There is a critical need to improve community health monitoring. A major mechanism is the development of the Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly. This government facility provides medical services for the elderly through the public health center program for the elderly, families, community leaders and social organizations. The cadres were formed to improve services and observe the health of aged persons in Jetis Hamlet, Kalinegoro, Mertoyudan. Consequently, the implementation was conducted by the process of recruitment, training and mentoring and the result was successful, the evaluation and monitoring activities were performed a month after the training and the Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly were effectively attained at a monthly basics. Finally, the medical status of the elderly and the cadres' knowledge have significantly increased, meanwhile the occurrence of illness and has been minimized.

Limitation of Physical Interaction (Physical contact / physical distancing) during the COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes in the lifestyle or habits of the community, the economic crisis, and made health an expensive item. There is a fact that the level of community income has decreased due to social restrictions to break the chain of pandemic transmission COVID-19. Weak purchasing power and soaring prices for medicines have forced people to seek efforts to overcome this situation by looking back to nature. The use of traditional medicine for health maintenance and disease disorders is one of the things that is most likely to be done. Community service activities began with a survey on community understanding of family medicinal plants. The survey results showed 18.75% of the community knew the toga plant well. Then 43.75% of people have moderate knowledge. Meanwhile, 37.50% of people have a low level of knowledge about toga plants. Then carried out identification of medicinal plant species cultivated by the people of Gurah Village. The identification results showed 21 medicinal plants cultivated by the people of Gurah Village. Keywords: Medicinal Plants, COVID-19, Herbs

One of the roles of humans in community empowerment activities is in the health sector. Community empowerment in this field can be carried out through efforts to improve community health by utilizing family medicinal plants. The purpose of using family medicinal plants is so that the community can preserve these plants, reduce hospital costs, and serve as access to first aid for health if health services are difficult to reach. Based on this explanation, to increase public knowledge and understanding of the types of Toga and its benefits as a medicinal ingredient, it can be done several ways. One of them is through an in-depth learning approach. The deep learning approach with Siamese Neural Network is by comparing two patterns and producing an appropriate output based on the similarity of the two patterns. The application of Siamese Neural Network with an Android Smartphone is the right choice because it can facilitate the community in terms of usage. Based on these problems, the writer wants to build an application that can identify plants based on Android-based leaf images by applying the Siamese Neural Network approach. In this study, the results achieved were that the Siamese Neural Network could be implemented on Android-based smartphones. The application was able to identify family medicinal plants based on leaves.

Restaurants are understudied yet increasingly important food environment institutions for tackling diet-related diseases. This scoping review analyzes research and gray literature (n = 171 records) to assess which healthy eating promotion strategies have been implemented in restaurants and the associated motivations, barriers, and outcomes, compared by restaurant type (corporate/chain vs. independently owned restaurants) and initiator (restaurant-initiated vs. investigator-initiated). We found that the most commonly reported strategy was the increase of generally healthy offerings and the promotion of such offerings. Changes in food availability were more common among corporate restaurants and initiated by restaurants, while environmental facilitators were more commonly initiated by investigators and associated with independently owned restaurants. Aside from those associated with revenue, motivations and barriers for healthy eating promoting strategies varied by restaurant type. While corporate restaurants were also motivated by public health criticism, independently owned restaurants were motivated by interests to improve community health. Revenue concerns were followed by food sourcing issues in corporate restaurants and lack of interest among independently owned restaurants. Among reporting sources, most outcomes were revenue positive. This study shows the need for practice-based evidence and accounting for restaurant business models to tailor interventions and policies for sustained positive changes in these establishments.

Community service activities are one of the TRI DHARMA university’s obligations. On this occasion, it was reported that community service activities needed improvement in the health sector. The location of this activity is in Pangambatan Village, Kecamatan Merek, Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara and this activity is planned to begin in April until September 2019. The problem in the field is to increase the flow of tourists to Kecamatan Merek to make the need for adequate toilet facilities (MCK). Besides that, it was also found that the community's need for clean water and toilets were used daily by the community. The solution offered is to renovate the MCK facilities for the daily needs of the community and in addition to the toilet facilities for tourists who visit to the village. It is hoped that through this activity the problems in the local community can be overcome.

Abstract Because seniors represent a rising proportion of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider activity, there is a growing focus on determining how EMS providers can better serve the aging population. Multifamily senior housing properties benefit from reductions in resident turnover; EMS providers aim to improve community health and minimize unnecessary and low-priority callouts. Developing partnerships between the two service sectors can help both meet their individual goals while reducing health system costs. Drawing on experience with the R3 initiative, this study describes how a partnership between EMS providers and supported housing sites has led to reductions in ambulance transfers to hospitals and reinforced falls reduction programs within senior housing. The R3 program represented an effort to work closely with EMS providers and, by doing so, provides an example of how collaboration between the two sectors can work to the advantage of both parties by identifying residents who would benefit from intervention.
