2019: it was a joint decision of the journal’s Editorial Board, to change the language from Greek to English. The Greek language is the language that is appreciated and recognized internationally as the language with an amazing and unique wealth. This change has one purpose and that is, to OPEN “out of borders”, a movement that will provide and secure opportunities of international prospect.Three years ago, in 2015, we decided to publish the HEALTH and RESEARCH JOURNAL, with the aim of publishing all MSc dissertations of postgraduate students. Today we believe that this goal needs to be modified. The journal, besides the Master's Program "Intensive Care Units" (which is the main publisher), collaborates and supports the Master's Program of “Clinical and Experimental Neurosurgery”, the Master's Program of “Hellenic Society for Ergospirometry, Exercise and Rehabilitation” and the “Hellenic Society of Nursing Research and Education” which is the co-publisher. The road has already been opened and in the near future our journal will collaborate with the National Documentation Center, which will give new prospect. We hope that this change will receive the acceptance and consent we expect. Value, reliability and scientific approach depend on the entire scientific community that will decide to participate by publishing their manuscripts. We hope the new year to bring something new to HEALTH and RESEARCH JOURNAL and to make it equal to many remarkable and reputable scientific journals.Happy New Year with peace, health and scientific achievements. The Editorial Board

Irrespective of the healthcare delivery mechanisms that have endured to this day, consumers expect value in their healthcare, which implies high quality, reasonable cost, and an excellent patient experience. Physicians will need to not only participate in effecting this change, but also lead it, or risk losing credibility as a patient's most critical healthcare advocate. In anticipation of these needs, Lancaster General Health (LG Health) embarked on a unique, decade-long physician leadership development journey that culminated in the graduation of 21 physicians and administrators from St. Joseph's Haub School of Business Executive MBA program. Collectively, the group constitutes a priceless network of professionals who are helping to lead healthcare change in their community.

Consumers spend more time shopping and expect value-added options like backgroundmelodious songs, ample car parking, good ambience, prayer halls and rest rooms. The mainconcern is whether these facilities prolong consumers stay in the store and increase businesssales. This research article is about the relationship between the background music tempo andthe duration of consumers’ stay in the stores. Data from 177 respondents were received andanalyzed. The results show that the tempo of music is significantly affecting the emotionalstate of the consumers; fast tempo music increasing the pleasure and arousal levels. Slowtempo music has consumers stay longer in restaurants and supermarkets. However, the tempoof music does not play a significant role in manipulating the duration consumers spend in abook store and apparel shop. Keywords: Background Music; Arousal; Consumer Behavior; Shopping Experience; Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Model.

Mankinds of the 21st century are seeking for qualitative matters. They can't be satisfied only with the normal service; they expect value added service i.e. qualitative service. To cope the customer's satisfaction, almost all sectors are enhancing their performance and service delivery system using the information technology. Digitization of cadastral map is very essential for providing effective, reliable and qualitative cadastral services. Having the digitized cadastral maps and GIS database we can have a lot of advantages related to storage, management, retrieval, analysis, dissemination, update as well as IT enabled effective and reliable cadastral service delivery. In the present context of being scarcity of conventional instruments, ammonia paper and other accessories, it is crucial to enroll into this process and modernize land information in order to run with time, technology and international community.Nepalese Journal on Geoinformatics -13, 2014, Page: 42-50

Today, more than ever, citizens expect value formoney, not only from their elected representatives, but also from the laws and regulations passed to protect them. As the European economy faces continued challenges and limited economic growth, citizens rely on policy-makers to encourage innovation and stimulate growth and jobs. This requires flexible legislation which fosters start-ups, encourages SMEs during those early days, but which also simultaneously maintains the high levels of consumer health and safety that they have become accustomed to.Public accountability is also increasing – and rightly so. Citizens don't just want legislation that delivers – they alsowant transparency and open dialogue. They want decision-makers to explain why certain policy choices weremade over others, and what benefits they can expect fromsuch choices. This requirement for information must also be seen against a backdrop of increasing demands on consumers’ time and a tendency to deal in “twitterati” style soundbites. This often results in consumers feeling the need for analysis and validation of information via a third party, sometimes a journalist, sometimes anNGOor government agency.

ABSTRACT Brucella abortus is the etiological agent of brucellosis, a disease that affects bovines and human. We generated DNA random sequences from the genome of B. abortus strain 2308 in order to characterize molecular targets that might be useful for developing immunological or chemotherapeutic strategies against this pathogen. The partial sequencing of 1,899 clones allowed the identification of 1,199 genomic sequence surveys (GSSs) with high homology (BLAST expect value < 10−5) to sequences deposited in the GenBank databases. Among them, 925 represent putative novel genes for the Brucella genus. Out of 925 nonredundant GSSs, 470 were classified in 15 categories based on cellular function. Seven hundred GSSs showed no significant database matches and remain available for further studies in order to identify their function. A high number of GSSs with homology toAgrobacterium tumefaciens and Rhizobium meliloti proteins were observed, thus confirming their close phylogenetic relationship. Among them, several GSSs showed high similarity with genes related to nodule nitrogen fixation, synthesis of nod factors, nodulation protein symbiotic plasmid, and nodule bacteroid differentiation. We have also identified severalB. abortus homologs of virulence and pathogenesis genes from other pathogens, including a homolog to both the Shda gene fromSalmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium and the AidA-1 gene from Escherichia coli. Other GSSs displayed significant homologies to genes encoding components of the type III and type IV secretion machineries, suggesting that Brucella might also have an active type III secretion machinery.

We study tandem ordering of constant-service stations with unlimited buffers where service at each station adds a certain value to the job. With the goal of minimizing the total expect value of the jobs in the system, we provide conditions under which some particular orderings are optimal and describe a heuristic that finds a near-optimal order for stations of arbitrary service lengths and added values.
