Military logistics - from military sciences for the science of management and quality

Pomimo dynamicznych zmian zachodzących wewnątrz sił zbrojnych, jak i w ich otoczeniu zewnętrznym istota poznania i obszary zainteresowania logistyki wojskowej pozostają od lat praktycznie niezmienne. Współczesny, interdyscyplinarny charakter logistyki wojskowej jest wypadkową jej długoletniej ewolucji, przebiegającej na przestrzeni lat w ramach wielu dyscyplin naukowych, spośród których prym wiodły: nauki wojskowe, nauki techniczne, zarządzanie, ekonomia czy kwalitologia. Szerokie spektrum tzw. pól problemowych logistyk wojskowej warunkuje ich rozpatrywanie na płaszczyźnie wielu dyscyplin w ujęcie interdyscyplinarnym. Obecnie wiele argumentów wskazuje jednak na to, że dyscyplina nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości w wymiarze epistemologicznym i ontologicznym wykazuje najściślejsze związki poznawcze z przedmiotem badań logistyki wojskowej. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja i ocena ewolucji logistyki wojskowej postrzeganej jako specjalności nauk wojskowych oraz nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości. Podjęty do rozwiązania problem badawczy został sprecyzowany w następującej postaci: Jaki wpływ na współczesny, interdyscyplinarny wymiar logistyki wojskowej wywarła jej ewolucja od nauk wojskowych do nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości? W materiale wykorzystano szereg metod, wśród których wiodące były: analiza i synteza, kwerenda literatury przedmiotu, abstrahowanie oraz wnioskowanie. Jako metodę empiryczną wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego z użyciem techniki wywiadu eksperckiego. Przyjęte podejście umożliwiło uzyskanie przekrojowego charakteru rozważań, dając jednocześnie podstawy do dalszych, poszerzonych badań tego niezwykle istotnego oraz aktualnego problemu.

An Improved Clustering Using by Likely Attributable Function and Informed Selection in WSN for Science of Management and Engineering

Wireless sensors networks (WSNs) are traditionally composed of large number of tiny homogenous sensors nodes connected through a wireless network that gather data to be treated locally or relayed to the sink node through multi-hop wireless transmission. The low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol is one of the Famous protocols used in the wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The LEACH protocol in wireless sensor network suffers from many Bugs and many researchers proposed different methods to mitigate them. In this paper, we propose two ideas in a format for improving leach protocol. For Cluster head selection we used a Likely Attributable Function that in this function used from a factor. This factor that we called the informed selection factor helps to farther nodes not selection for cluster head. This significantly decreases the energy consumption and increases the lifetime of associated nodes. Simulation is conducted in using MATLAB results are analyzed for energy consumption.

The Rationale of the Administrative Thought of ALI BIN ABI TALIB and Administrative Schools (A Comparative Study)

These schools relied on the use of various hypotheses or theories that sought to develop a knowledge structure of management that could contribute to solving administrative problems, especially at the end of the nineteenth century, which witnessed the development of management science through scientists and eggheads.Moreover there was an odd experience at the level of administration and governance, revealing the unique mentality of Ali in management, in the legal, comprehensive and humanitarian ones, which printed the terms of his reign to Malik - decibel and companion of Ali - some related to economic matters political, social issues deal with the duties and functions of the ruler and relations between the ruler and the parish.We concluded that the management materials provided by all known administrative schools testify unequivocally to the thought of Ali, addressing the administration from the perspective of building the land on the basis of justice, efficiency and equity. Therefore, we consider that venerable scholars, whatever their religion, creed or race, are just witnesses to the correctness, validity and comprehensiveness of Ali's thought, not only in the twenty-first century, but we can say objectively as a testimony to all ages.

Environmental turn in running the rural territories: new social technologies of administration

Global warm-up makes the political agenda on highest levels. However, the science should make itself publicly heard, and not in the part of fundamental studies of nature only, but in the part of social science and social research of administrative tools as well. We offer three circles of quest that attract numerous scholars in the science of management and administration touching the context of complementing new ecological imperatives in running the rural territories: (1) the relevance of new environmental mentality to practical principles of existing rural administrations, (2) the communication challenges, opportunities, and risks in introducing new qualitative criteria into existing social technologies, which dominate modern rural administration patterns, (3) the importance of alternative in technological development of modern rural territories with a high agrarian overload, including the managing of alternative energy introduction, and trial of unprecedented technological schemes.

The importance of this study stems from the fact that it will shed light on the importance of ethics and its effective role in the success and progress of the science of management in general and the management of business in particular.
