Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengadakan pelatihan untuk memberikan saran terhadap TPS 3R Rumah Kompos di Tangerang sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing untuk bisa memanfaatkan sampah menjadi barang yang bernilai tinggi serta pembukuan yang baik untuk di dalam mengelola pemasukannya.. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan menggunakan metode pedampingan, diskusi, workshop dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh selama pelatihan, secara keseluruhan kegiatan pelatihan meliputi: materi, fasilitator, tempat pelatihan, dan konsumsi mendapat respon sangat baik dari seluruh peserta dan sangat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi peserta pelatihan dalam menyusun manajemen keuangan yang baik serta dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan karyawan dari mengelola sampah dan memilah sampah menjadi barang yang masih bisa di jual.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengabdian, TPS 3RCommunity service activities aim to provide advice to Compost Houses in Tangerang as an effort to increase competitiveness to utilize waste into high-value goods and good report to manage their income. The method used in the training uses mentoring methods, discussions, workshops and technical guidance (Bimtek) making simple financial reports. The results obtained during the training, overall training activities include: material, facilitator, place, and consumption received a very good response from all participants and were very helpful and useful for training participants in preparing good management and can help increase employee income from managing waste and waste. sorting waste into items that can still be sold.Keywords: Training, Service, TPS 3R

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Target Dynamic intervention and management must be implemented among occupational groups for efficient increase of the awareness to manage occupational health. Methods The relationship among checkup institutions, employers, and occupational health is integrated into the process before, during, and after the checkup and relevant linkage module of the work is designed. Results The operative module for communication among internal design institutions, employers, and occupational health is designed after years of practice, which plays an important role in dynamic management of occupational health in its practical operation. Dynamic management on occupational health via linkage module realizes both higher working efficiency and social effects. Conclusion Dynamic management of occupational health is good for common protection on occupational health.

Materiality is the driver through which companies can select issues to be included in non-financial reports favouring expectations of all the stakeholders. The aim of this research is to investigate, under the lens of Stakeholder Theory and Instrumental Stakeholder Theory, the possible relationship between the application of materiality principle in non-financial reports and the engagement of stakeholders, with a preliminary focus on different industries that are characterized by different types of stakeholder. We have subjected to a manual content analysis all the Italian listed companies that published a sustainability/integrated report in the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 following guidelines of GRI and IIRC (a total of 148 reports). The next statistical analysis highlights, as research finding, the importance of industry and above all of stakeholder engagement in the reporting process, in particular in the materiality analysis, to achieve a high level of materiality application level and a good report quality for stakeholders.

CBHRM is one of the patterns of human resource management is being grown in Indonesia. In this approach, the vocabulary of competence to be a key element. Each employee will be assessed on its competence. In order results can be more optimally achieved, it would require a model of presentation of the good report/well output. One of the solutions the authors propose is to use a digital model of the dashboard. The model was built using the dashboard frame of mind which has been adapted to the life cycle model. Case studies conducted at PT. Daya Adicipta Mustika, and digital dashboards built CBHRM consist of Talent Dashboard, Dashboard Gap Competencies, and Comparison Dashboard interrelated with each other.
