This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

The development of the business environment in globalization era has been triggered an increasingly tight business competition. Every companies who have an established its own strategies to manage a variety of information, human resources, allocation of funds and others. Accounting information system is a great resources that very valuable to an organization for the smoothness management of the company’s financial and decision making wheter it is to long term and short term, however there are several aspect that can be a factors the effectiveness of the accounting information system, that is manager’s participation. The research is aimed to proves that manager’s participation and manager’s involvement had a positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information system (AIS) at manufacturing company, especially in the industrial zone Batamindo Mukakuning Batam City. The research method is using regression analysis to proves are the manager’s participation (independent variable) and manager’s involvement (independent variable) gives effect to the effectiveness of information system (dependent variable) or not. The result of this research is shows that variable of manager’s participation and manager’s involvement has a significant influence to the effectiveness of information system. The method is using purposive sampling is done by taking a sampling of the population according to certain criteria.

This study aims to examine both the application and the accuracy of the accounting information system on outpatient and inpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati. The research method used is a descriptive method using secondary data, in which the obtained data come from existing sources such as the profile of Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati, organizational structure, flowchart, and reports of outpatient and inpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the accounting information system for outpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati has not been effectively executed. There are a great number of mistakes made by medical staff in inputting patient data. Accordingly, in the future, Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati can provide training for employees in using the accounting information system effectively and is expected to improve outpatient and inpatient service to avoid errors that will impact the quality of service in the hospital.

The Hill

The development of technology at this time allows everyone to exchange information without any limitation of time and distance. The possibility that data leakage will occur during the process of exchanging information is carried out, therefore in sending data especially images, security aspects, confidentiality and efficiency of data storage is very necessary. If the important information falls into the wrong hands, it will cause unwanted things, for example manipulation of images with negative shapes and can harm the owner of the image. One method used to maintain data security is cryptography using one of the techniques, Elgamal. The strength of this algorithm lies in the difficulty of calculating discrete algorithms on prime integers in which multiplication operations are performed. In this research, the writer combines Hill Cipher to do image encryption and Elgamal Algorithm to decrypt the key of Hill Cipher. The image is first encrypted using the Hill Cipher, then the Hill Cipher key is encrypted using the Elgamal Algorithm. The implementation of the system uses the programming language Visual Basic Net 2010. The results of the implementation with the initial encrypted image has 4282.85 milliseconds with random images, while the encrypted image will be re-described as having 20442.84 milliseconds with the image returned to the beginning.

This research was conducted at CV ABC which is engaged in the furniture industry. In managing the payroll system this company is still less effective. It can be seen from several salary payment activities to employees who still often make mistakes in the process of calculating salaries and employee attendance records. In addition, in the process of paying salaries to employees, they often experience late payments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the payroll accounting information system in the company which is expected to help resolve the problems faced by the company. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The thing that will be done by the researcher is to describe the use of payroll accounting system on CV ABC. The conclusion of this study is that the payroll system on CV ABC is already good because it has used a computerized system. The internal control in the payroll process is still weak because there are still division of tasks and responsibilities of each part that is unclear, namely there is a double duty and interdependence in working tasks, besides that supervision is still lacking for activities that should be routinely checked or corrected.

Ease of Import for Export Purposes (KITE) is a government facility to export growth by manufacturing companies. Given this facility, of course, through several conditions that must be met, including the Inventory Information System model owned by the company that must be computerized and accessed by Customs and Excise as required in Per-02 / BC / 2019.                This study aims to examine the suitability of the inventory information system owned by the company receiving the facility (KITE ), which is PT Batara Indah. PT Batara Indah registered as one of the companies using the KITE facility since 2014.                The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method through document study. Information gathering is done through desk studies and discussions with related parties in the company.               The results showed that PT Batara Indah had implemented an Integrated Inventory Accounting Information System model. If referring to the expected Directorate General of Customs and Excise regulation, PT Batara Indah has complied with the law.

Aims: Higher Education Institutions are challenged to manage research and capstone projects output available through open access is something that is increasingly mandated by funders and universities in many countries. Study Design: This is to widen the dissemination of results to the community which information technology practices and theory can address. Place and Duration of Study: This project tries to investigate the possible outcomes by developing an online repository for research and capstone project in Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology that can deposit students output, register various accounts, log transactions and an interactive website. Methodology: Innovative research approach is being manifested in the development that uses modified waterfall, white-box testing and survey-type methodologies are being highlighted. Results: The website is successfully developed with specific functionality on referencing, data storage, data security, data extraction and some special functionalities. The fifty evaluators gave very agreeable results to the reliability, functionality and usability of the website. Conclusion: Although, the system is functional and evaluated very agreeable to the respondents the testing is very crucial that proper monitoring should be in place in the entire plan.

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of a literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records. The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting. Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting, and one finance manager. The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database. Researchers conduct research using research design that is descriptive research, the type of research using academic research, data using quantitative data, while the research method is survey and conduct interview interviews to collect data according to the surveyed, while researchers in designing using contex charts, data flow diagram and flowchart system The researcher conducts research by making a system of accounting information on the cost of production, with the design can provide input related to the title that the researcher discussed.
