Understanding, significance and legal methods of solution of disputes related to sports

Sports has become an increasingly important and professionalized sector in our age. The increase in the number of professional and amateur athletes as well as sports organizations in the historical process has brought about an increase in the number of national and international competitions. Parallel to this development, conflicts related to sports have also increased and these conflicts have to be resolved in accordance with the sport's own body. Indeed, settling the disputes that arise especially in international competitions as soon as possible will affect the fate of the competitions. However, the existence of many organizations operating in this field and the inconsistencies that emerged between their decisions and practices increased the need for uniformity in this area. As a judicial authority to meet this need, CAS has undertaken this job. Although the CAS has not closed its door to other alternative dispute resolution methods, it has come to the fore especially with the advantages it provides arbitration. CAS has fulfilled its duty to settle the disputes arising from sports law in a swift and fair manner with the decisions it has made so far. Chernobyl tragedy and its complications

On April 26, 1986, an accident occurred at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant was perhaps one of the greatest tragedies in human history. The fire, which lasted for nine days, caused great damage. While most of the radioactive cloud that formed after the station exploded was moving toward Eastern Europe, the rest of the "death cloud" was blown south by the winds. In general, the incident caused great damage to the Ukrainian economy. In 12 regions of Ukraine, 50,000 square kilometers were highly polluted. The nuclear accident killed about 15,000 people and affected thousands of others. The largest accident in the history of world energy is the Chernobyl accident. It was decided to mark April 26, 2017 as World Remembrance Day in connection with the Chernobyl tragedy. According to the Society of Chernobyl Disabled People in Azerbaijan, there are currently more than 5,000 participants in the Chernobyl accident in our country. Today, the state is taking necessary measures to strengthen the social protection of Chernobyl victims in Azerbaijan and protect their health. Methods and approaches used in teaching children with autism spectrum disorder (ASP)

Vestibular rehabilitation, carried out from an early age, plays an important role in the development and education of children with ASD. In teaching ASP an important role is played by the game. The method of therapy is widely used here. It is a system of corrective tools that develop communication skills, adapted behavior, learning skills in order to help achieve social behavior. The therapy is carried out individually at home according to a special program. With the correct formulation of the method of therapy, the implementation of other types of education and training, mental, moral, laborious, aesthetic, is considered an effective result. The concept of manipulation in sports competitions

Knowing the negative effect of sports manipulation for the sport and society, as well as the problems that is facing the Macolin Convention in its ratification, I decided to do this research in order investigate the phenomenon of match-fixing, controversial issues about the online gambling and potential effect of ratifycation of the convention and its entry into force. I was totally surprised when I found out so many International business law issues are covered in this topic. The sports betting markets are similar to the stock market, where odds movement de- pends on the performance of the teams and players. The insider trading is similar to the match-fixing, where a pre-match information for the result is used in order to achieve a great profit. Memorandums of understanding between betting companies, sports governing bodies and public authorities are used to cover the lack of regulation in this area. In the same time there is a need of acceleration of negotiations for the ratification of the convention due to the spreading of the phenomenon of sports manipulation. Development of sorting algoritms for recording temperature in the university laboratory of the "Smart Home" model

Research work has been devoted to the measurement methods of temperature values in “Smart Home” type models and creation of algorithms by means of these methods. To solve the problem, most popular sorting algorithms were analysed and as a result fastest and most efficient methods were spotted among them. Chosen sorting algorithms were built and tested in c++ programming language. Quick sort algorithms were created in Arduino IDE and temperature data logger device was constructed. All of the sorted array elements were visualised in Excel Office software and working prinsiple and order of algorithms were explained. 3-Way QiuckSort method based on “Dutch National Flag” algorithm is tested for arrays which have lots of redundant elements.
