PENGARUH REGULASI PERHOTELAN TERHADAP PELAKU BISNIS LOKAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI PARIWISATA YOGYAKARTA STUDI KASUS: GRUP ASTON INTERNASIONAL

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan yang dilakukan secara selektif yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk melindung pelaku bisnis lokal dari persaingan atau kompetisi global dalam bisnis industri perhotelan dan pariwisata, dengan secara bersamaan berusaha mendapatkan manfaat dari Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dalam rantai industri perhotelan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas komunitas bisnis lokal. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang berusaha menggambarkan bagaimana regulasi pemerintah pusat Indonesia dan pemerintah daerah setempat mempengaruhi rantai hotel Aston Internasional yang beroperasi di Yogyakarta. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui proses interview dan studi pustaka yang menemukan bahwa regulasi selektif berhasil menyediakan proteksi kepada pelaku bisnis lokal dan secara bersamaan menarik minat investasi atau PMA yang dapat membawa efek domino yang positif terhadap industri perhotelan dan pariwisata lokal. Namun, peneliti juga menemukan beberapa kontradiksi kebijakan antara pemerintah pusat dengan daerah yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya koordinasi di dalam birokrasi. Pemerintah harus memandang serius permasalahan ini, mengingat industri perhotelan dan pariwisata di Indonesia khususnya Yogyakarta merupakan faktor yang sangat penting atau potensial dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi lokal.

URGENSI SERTIFIKASI HALAL BAGI BISNIS UMKM

UMKM merupakan lembaga bisnis yang terbukti mampu menjadi motor penggerak perekonomian dan mampu bertahan menghadapi berbagai krisis, baik nasional maupun global. Sejak disahkannya UU JPH, UMKM menghadapi tantangan baru yaitu keharusan memiliki sertifikasi halal untuk setiap produk yang dipasarkan. Walau demikian, sertifikasi halal sejatinya merupakan kebutuhan bagi UMKM dalam upaya mengembangkan dan memajukan usahanya. Dikarenakan sertifikasi halal yang dimiliki UMKM mampu meningkatkan minat beli, keputusan pembelian dan penjualan. Namun tetap saja kesadaran untuk mengurus sertifikasi halal pada UMKM masih rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh justifikasi dan meningkatkan keyakinan bahwa sertifikasi halal merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting, tidak hanya bagi konsumen, tetapi bagi UMKM selaku pelaku usaha. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal pada produk UMKM terbukti mampu meningkatkan minat beli dan keputusan pembelian konsumen, serta mampu meningkatkan omset penjualan UMKM setelah memiliki sertifikasi halal.Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi Halal; Keputusan Pembelian; Tingkat Penjualan; UMKM.

PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL DAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN HUTANG PERUSAHAAN DITINJAU DARI TEORI KEAGENAN (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF DAN ONDERDIL OTOMOTIF YANG GO PUBLIK DI BEI)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap kebijakan hutang perusahaan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Wahidahwati (2001) yang menemukan bahwa struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang perusahaan untuk mengurangi konflik keagenan. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang teradaftar di BEI. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 57 sampel perusahaan selama tiga tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda.

Penelitian ini berjudul “strategi sales promotion price discount dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif produk jenis minuman isotonik di pt. amerta indah otsuka” mempunyai tujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi seles promotion price discount dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif produk jenis minuman isotonic di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. Pada penelitian ini Metode yang di gunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini para konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka yang berada di sekitar Lombok Timur. Penentuan informan menggunakan tehnik probabilitiy sampling dengan simple random sampling, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Pengumpulan Data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penyimpulan dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel discount dapat mendorong peningkatan impulse buying konsumen pada PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. discount yang diberiakn mampu meningkatkan volume penjulan minuman jenis isotenik pada PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. Berarti strategi seles promosi dengan menggunakan diskon sudah berhasil dan mampu menarik atau mempengaruhi minat beli masyarakat, Disamping promosi seles diskon yang digunakan pihak PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka harus juga memperhatikan merchandising produknya Karen hal ini juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap keingin konsumen untuk mau berbelanja di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka

ANALISIS MODEL MANAJEMEN KOPERASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KOPERASI

Data pertumbuhan usaha koperasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja koperasi yang ditunjukkan oleh volume usaha dan laba bersih mengalami penurunan selama tahun 2008-2010. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis yang berhasil adalah kewirausahaan, partisipasi anggota, dan pengurus koperasi. Berdasarkan fenomena empiris yang ditemukan di lapangan penelitian ini maka rumusan masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan disini adalah “Bagaimana cara meningkatkan kinerja Koperasi Berbagai Usaha di KOTA MATARAM” Untuk menjawab masalah penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan dengan tiga variabel penelitian yaitu kewirausahaan, partisipasi anggota, dan pengelolaan koperasi. Pengujian pengaruh masing-masing variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda pada pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner kepada 74 pengurus koperasi di Kota Mataram. Hasil uji regresi partisipasi anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Koperasi Aneka Usaha di Kota Mataram, dan pengurus koperasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Koperasi Usaha Milik Berbagai Usaha.

