Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis residu kloramfenikol pada udang windu (penaeus monodon) menggunakan high performance liquid cromatography (hplc). Penelitian ini menghasilkan Residu kloramfenikol pada sampel udang windu (Penaus monodon) yang dianalisis menggunakan HPLC.Kadar residu kloramfenikol pada udang windu (Penaus monodon) dari Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Kutaradja adalah sebesar 0,0024634 ppm. Dapat dikatakan bahwa udang windu dari PPS kutaradja masih aman untuk dikonsumsi karena tidak melewati BMR yang telah ditetapkan oleh  SNI 01- 6366-2000 yaitu sebesar 0,01 ppm.

Protein is a polymer consisting of amino acid monomers which are connected to form linear bonds called Peptide bonds. The presence of nitrogen is a special feature of protein compounds because this element is not found in simple fat and carbohydrate compounds. This study aims to determine the protein content in corn flour, cassava flour, and pumpkin flour using the Kjedhal method. Protein analysis by the Kjedhal method is basically divided into three stages, namely: the destruction stage, the distillation stage, and the titration stage. The results showed that the protein content in corn flour was 9.32%, cassava flour was 8.45%, and pumpkin flour was 0.62%. The conclusion of this study is the greatest protein content found in corn flour.

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian kadar logam Hg pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis L). Analisis kadar logam merkuri (Hg) pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis L) dilakukan dengan proses destruksi menggunakan asam nitrat (HNO3) dan asam sulfat (H2SO4) selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Kadar logam berat merkuri (Hg) pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis L) dengan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) metode VGA di peroleh sebesar 0,0098 ppb ini menandakan bahwa kadar logam berat merkuri (Hg) pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis L) pasar Krueng Cut, Kec. Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh tidak melebihi batas maksimum cemaran logam berat yang telah ditentukan oleh SNI.

Telah dilakukan penelitian dalam menganalisis kadar nitrit pada air bersih dengan metode Spektrofotometri UV-VIS.Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisis kadar nitrit yang diperoleh dari sampel air PDAM berkisar antara 0,0020 - 0,0102 mg/L , air baku sebesar 0,0030 - 0,0114 mg/L dan air sumur sebesar 0,0041 – 0,0159 mg/L.Kadar nitrit yang diuji pada sampel air PDAM, air baku dan air sumur memenuhi standar mutu Permenkes Nomor 32 Tahun 2017 yaitu kurang dari 1 mg/L.

The goal of this study is to determine the level of fibre contained in bakso made from rice shiftings. The analysis employed gravimetric method with fibretherm apparatus. Firstly, the sample was defatted through n-hexanic soxhletation. After that,the gravimetric treatment was carried out in the apparatus to obtain the weight of the fibre. The data were then converted to percentage value. This step resulted the content of the fibre as following as 0.41; 0.23; 0.34; and 0.36% repectively for four samples. It shows that the level of those are below the standard of SNI 01-4439-1998.

ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to reduce the content of salt in the sea water. Zeolite is material which applied by ion exchange method. Activation of zeolite is significant process which making pores of zeolite can accerelate of adsorption. This research used two size of zeolite are 40 and 100 mesh. Zeolite can be activated using chloride acid. The highest concentration can reduce salinity of sea water greater. This happens because the highest concentration of the reactant has stronger binding power so that the particles in the zeolite can absorb quickly. Based on parameters test of salinity of sea water confirmed the ZA with 100 mesh can be used fresh water because its have pH 6.25, tasteless, odorless, colorless, and value of turbidity is lower 0.29. These properties have suitable for water clean for widely consumption of people.

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tawas Al2(SO4)3 dan soda ash Na2CO3 terhadap turbiditas dan pH air baku pada instalasi pengolahan air bersih (IPA). Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwasanya tawas Al2(SO4)3 dan soda ash Na2CO3  dapat membantu proses koagulasi-flokulasi sebagai penyangga pH. Pengaruh penambahan tawas dan soda ash pada air baku yaitu dapat menurunkan kadar turbiditas dan mempertahankan pH pada air baku (yang telah diolah). Sehingga menghasilakan air bersih yang sesuai standar baku mutu menurut Permenkes No. 32 Tahun 2017.

The synthetic dyes Rhodamin B and Methanyl Yellow are still often added to snacks to make the colors of snacks more obvious and people are interested in consuming them. Its use in long-term food products can cause cancer. The purpose of this study was to analyze synthetic dyes in chips, red macaroni, steamed cakes, yellow macaroni, bread jam and guava juice around the Ketapang area of ​​Banda Aceh City. The research method used is the Spot Test Analysis conducted qualitatively at the LPPOM MPU Laboratory in Banda Aceh City. The test results on the three samples namely chips, red macaroni, and steamed cake did not produce a color change reaction that showed Rhodamine B. The test results on yellow macaroni, bread jam and guava juice showed that the three samples tested did not produce a color change reaction indicating the presence of Methanyl Yellow. The conclusion from this test is that snacks have not been identified as Rhodamin B and Methanyl yellow or are free from the contents of the two synthetic dyes.

Heavy metals are compounds that have high toxicity and can cause serious health problems for humans and pose a serious threat to the sustainability of the ecosystem. Prokaryota microorganisms and eukaryotes have the ability to process bioremediation of heavy metals in the environment. Marine fungi as eukaryotic microbes that have high species diversity. The ability to live in marine fungi is influenced by environmental factors that differ from the terrestrial environment such as temperature, pressure, and salinity. Marine fungi have a characteristic structure of metabolites and their ability to bioremediate heavy metals in various processes, namely bioaccumulation, biomineralization, biosorption, and biotransformation. Bioremediation of heavy metals by marine fungi is related to the composition of cell wall structures that have many crosslinking polysaccharides (chitin, chitosan, glucans), glucuronic acid, galactosamine, a small amount of glycoprotein, together with melanin and phenolic polymers containing phenolic units, peptides, fatty acids, which provides quite a lot of oxygen-containing groups such as carboxyl, carbonyl, amino, hydroxyl, phosphate, methoxy and mercapto which are potentially metal binding sites.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the quality control of palm oil quality in PT. Lembah Bhakti Aceh Singkil Plantation. The function of implementing quality control is to control the quality of the initial input in the form of completion of raw materials, the production process, to the process of output of finished goods. This study uses several methods, namely filtration and titration. The average quality of palm oil at FFA levels ranges from 3.39 to 4.97 with a max.3 standard, a moisture content ranging from 0.12 to 0.3% with a max standard. 0.2%, and impurities levels ranged from 0.015-0.025% with the max standard. 0.02%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the measurement of quality control that is carried out is very influential in product quality, so that it can affect the income. Where the income of a company depends on the CPO oil selling price in PMKS PT. Perkebunan Lembah Bhakti. The selling value in marketing is very dependent on the quality of the CPO.
