Longitudinal giant magnetoimpedance effect of [Fe21Ni79/Cu]5/Cu/[Fe21Ni79/Cu]5 film element was investigated depends on stray magnetic field of epoxy magnetic composite with 30 % weight concentration of iron oxide magnetic microparticles. Configuration of an experiment was a model of thrombus detection in a blood vessel. Stray magnetic field was varied by movement of a magnetic composite above the element perpendicular to the long side. Composite was either magnetized or not to the state of remanence. As the magnetic composite approaches the GMI element, MI ratio curves are smoothed and shifted along the field axis and maximum value of the MI ratio decreases. Magnetic properties of magnetic composite and film element were investigated as well.

One of the urgent tasks in the design of hybrid integrated circuits (HIC) is the construction of adapter-attenuators – film absorbing elements providing a wide range of attenuations with specified values of input and output resistances. Known variants of adapter-attenuators based on a homogeneous and piecewise homogeneous resistive film provide (by introducing asymmetry in the dimensions of the input and output contacts, changing the location of a piecewise homogeneous resistive film, introducing dielectric or conductive regions) a resistance transformation coefficient of no more than 3 and 10–12, respectively. In this work, promising topologies of adapter-attenuators for HIC with a close to optimal profile of input and output contacts are proposed, which allow not only to obtain a wide range of transformation coefficients (more than 100), but also to reduce the maximum values of the potential gradient and power density by 10‒30 times. The rectangular topology calculations were made using the apparatus of the theory of functions of a complex variable. Modeling of the optimized topology of adapter-attenuators for HIC was carried out by the finite element method implemented in the Elcut software package. The calculated ratios and graphs showing the relationship of attenuation, the transformation coefficient, the gain in the value of the potential gradient and the power density, depending on the ratio of the size of the film element and the resistivity of the resistive films used, have been provided. The features of adapter-attenuators fitting have been considered. The results obtained are especially important for the pulse mode of operation of adapter-attenuators’ film element for HIC.

The naked-eye three-dimensional (3D) display technology without wearing equipment is an inevitable future development trend. In this paper, the design and fabrication of a flexible naked-eye 3D display film element based on a microstructure have been proposed to achieve a high-resolution 3D display effect. The film element consists of two sets of key microstructures, namely, a microimage array (MIA) and microlens array (MLA). By establishing the basic structural model, the matching relationship between the two groups of microstructures has been studied. Based on 3D graphics software, a 3D object information acquisition model has been proposed to achieve a high-resolution MIA from different viewpoints, recording without crosstalk. In addition, lithography technology has been used to realize the fabrications of the MLA and MIA. Based on nanoimprint technology, a complete integration technology on a flexible film substrate has been formed. Finally, a flexible 3D display film element has been fabricated, which has a light weight and can be curled.

An automatic detection model adopting pattern recognition technology is proposed in this paper; it can realize the measurement to the element of nanocomposite film. The features of gray level cooccurrence matrix (GLCM) can be extracted from different types of surface morphology images of film; after that, the dimension reduction of film can be handled by principal component analysis (PCA). So it is possible to identify the element of film according to the Adaboost M1 algorithm of a strong classifier with ten decision tree classifiers. The experimental result shows that this model is superior to the ones of SVM (support vector machine), NN and BayesNet. The method proposed can be widely applied to the automatic detection of not only nanocomposite film element but also other nanocomposite material elements.