PRINSIP PERHITUNGAN ZAKAT SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR NON-KEUANGAN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji mengkaji mekanisme perhitungan zakat saham syariah non-keuangan berdasarkan sektor yang berada di luar sektor keuangan, terdiri dari perusahaan Perdagangan, Industri, Properti, Pertanian dan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literature dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip tidak wajib zakat pada perusahaan keuangan, mengacu pada ketentuan hukum fiqih, namun ketentuan wajib zakat memiliki pebedaan pada setiap sektor industri, seperti industri rumah sakit yang Takaran zakatnya adalah selisih antara pemasukan total tahunan dan pengeluaran tahunan rumah sakit.

The Effectiveness of the Strategy for Empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) During the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic at the NTB Province Cooperatives and SMES Office

One of the attempts to recover micro-enterprises from the effects of the Covid 19 outbreak is the empowerment of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises by the SME Cooperative Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The empowerment given is in the form of a program involving Micro and Small Enterprises to provide a Social Security Net (SSP) and provide economic stimuli to encourage resources. This assistance is used to restore the economy of the citizens affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic by providing the opportunity to generate their business results as a means of involvement in preventing Covid-19, which would help the Micro and Small Bu affected. Also, it can provide an opportunity to start a business Back during the economic crisis. Some problems occur in its implementation, namely the lack of capital to empower all Micro and Small Businesses Affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic so that not all Micro and Small Businesses in West Nusa Tenggara Province can be empowered. This study aimed to describe and analyze the strategy's effectiveness for the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 at the West Nusa Tenggara Province UKM Cooperative Office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants used in this study used the purposive sampling technique. The research informants consisted of the head of the UKM Division, the Head of the UKM Development Section, the Head of the NTB Province UKM Koprasi Program Division Head, and Empowered UKM Players. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of the Strategy for the Empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic in the West Nusa Tenggara Province of the UKM Cooperative Service could not be said to be good because only two indicators have been defined as good. They are indicators of targeting accuracy and the social program.

Analisis Laporan Keuangan Di Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Lombok Barat

This research is entitled Analysis of Financial Statements at the Bappeda Office of West Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the 2017-2019 Bappeda Lombok Barat Report using the Liquidity and Solvency ratio. Financial statements are information that describes the financial condition of a company and furthermore this information can be used as a description of the company's performance. Analysis of financial statements in public sector organizations is done by comparing the financial performance of one period with the previous period based on financial statements, there are various types of ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, probability ratios, and growth ratios. The method used in this research is quantitative-qualitative using a deductive approach and analysis using Liquidity Ratios and Solvency Ratios, the current ratio of the Regional Development Planning Agency Office for 2017-2019 shows that in 2014 the current ratio was 667.50% in 2018 it decreased to 592.62 % or (74.88%) then experienced a significant increase in 2019 by 932.84% or an increase of 340.22%. Quick Ratio/Quick Ratio 2017 Quick Ratio/Quick Ratio of 264.91% in 2018 decreased by 170.31% or by 94.61% and then experienced a significant increase in 2019 by 524.25% or by 353.94%. In 2017-2019 based on Solvency Ratio analysis, in 2017-2019 the West Lombok Regional Development Planning Agency was able to pay all its debts then in 2019 it decreased by 0.02 and an average of 0.09%. The results of the calculation of the debt ratio in 2019 decreased by 0.02 and an average of 0.09%.

FUNDAMENTAL EFFECT OF MICRO ECONOMICS ON STOCK PRICES IN THE JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX

This study aims to examine the effect of microeconomic fundamentals as proxied by financial ratios to stock prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) group. The population in this study were companies that were consistently incorporated in JII for the period 2011-2015 and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there are three variables that have a significant influence on Islamic stock prices in the JII group, namely the market ratio proxied by EPS, the leverage ratio proxied by DAR and the activity ratio proxied by TATO, while the profitability ratio as proxied by ROA and liquidity ratio as proxied by CR. partially does not affect the price of sharia shares at JII. However, simultaneously effect. This indicates that the three proxies that have a positive effect have a relationship with agency problems, namely between the principal (shareholder) and the agent (management).

The Influence Of Capital Structure On Company Value In Manufacturing Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Capital Structure on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 Period. This type of research is a causal associative research with quantitative techniques. Total population of 183 companies, the sampling method with purposive sampling, the assilination of the selection of 39 sampling will be used. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used is documentation technique. The analysis tool uses a simple linear regression test, t test, and the coefficient of determinationThe results of the study are: by using the t-test hypothesis test, the variable X or DER shows the sig value < or 0.000 <0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and accepts Ha, meaning that the Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019.
