Industrial development besides having a positive impact on the economy, also has a negative impact such as the waste industry. Non-hazardous and non-toxic material waste no to be handled as strictly as hazardous and toxic material waste, although the waste industry. This issues (1) How is the development of hazardous and toxic waste transportation?; and (2) How is the hazardous and toxic waste transportation system? The response to the issues are the aims of this research. The method used is a literature study and analyzed descriptively. The results of the search for hazardous and toxic waste transportation data for the 2015–19 period and analysis shows: (1) The amount of hazardous and toxic waste in Indonesia decreasing, but the waste transportation companies increase by 40.98% (3650 waste transportation service companies) from 2589 in 2018; (2) the number of permits increased by an average of 23.58%/year; (3) the number of vehicles hazardous transporting is 8,984 vehicles or 4 times from 2015; and (5) the contributing sectors for hazardous are Mining, Energy and Oil and Gas; Manufacture; Infrastructure and Services; and Agro Industry.

The highest development in the marine transportation and logistics sector at this time is adapting to Industry 4.0. Logistic productivity without involving comptencies human resources with expertise is inevitable. Including the development of technology, information and computers. A cluster of related knowledge, skills, and abilities that affects a role or responsibility, that correlates with performance on the job, that can be measured against well accepted standards, and that can be improved via training and development are comptencies needed in marine transportation and logistics sector. Based on literature from various books, journals and websites that are searched on the internet to answer the question of what competency is needed and why it is needed? The aim of research is to understand or explain basic competencies for logistics experts. The research is explanatory research. The basic competencies for logistics experts are (1) individual competencies as soft skill is represent personal attributes, and (2) academic competencies are critical competencies primarily learned in a school setting include cognitive functions and thinking styles.

Pelabuhan Sorong memegang peranan penting dalam kegiatan ekspor dan impor peti kemas khususnya di wilayah provinsi Papua Barat. Berdasarkan observasi di lapangan, kegiatan operasional di terminal peti kemas Pelabuhan Sorong belum berjalan dengan efisien karena tata letak lapangan penumpukannya belum dirancang dengan teratur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan tata letak lapangan penumpukan untuk Pelabuhan Sorong. Usulan tata letak dirancang berdasarkan hubungan antara aktivitas-aktivitas pergerakan peti kemas di terminal dan ramalan permintaan peti kemas. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode peramalan untuk meramalkan jumlah peti kemas impor dan ekspor serta mengidentifikasi jumlah kapasitas yang dibutuhkan lapangan penumpukan. Hasil rancangan dari usulan tata letak dievaluasi utilitasnya menggunakan rumus Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR). Berdasarkan perhitungan, usulan rancangan tata letak lapangan penumpukan dapat mengakomodir jumlah permintaan peti kemas Pelabuhan Sorong dengan nilai YOR yang mendekati standar kinerja pelabuhan yaitu 71,03% pada tahun 2025.

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the perception of reality or performance of service quality provided by BRT Trans Tangerang in corridor 2. This Final Project was created using the following method is descriptive quantitative. The sample used to prepare this Final Project is amounted to 100 respondents, namely passengers of BRT Trans Tangerang on corridor 2. The results showed that the reality of the service from BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 was in a good criteria with an average values of 3,96 while customer expectations of reality/performance of BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 service are at a very high criterion with a total average values of 4,51. The results of the overall suitability analysis obtained a level of conformity of 87,6%, the values is still below 100%. This means that the overall service performance of BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 too it’s customers in terms of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is very good but has not fully reached 100% in accordance with customer expectations or interests.

Inventory is one of the fundamental problems in a business. Without inventory, a business will be faced with a variety of problems, for example, not having the option to fulfill client orders that lead to loss of client trust, inhibiting interaction creation, etc. Therefore, this study will analyze the management of ship plate inventory at PT Pengerukan Indonesia. There is a technique used to control the supply of stock, namely the"Economic Order Quantity" (EOQ) method. The method used is quantitative by using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this study can produce efficiency of inventory costs where the total stock of uk plate 5mm company as much as 399 sheets and plate uk 12mm 419 sheets and companies make orders as much as 110 times a year. While using the EOQ method the company only orders the purchase of plates as many as 35 times a year with a 10-day message period with a total requirement when ordering as much as 11 pieces for uk 5mm and 12 sheets for uk 12mm and experience cost efficiency of  Rp37,280,302. for uk 5mm plates and Rp37,673,245 for uk 12mm plates.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, respondents' responses and sub-variables that influence training and human resource development on work productivity held in PT. Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia through questionnaire data. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with primary and secondary data through statistical analysis. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to get perceptions of the training that was followed. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of training and human resource development held at PT. Indonesian Maritime and Logistics Education has an effect on the work productivity of participants by 3.75 and is categorized as quite high in its implementation. Therefore, the training provided to the participants should produce a reliable workforce or human resources compared to the disciplines of each employee in order to achieve the company's goals.

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

Analisis risiko keselamatan pekerja PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra di Dermaga 101 dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC, HIRARC merupakan alat atau metode untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengendalikan bahaya berdasarkan kegiatan di setiap tempat kerja Hasil identifikasi bahaya yang dilakukan di 3 tempat di dermaga 101 – 102 terdapat 14 bahaya yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan pekerja. Dari hasil identifikasi faktor terjadinya bahaya terdapat 3 faktor yaitu faktor makanis, faktor fasilitas, faktor manusia. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian resiko, diketahui presentase tertinggi tingkat risiko di dermaga 101 adalah risiko sedang, yaitu sebesar 58%. Mengatasi risiko tersebut adalah penambahan fasilitas dan perbaikan sistem manajemen pekerja.

Terminal Terpadu Pulo Gebang merupakan terminal penumpang tipe A pertama di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem boarding pass. Sistem boarding pass pada bulan Desember 2019- Januari 2020 dalam tahap uji coba, namun pada bulan Februari-Maret 2020 sistem ini sudah diberlakukan 100%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah para penumpang puas dalam menggunakan sistem boarding pass di Gate Keberangkatan Terminal Terpadu Pulo Gebang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada penumpang serta wawancara kepada para penumpang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuisioner menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu tingkat kepuasan terhadap petuugas sebesar 82,6%, tingkat kepuasan terhadap fasilitas terminal sebesar 82,4%, tingkat kepuasan terhadap aksesibilitas sebesar 84,3%, tingkat kepuasan terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan sebesar 96%, dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap tarif sebesar 81,8%.Terminal Terpadu Pulo Gebang merupakan terminal penumpang tipe A pertama di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem boarding pass.
