From the time dimension, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the scale, industrial structure, employment flexibility, and comprehensive employment effects of regional tourism employment based on the three-level criteria of the scope of tourism employment based on the regional Internet of Things. From the spatial dimension, we take the regional city as the basic research unit, adopt multiple indicators, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the regional development of regional tourism employment through horizontal and vertical comparisons. This paper uses multiple linear regression analysis to establish the relationship between the development level of the county tourism economy and the influencing factors; in order of magnitude of influence, they are tourism resource endowment, location traffic conditions, and economic development. Using a combination of a single indicator and multiple indicators, the county tourism economy is evaluated and analyzed for differences in time and space. We select the total tourism revenue as an indicator and use methods such as range, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and coefficient to analyze the time difference of the tourism economy in each county. We adopt the Granger causality test and other methods to analyze the factors affecting tourism employment in the area and the growth mode. Through the establishment of a structural model of the tourism employment growth dynamics system, causality test and other methods are adopted to analyze the regional tourism employment influencing factors and growth methods, and the results show that the regional tourism employment growth mode is an investment-driven tourism employment growth mode.

Regulation of growth and cell size is crucial for the optimization of bacterial cellular function. So far, single bacterial cells have been found to grow predominantly exponentially, which implies the need for tight regulation to maintain cell size homeostasis. Here, we characterize the growth behavior of the apically growing bacterium Corynebacterium glutamicum using a novel broadly applicable inference method for single-cell growth dynamics. Using this approach, we find that C. glutamicum exhibits asymptotically linear single-cell growth. To explain this growth mode, we model elongation as being rate-limited by the apical growth mechanism. Our model accurately reproduces the inferred cell growth dynamics and is validated with elongation measurements on a transglycosylase deficient ΔrodA mutant. Finally, with simulations we show that the distribution of cell lengths is narrower for linear than exponential growth, suggesting that this asymptotically linear growth mode can act as a substitute for tight division length and division symmetry regulation.

Abstract The effect of the Cu target pad roughness on the growth mode of electroless Cu from two different Cu baths was investigated, with bath A having a cyanide based, and bath B, a non-cyanide-based stabilizer system. Both baths are commonly used within the PCB industry. In the case of bath B, for an average target pad roughness higher than Ra = 300 nm, two growth modes are observed. The first mode is a copying of the subjacent Cu substrate morphology, whereas the second forms spherical grains (Cu-nodules) predominantly at the exposed sites of the substrate crystals. These Cu nodules typically have a radius comparable to that of the plated electroless Cu thickness and contain a high density of nanovoids toward their base. The related void formation seems relevant to weaken the overall Cu/Cu/Cu interconnection in the blind microvia. Interestingly, the tendency to form nodules with increasing Cu base roughness is widely suppressed for the cyanide-based bath A, where the deposit is nodule free up to a target pad roughness of approximately Ra=1,000 nm. When solution delivery and exchange were investigated, it is apparent that a low exchange rate has a negative impact on the electroless Cu deposition, and results with undesirable nodules and voids, even if the surface roughness values would suggest otherwise, could be expected.

Dampak Pandemi Covid berdampak pada industri jasa logistik baik secara kinerja maupun finansial. Dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19, beberapa bisnis di industri jasa logistik tidak berjalan tidak seperti biasanya (busines as usual mode), tetapi bagaimana dapat bertahan (survival mode) dan dapat bergerak untuk ke tahapan pemulihan dan pertumbuhan (recovery and growth mode). Namun, tidak semua industri jasa logistik terkena dampak negatif dari Pandemi Covid-19, untuk itu diperlukan proses pemetaan industri terdampak dan yang dapat bertahan sehingga dapat dibuat strategi pemulihan bisnis pasca pandemi Covid-19.Dampak dan respon Industri Jasa Logistik terhadap upaya pemulihan sangat bervariasi, secara umum strategi pemulihan melambat karena kontradiksi antara “keinginan untuk meraih pasar baru” dan “kondisi tidak siap berinvestasi untuk pemulihan akibat tersendatnya aliran kas selama pandemi. Kontradiksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan beberapa “Prinsip Inovasi” pelayanan logistik, termasuk dengan referensi “Praktek Baik” yang sukses di masa pandemik untuk menjadi standar Model Bisnis layanan logistik nasional.Perubahan model bisnis yang dapat menjamin aliran kas dapat membantu terkumpulnya keberanian untuk berinvestasi, dengan semangat menciptakan pasar baru dan memperkuat sistem layanannya agar segera pulih dan tumbuh. Ketika komunitas industri tidak sanggup untuk mengubah bisnis modelnya karena keterbatasan pendanaan dalam masa pandemi, maka Pemerintah dapat hadir dengan stimulus keuangan yang dapat memicu dan memacu pergerakan angkutan barang. Perubahan “Mekanisme Anggaran” (APBN/APBD/BUMN) diperlukan untuk menjamin aliran kas di dunia usaha sehingga mempercepat pergerakan barang dan ekonomi nasional.
