Research results. Composition of competences (general and professional competences) of future intermediate-level managers is identified and substantiated. The main causes of the communication problems are stated: shortcomings in secondary vocational education; inconsistencies of terms in requirements for general competence in the Federal State Education Standard and Car Mechanic Professional Standard. Conclusion. Article defines psychological and pedagogical foundations for development of communicative competences in future car mechanics during learning mathematics. Teacher issues related with choosing a form of collaboration with students in math class are identified.

One of the ways to measure the students' English reading comprehension skills is through testing. Despite its significant value, students frequently construct bad tests without considering the main rules in doing English reading comprehension tests. This research concerns to study of techniques in testing English comprehension reading skills performed by teachers in Indonesia on Assessment of Local Education Standard in the year 2021. Assessment of Local Education Standard abbreviated as ASPD in a provincial- standardized test to maintain the quality of learning. Four EFL teachers in Indonesia were chosen based on their teaching experience in high schools. The researcher used document observation and in depth- interview techniques to collect data which were transformed into observation notes and interview transcription. The data were then analyzed qualitatively. Findings from this study shown that there are three main themes regarding the most used techniques performed by the teachers, first, students must be able to analyze the bloom taxonomy theory, second, students must be able to identify the scope of material, and third determining the keywords of the question. From understanding and doing those three themes, teachers believe that these techniques could help and improve student's ability in facing English reading comprehension tests.

Mapping the quality of education in Indonesia needs to be studied so that the provincial government, as the institution responsible for secondary education management policies, can more easily determine priorities and what actions will be taken to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. One of the analytical methods that can be used to map the quality of education is fuzzy c-means. This research aims to classify the quality maps of provinces in Indonesia based on the results of SHS/MA accreditation using the fuzzy c-means method. The fuzzy c-means method can show the probability of objects entering a cluster with a degree of membership. The optimum cluster sizes obtained were 2 and 3. The final solution with cluster size 2 was 12 provinces categorized in cluster 1 and 22 provinces categorized in cluster 2. Clustering with cluster size 3 resulted in cluster 1 consisting of 11 provinces, cluster 2 consisting of 16 provinces, and cluster 3, which consists of 7 provinces. The main character of cluster 1 is a high national education standard score, while the main character of cluster 2 is a low national education standard score. Then the main character of group 3 is the national standard score, whose value is around the national average.

With the publication of the United Nations, Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on report of the Asian Regional Symposia on Arts Education nearly one and decades ago, scholars and educators have urged Asian teachers, including Indonesia to incorporate arts and culture into curriculum to improve the quality of education, yet efforts connecting arts, especially gamelan music into social studies is lacking. Built upon the previous research on integrated curriculum which aligned with National Education Standard Board (Indonesian: Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan or BSNP), on both process and content standards this article aimed to offer a rationale for incorporating Javanese gamelan music potential into social studies classroom and propose a framework for planning. Social studies classroom components included assigned readings on Indonesian national history, especially in the Hindu-Buddhist eras in small group discussion. With this approach and its lesson it is presumed that social studies and gamelan teachers benefit of integrating gamelan music into social studies. Keywords: Javanese gamelan, integration, framework, social studies.

Considering that the accounting educational system in universities should emphasize serving students and ensure that they will be able to practice the accounting profession in the future, and that accounting education should seek to adapt to the trend of professional accounting development. We have concluded that there is almost a perfect match between what Algerian universities apply and what the International Federation of accountant’s committee approved, but the problem lies in achieving the learning outcomes with the required quality as stated in the IES

The study aimed at examining the practices at Grade 12 level with respect to learners with visual impairments. The sample was drawn from Mwense and Lusaka districts of Zambia. The study was guided by the following objective: to establish the current practices of the Grade 12 national examination assessment for learners with visual impairments in selected schools of Mwense and Lusaka districts, Zambia. The study was qualitative, and a case study design was used. The study comprised 22 respondents consisting of four pupils, six school leavers, and six school specialist teachers, two school headmasters, two Education Standard Office (ESO) in charge of special education, and two officials from the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ). Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Thematic analysis was used to analyse data based on the themes that emerged in the study. The study findings revealed that learners who were totally blind wrote their examinations using braille format, and enlarged print was used for those learners who were partially sighted. The findings of study also showed that the examination questions were modified into a descriptive form, and by doing so, learners were able to access the examinations. The study further revealed that learners were given extra time during the examinations, although this was not adequate. It was equally revealed that there were no special provisions that were considered when marking examination scripts for the learners with visual impairments, meaning their scripts were marked just like other scripts for learners without sight challenges. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the Examination Council of Zambia should come up with a marking centre where the scripts for the learners with visual impairments could be marked to solve the problem of missing results, among others.

The method used in this research is the K-Means Algorithm. Where K-Means is one of the Algorithms in Data Mining that can be used to group data clusters. So that the data from 33 districts / cities will be divided into 2 clusters where cluster 1 is the high group, while cluster 2 is the low group. The results obtained from the study show that the results of manual calculation Algorithms and Microsoft Excel data have the same value, namely high cluster 1 and low cluster 32, and entering Microsoft Excel calculations into rapidminer has the same value as well
