This article discusses possible ways to improve the system of comprehensive prevention of violations of customs legislation, provided for by the Development Strategy of the customs service of the Russian Federation until 2030. Ways to improve the system of comprehensive prevention of violations of customs legislation are qualitative increase in the level of legal literacy of all participants in customs legal relations; development of interactive services for interaction of customs authorities with participants in customs legal relations to clarify issues related to compliance with mandatory requirements and resolve complex legal situations; ensuring information openness and electronic accessibility of mechanisms for pre-trial (out-of-court) dispute settlement. The author considers the possible implementation of each element aimed at improving the comprehensive prevention of violations of mandatory requirements using digital technologies. The article notes that prevention in general and prevention of violations of the requirements of customs legislation in particular is of great importance in the normal functioning of the state and society. The author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to provide for the remote possibility of consulting in electronic form. It would be especially relevant to conduct remote consultation in the context of a pandemic. A remote method of obtaining advice on customs matters and other issues related to the competence of customs authorities in electronic form would have a number of advantages, such as saving time, efficiency, convenience for foreign trade participants. The article notes that a number of state bodies provide consulting services in electronic form. As an example, we can cite the tax authorities. Currently, digital technologies are widely implemented in the activities of customs authorities, which made it possible to transfer the interaction of customs and business into electronic form, automate a number of customs operations, and reduce the costs of participants in foreign economic activity.

Technology has become an essential element in today's digital life. The way users interact with different business services is changing thanks to Augmented Reality (AR), and the use of this technology in handhelds is gaining importance nowadays. Public and private organizations cannot be left behind, and they should strive to meet the demand for interactive services with AR. Through this review, we identified four potential major barriers to AR implementation, three of which were present in actual applications. We found that these barriers were similar across areas and that they were mainly related to the technology itself rather than to user interaction. For each of the barriers, we present a list of possible solutions or enablers that can help overcome the detected limitations.

In the present technical era, we are extremely dependent on technological applications such as internet, multimedia, social media, home automation, industrial automation, medical instrumentation, web technology so on and so forth. Moreover, as a backbone such applications are supporting the research related to science and technology in turn. There are certain technologies for example Wireless Sensor Network, IOTs, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing etc., working behind these applications as unseen hands. Nowadays in all these facilities, there is much more advancement and high demand for real-time applications to serve interactive services. Such necessities enforce the technologies to upgrade themselves to their next level. As such, in WSN, the existing Operating Systems also should upgrade interms of different concerns such as memory management, scheduling techniques, power supply scarcity issues and overall efficient utilization of available limited resources. In this regard, here is an attempt to improvise TinyOS, which is the popular OS for WSN and IOT. The survey on WSN applications reveals, what sort of improvisations are necessary to fulfill the requirements of varieties of applications. In that direction, for more efficient scheduling of tasks based on the situation, new technique is required. Being the best OS for low power devices of WSN and IOT, TinyOS hinders to support many application those need different type of scheduling than FCFS, which is the only scheduling technique for TinyOS. Hence, Integration of new Priority arbiter as a first step of main scheduler improvisation is the essence of this paper.

The article discusses the possibility of using gaming technologies in the modern educational process as effective ways of forming self-control and developing the creative potential of students, as well as organizing the educational process at mathematics lessons. The aims and characteristics of educational gaming technologies such as edutainment and gamification are considered. Game technologies have the following metrics: mechanics, aesthetics, dynamics and social interaction. Attention is paid to various educational interactive services (Learnis, Smart Suite) that allow to gamify the lesson. The characteristics and capabilities of each service are considered. The services allow to create tasks of different types: quests, quizzes, games. Services for the gamification have tools for working in real time and tools for assessing student performance.

As a result of interactive and immersive technologies such as augmented reality, almost every service business has changed their ways of engaging with consumers. However, there has been little research on acceptance and use of wearable augmented reality (AR) in interactive services in museums and art galleries. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationships among customers’ beliefs, evaluation, attitudes, perceived behavior control (time resources), subjective norms, and intentions to use wearable AR and visit a tourist attraction (an art gallery) using the theory of planned behavior. The results showed that time resources affected intention to visit an art gallery, while attitude toward wearable AR had an impact on intention to use wearable AR. Subjective norms were found to predict intentions, and the intention to use wearable AR was found to influence the intention to visit an art gallery.
