The reason why we have undertaken this type of work comes from having become aware of the profound state of discomfort experienced, and therefore it is possible to find the strength to take the real path, overcoming the current patterns, which unfortunately, still see the profession . for homework. The multicentre study, carried out on the topic of Nursing Records, significantly accelerates the timing of this historic step, so that the culture of innovation, creativity and change is enhanced and embraced. Analyzing the nursing work situation, I noted the need together with a group of colleagues and a coordinator, belonging to the same Hospital, to propose the inclusion of an innovative Nursing Record, so that a professional contribution was formed by the staff nursing and, from this, the activation of multidisciplinarity and, at the same time, the recognition of the usefulness of the role of the nursing figure and of the valid collaboration within the health team took off. The working group was formed on a specific project, focused on the design and drafting of the Nursing Record, an operational tool designed and managed by the nurse (in collaboration with the coordinator), used to collect useful information regarding each patient individually. This tool was indispensable for the elaboration of an assistance plan that takes into account the social, cultural and welfare context in which it is developed, guaranteeing the continuity of services. Since it appears necessary for a Nursing Record to be built by the team , the need arises to have common indications regarding its design and drafting.

The interaction between the individual and the environment has a strategic significance for welfare purposes and shows the importance of the bilateral nature of the relationship. It highlights how promoting health means acting on the environment and on the individual. In terms of health education, for health workers it is no longer a question of intervening from the outside on behavior, but of inserting themselves into situations, in the processes of interaction, as active protagonists of a complex system. This orientation of the health system requires a reinterpretation of the role of operators, through the adoption of the participatory planning method, which requires interpreting one's work as a problem solving process. To get to the solution of the problems it is necessary to identify the elements of difficulty that the patient encounters, thus adopting methodologies that allow for an exchange relationship. Nurses, in all health systems, have a privileged position due to the capillarity of their action, inherent in the “to care” of nursing care, and of their contacts with citizens and clients. In particular towards the patient he teaches the correct assistance maneuvers and the most appropriate attitudes to be adopted to favor the change of behaviors and the achievement of awareness of a new state of health and a new degree of autonomy. The most suitable educational method that should be used by the nurse in the path of therapeutic education, is to link learning to action, in clinical practice, alongside the patient, promoting healthy lifestyles and the dissemination of a culture of health. Educational intervention aims at personalizing care and can improve health status and reduce healthcare costs. Alongside the ethical value and professional duty, it is necessary to use methodologies, techniques and methods to provide a structured set of specific information, with a simple and understandable language, speaking.

In the field of neurodevelopmental disorders, the use of a standardized assessment test - TEC I - has proven the complex emotional variability of each individual validating and expanding the theoretical psycho-affective assumptions (drawn from direct observation of subjects with typical development) in children belonging to different nosographic categories. The data obtained through singular and comparative analysis of the subjects not only promote new insights into the influence of the emotional sphere in the construction of personality and learning of typical and atypical growing children, but suggest the emergence of new rehabilitation procedures and therapeutic objectives to be achieved and undertaken

This study was carried out with the implementation of the ECM Training Course: "Health advocacy and Psycho-corporeal Empowerment 2020", designed by the U.O.C. Quality & Humanisation to fight the burnout of health workers during the pandemic through the strategic use of the “Salotti del Benessere©” method in its online version. This Medical Humanities methodology allows the acquisition of psycho-body awareness in order to encourage, even in emergency situations, the adoption of healthy lifestyles. The whole process takes place in 7 meetings, in which the exploration of the 5 Keys to Well-being (Conscious Breathing, Relaxation, Empowerment, Movement and Emotion) is carried out, supported by a multidisciplinary team. In order to assess the effectiveness of the training course, a battery of tests has been administered. The following research is a pilot study on the method in its online version, with the aim of verifying if it was possible to implement, despite the physical distance, a path of psycho-body empowerment and improvement of interpersonal relationships, in this case among the mental health workers participating to the course. An analysis of the results obtained from the tests shows that this online course led to the acquisition of greater self-awareness for health workers and strengthened those relational aspects that, among other things, encourage the mental health management of the patient/caregiver. These results justify the spread of the course to a wider target.

Umbilical vessel catheterization is a technique used for neonatal reanimation, in neonatal intensive care units. Imaging techniques provide a strong support for the performance of this practice. In this case, radiography is the most widely used instrumental investigation for the evaluation of umbilical venous catheter placement. By protocol, the image is acquired with an antero-posterior projection of the thoraco-abdominal district, with perpendicular radius to the median sagittal plane. The following descriptive study has been carried out on 20 newborn patients of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital “San Giovanni di Dio e Ruggi d’Aragona”, born between December 4th 2020 and March 31th 2021. This study describes the effectiveness of the “thoraco-abdominal” radiological technique for the assessment of neonatal umbilical catheter placement. The basic premise for patients’ recruitment was the request for evaluation of umbilical venous catheter placement in preterm infants.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of radial shock waves in myofascial upper trapezius syndrome following the global treatment scheme of key trigger points. Materials and methods 26 patients treated with rESWT (Radial shock wave therapy) after a global postural and myofascial assessment of the patient and the identification of the key trigger points. At the end of the treatment each subject was re-evaluated through the Numerical Rating Scale - NRS and through the examination with Electronic Baropodometer. In this study, we compared the values of NRS and the values of postural biometrics before and after 2 sessions of rESWT, and a statistically significant difference (P <0.05) in all measurements emerged in the values measured with NRS. In the static percentage load, a statistically significant reduction in the percentage load differences (right / left) (P <0.05) was observed in all three evaluation moments (T0, T1, T2). The percentage and statistically significant improvement (P <0.05) were recorded at time T2 in the surface of the ellipse. Greater control of balance and greater awareness of the base of support was found in the calculation of the sway path, in particular with closed eyes. Based on this experience, the use of radial shock waves in pathologies related to myofascial pain with postural implications would be desirable.

The work presented describes what is meant by the term MINOCA and the causes that lead to the onset of this acute event, responsible for myocardial ischemic necrosis. Diagnosis with coronary angiography alone cannot be made since MINOCA is characterized in half of cases by the absence of hemodynamically significant lesions and therefore invasive coronary imaging performed through IVUS and OCT plays an important role. The two imaging techniques have peculiar characteristics that differentiate them from each other. IVUS uses ultrasound while OCT uses infrared light, but they are also distinguished in terms of spatial resolution, which is greater for OCT thus allowing better tissue characterization, and tissue penetration capacity which is greater for IVUS. In MINOCA patients, coronary artery imaging could help identify pathological changes that are not visible by coronary angiography such as plaque rupture, coronary dissection, coronary thromboembolism, coronary spasm, and coronary artery disease in patients presenting with Takotsubo syndrome. The use of intracoronary imaging (IVUS or OCT) can give us important information regarding the diagnosis and optimization of the treatment of patients with MINOCA, improving their prognosis. The medical radiology technician, within the Hemodynamics Team, must have a role of responsibility in the management of diagnostic images.
