INTELLECTUALIZATION OF ELECTRICITY METERING AS A TOOL TO REDUCE ELECTRIC POWER LOSSES

Given the ever-increasing cost of electrical energy, minimizing of power losses is one of the main tasks for the electric grid systems. In this paper, we consider the features of intellectualization of electricity metering and the effect of the introduction of smart metering systems in terms of reduction of power losses.

CARGO ARRANGEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The goal of the research is to develop a system of management of cargo arrangement in cargo modules of the spacecraft. In article the description of cargo arrangement management system, its targets and general functions is given. An opportunity of its design on the base of transport space complex is offered and the strategic need of cargo arrangement solutions to be modernized is argued.

SHORT-TERM SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING BASED ON THE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING METHOD

The paper presents information on the results of short-term space weather forecasting for the Vostochny cosmodrome based on data on the electron flux density with energies above 2 MeV received from satellites from the operator's site of the Space Weather Forecast Center of the Moscow State University Institute of Nuclear Physics. The analysis of the calculated data on the level of near-Earth radiation, as a result of the use of various extrapolation methods, showed that the method of exponential smoothing is most effective for short-term space weather forecasting. Such forecasts can be used when planning launches of launch vehicles from spaceports.

APPLICATION OF ACTIVE-ADAPTIVE NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES FOR POWER QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN ELECTRIC NETWORKS WITH TRACTION LOAD

On the basis of the system approach, the analysis of the basic technologies of the intelligent electric power system that provide adaptive management of the electric network is carried out. The expediency of their application for adaptive power quality management in electric networks with traction load by expanding the functions is shown. The variants of their configuration are proposed to improve the quality of electricity and ensure optimal parameters of electricity quality indicators.

SYSTEM OF SELECTION OF LOADS OF TRANSPORT SPACE VEHICLES

The goal of the research is to develop a cargo choosing system for their arrangement in cargo modules of transport spacecraft. Ni article the description of cargo choosing system, its targets and general functions is given. An algorithm that automates the searching and taking decisions process for creating the catalog of cargoes to deliver is offered.

ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF THE AMUR REGION

In the article, on the basis of the proposed methodology, the investment activity of the Amur Region is calculated. The dynamics of indicators included in the structure of indicators of investment activity in the field of attracting investments and their use is analyzed. Based on the calculated data, conclusions are drawn about the state of the investment activity of the region, about the influence of the considered integral indicators on it.

SELECTION OF THE OPTIMUM TAX REGIME UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF THE ENVD ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ООО «АМУРНЕТ»

RELATIONSHIP OF LAW AND ECONOMY IN THE TRANSITION PERIOD

The article examines the relationship between civil legislation and the laws of economic development, objective laws of social development and their subjective regulation, an analysis of literary sources, the history of the development of the state and ideas about the economics of law of modern authors, made it possible to conclude that the development of civil law is influenced not only by the objectivity of laws but also subjective factors, including tradition.

USE OF SECONDARY POLYETHYLENE GRANULES IN THE PRODUCTION OF POLYMERIC PRODUCTS

The possibilities and problems of using polyethylene waste to obtain secondary polyethylene and its processing into products are considered. The use of secondary raw materials in the production of polymeric materials with high environmental properties is one of the ways to achieve sustainable development goals. The characteristics of the stages of the technological process from the collection and sorting of raw materials to the production of secondary granules are given.

SILVER IN THE GOLD DEPOSITS OF THE AMUR REGION

The main minerals of native silver hubs on gold deposits of the Amur region (Albyn, Malomyr, Pioner, Pokrovskoe) were studied. It has been established that silver has a positive correlation with gold, zinc, arsenic, antimony, lead and cadmium. There is a negative correlation of silver with zirconium, yttrium, hafnia, tantalum and rare earth elements.
