This chapter engages with the spatial politics of aesthetics in the Parisian suburbs of Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil. It examines how JR’s street art brings into view the lines of tension informing neighbourhood change. Firstly, the chapter explores how urban aesthetics have become important to gentrification analysis and looks at the commodification of socially engaged aesthetic practices via the “creative cities” ethos. In the subsequent sections, the chapter introduces a relational reading of JR’s artistic practice in “Clichy- Montfermeil.” The central questions guiding the enquiries are as follows: What can street art tell us about the antagonisms shaping processes of speculation in these towns? What can its aesthetic presence reveal about shifts in spatial imaginaries that are disarticulating the banlieues as “deviant,” “no-go zone” to rearticulate them “as a hunting ground for seasoned investors” (Clerima 2019)?

AbstractIt has been argued that non-relativistic quantum mechanics is the best hunting ground for genuine examples of metaphysical indeterminacy. Approaches to metaphysical indeterminacy can be divided into two families: meta-level and object-level accounts. It has been shown (Darby in Australasian Journal of Philosophy 88(2):27–245, 2010. 10.1080/00048400903097786; Skow in Philosophical Quarterly 60(241):851–858, 2010) that the most popular version of the meta-level accounts, namely the metaphysical supervaluationism proposed by Barnes and Williams (Oxford Studies in Metaphysics, Oxford University Press, Oxford, pp 103–148, 2011), fails to deal with quantum indeterminacy. Such a fact has been taken by many as a challenge to adapt supervaluationism to quantum cases. In this paper, I will focus on the very last of these attempts, i.e. the situation semantics account proposed by Darby and Pickup (Synthese 1–26, 2019). After having shown where quantum indeterminacy arises and having surveyed the assumptions endorsed by the participants of the debate, I turn to Darby and Pickup’s proposal. I argue that, despite the machinery introduced, their account still fails to account for quantum indeterminacy. After considering some possible counterarguments, I suggest in the conclusion that one can plausibly extend the argument to those meta-level approaches that treat quantum indeterminacy as worldly indecision.

The aim of this paper was to investigate and compare the value of morpho-metric parameters of antlers and the total score of 1175 roe deer trophies from nine hunting ground on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The largest average length of the antlers was recorded in the hunting ground "Takovo" and it is 27.7 cm. We notice that the largest mass of antlers was measured in the hunting ground "Barajevska reka", which is 572 g. The smallest volume of antlers in roe deer was measured in the hunting ground "Krilaš" which is 15 cm³, then the hunting ground "Gučevo" where recorded volume of antlers was 18 cm³. The highest average value of the range of antlers of 12.62 cm is found in roe deer shot in the hunting ground "Mojsinjske planine" with the maximum recorded range of antlers of 19 cm and the minimum of 6.9 cm. Roe deer shot in the hunting ground "Takovo" had the lowest average grade of the trophy, only 62.23 CIC points.

The analysis performed in this study focused on the hunting management of wild boar in the hunting ground "Dulenska reka", as well as on the impact of knowledge of the species and its monitoring in the field, which can lead to an incredible difference in hunting management The aim of this study was to analyze wild boar management and determine the differences between the variables used to calculate population dynamics. For the purposes of the analysis, data from planning documents and professional literature were used, and the calculations of population dynamics were performed in Excel. The results indicate that the number of wild boar in the hunting ground is increasing, and the consequence of different sizes in the calculations of population dynamics as well as the mismatch of planned and realized shooting can be the reasons that directly affect population growth.

In the territory of Vojvodina, there are numerous hunting grounds that are in the ranks of the most elite hunting grounds in Serbia and the wider region. One of them is the hunting ground "Karađorđevo". The aim of the study was to determine what are the characteristics of the hunting destination and elements of the hunting tourism product that are important to hunting tourist when going on a journey. The goal was to determine how much the hunting tourists are satisfied with their hunting experience in this hunting area. The results showed that the most important was the quality of the hunting organization, and the least significant were additional contents of tourist animation. The natural resources of the area are the elements that hunters were most satisfied with. Respondents are less satisfied with the quality of accommodation and are least satisfied with the complementary tourist offer.

Currently, the tenant of a hunting ground is contractually liable for game damage regardless of fault. Although the tenant of a shoot can make efforts to limit game damage, he is never released from his liability. This liability concept has been practised for decades and has hardly been questioned so far. Since the majority of the German hunting community are hobby hunters, private individuals are liable with their assets for entrepreneurial damages in agriculture and forestry. Increasingly intensive management thus leads to a potentially escalating liability risk. Dominik Groß examines possible solutions de lege lata and de lege ferenda.

In the early 1540s, King Francis I commissioned Benvenuto Cellini to design a bronze portal for the Porte Dorée at Fontainebleau. It consisted of a tympanum depicting the ‘Nymph of Fontainebleau’ in a forest setting. The imagery revived the foundation myth of Fontainebleau as a bountiful hunting ground and water source. Although it was never completed, Cellini’s design presented the forest beyond the doors as a recreational space for the varied motions of the hunting ritual and the palace behind the doors as a space for the more choreographed ambulatory motion of guided diplomatic tours. This essay explores the complementarity in the staging of interior and exterior as zones of visual and somatic pleasure.

A cikk értelmezni igyekszik a pandémiás helyzet okozta karantén oktatási környezetét. Egyfelől bemutatja annak jellemzőit, különösképpen visszásságait, amikor digitális bevándorlók kerülnek a digitális bennszülöttek „vadászterületére”. Másfelől igyekszik számba venni a digitális oktatás hátulütőit. The article seeks to interpret the educational environment of quarantine caused by a pandemic situation. On the one hand, it presents the characteristics, especially the anomalies of digital immigrants entering the “hunting ground” of digital natives. On the other hand, it seeks the setbacks of digital education.

Red deer, roe deer, and wild boar belong to a group of large game and are the most common species of game in the hunting area in Eastern Croatia. The research was conducted by the company hunting staff in the Osijek-Baranja County, area of Kućanci in the interval from 2008 to 2018. Knowing the number of wildlife in the hunting area is the base for establishing growth and planning shootings. It is important to keep the balance in the hunting ground to avoid transmission and spreading of diseases and reduce traffic accidents as well as vehicle and wildlife damages. Given the fact that populations of large game have great importance in Croatia, the main objective of the study was to determine population trends of red deer, roe deer, and wild boar in the hunting ground in Eastern Croatia in 2008 – 2018.
