft Visual Studio software environment. The main idea of developing an electronic textbook is the relationship between theoretical teaching and practical skills. The electronic textbook provides two modes of operation: training mode and control mode, thus the electronic textbook contains a block of theoretical material and a module for interactive testing of students' knowledge. The theoretical material of the textbook has been developed in accordance with the standard curriculum for the subject “Physics”. The interactive testing module includes standard physical problems of different degrees of complexity, as well as practice-oriented problems on physics. A set of practice-oriented problems has been developed, the use of which in the process of teaching physics will allow to ensure the formation of students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, to prepare students for practical activities. The main advantage of an electronic textbook is interactivity. The novelty of the development of an electronic textbook is implementation in accordance with a new approach aimed at shaping students' knowledge about the practical applications of physics and developing their practical skills.

This article briefly presents how the StereoMV mathematical software is designed and used. It consists of five modules: interface, stereoscopic visualization, stereometry, training module and knowledge testing module. The stereoscopic system is research-oriented and designed for the presented modules. The purpose of the system is to allow students to control, observe and manipulate geometric shapes in space. StereoMV is part of a dissertation on the following topic: “Stereoscopic Training System”. A new boundary method, created by the author of the system, is used to generate geometric shapes. This method takes part in the generation of a circle by means of a quadratic Bézier curve using three control points. The use of the matrix calculus, which plays a role in the generation of geometric shapes and the performance of transformations, is of particular importance in the development of the system.

Abstract Background: Recent years, PET/CT equipment has played an increasingly important role in the medical field, and its quality control and evaluation requirements have become more stringent. Correspondingly, the performance testing phantom used for PET/CT quality control needs to be upgraded and optimized to meet the requirement of equipment imaging quality testing. The commonly used NEMA IEC Body performance testing phantom has the defects that it cannot detect micro-lesion and cannot measure CT performance parameters. This article proposes a NIM PET/CT phantom capable of simultaneously testing the performance of PET and CT equipment, and evaluates its imaging quality. Methods: Compared with the NEMA IEC Body phantom, the PET performance testing module in the phantom has new balls with inner diameters of 4mm and 7mm. Combined with the CT performance testing module, it can be used for both PET and CT performance testing. The 28mm and 37mm balls are filled with pure water as a cold stove, and the remaining balls are filled with F-FDG solution as a hot stove. The activity concentration ratio of the hot ball to the background is 4:1. This study compares the imaging results of the NIM PET/CT phantom and the NEMA IEC Body phantom to verify its effectiveness; compares the imaging results of 3 different brands of PET/CT on the NIM phantom to verify that it is on different equipment The generalization ability of the system; apply PSF and TOF technology to the reconstruction algorithm and compare the improvement of the image quality; finally, the accuracy of the CT low-contrast module and the uniformity of the background are verified. Results: The imaging quality of the NIM PET/CT phantom and the NEMA IEC Body phantom is relatively consistent. The NIM phantom under different types of PET/CT scans can detect 7mm balls without affecting the imaging quality of other areas, which is better The device can detect 4mm small balls, which can clearly classify the ability of different devices to present images of small lesions; the integration of PSF technology into the reconstruction algorithm significantly improves the image resolution and hot bulb contrast, but the edges of the lesions are still blurred , TOF technology improves the detection limit of the equipment and improves the overall quality of the image. PSF&TOF technology combines the advantages of the two, significantly reducing image noise and strengthening image details, so that the image quality has been comprehensively improved; the measurement in the CT module The result is consistent with the true value, and the relative error is within ±5%. The CT value transition between the background and pure water area is smooth, and the background uniformity is good. Conclusion: NIM PET/CT Phantom and NEMA IEC Body phantom are comparability, and the former includes all the functions of the latter. In addition, the phantom can meet the testing requirement of different grades of PET/CT.
