During online learning of professional English courses, economic education students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung still tend to be passive, so the quality of existing knowledge is considered to be lacking. It is necessary to apply a learning model that can improve the quality of learning. In this study, the model used is the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model. The contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach is a learning concept that helps educators where during the learning process they can relate the material being taught to the natural world conditions of students and encourage them to apply it in their lives as family and community members. The research uses classroom action research (CAR) using two cycles. Based on the observations, the level of student participation in cycle two is known to increase the active participation rate of students by 41.94%. While the results of student evaluation scores in cycle two are known to have increased by 38.71%.

We analyzed the performance of the artificial neural network with the backpropagation method in predicting crude oil prices in this paper, including the case of crude oil price predictions. The training results obtained that the MSE value was 0.00099762 with 135 Epoch, in the network testing the MSE value was 0.093336. Meanwhile, the predicted value is determined by the target value with a contribution of 99% with a significant effect. Thus the accuracy level is determined by the target value and the predicted value. The accuracy of the system is obtained for 83,6%.

E-government is crucial in this era for all countries, either developed or developing. Although it has provided numerous advantages and opportunities, the E-government transformation is still considered a complex process. Considering the available research work and data on e-government surveys by the United Nations, this research has primarily focused on the global complexities of applying E-government along with regional and global E-government leaders. This research has been conducted using a systematic review methodology. According to 2020 surveys, the results are promising to show significant advancement in digital services in various geographic regions, cities, and countries. However, the results showed also that the most common challenges facing governments worldwide are the absence of digital infrastructures, limited resources for adopting the digital government policies, and lack of trust. Hence, governments must build trust with their citizens so that they can participate and avoid any resistance.

Starting from the emergence of 1st Generation network (1G), wireless mobile communications have been undergoing an evolution - from 2nd Generation (2G), 3rd Generation (3G), 4th Generation (4G) networks to 5th Generation network (5G) at present. The fifth era is only a continuation of the ongoing evolution as it is still in the research phase and is also the basis for further development of industries and the society in general. The paper presents and compares the fourth and fifth generation of wireless mobile communications, focusing on the differences and progress in terms of data transmission rate, capacity, architecture, technology and applied multiple-technique approaches and services provided.

Current study aims to investigate the effect of in-service training courses on novice teachers’ professional development. Moreover, the study seeks to examine the types of in-service courses that novice teachers need. The study population is 30 English high school teachers with teaching certificates in the southern district of Israel. The instrument of the study is an online questionnaire with additional open-ended questions. Study findings showed that 47% of the participants prefer courses in social interaction and educational knowledge. However, few participants showed an interest in self-esteem related courses. The researcher advises novice teachers to priorities their needs in social interaction and educational knowledge courses in order to steadily develop professionally. Moreover, further studies need to be explored in order to examine the effect of pedagogical in-service training courses on veteran teachers' professional development and compare the data between two studies.

Are future secondary school teachers able to identify the possibilities for preventing and reducing negative consequences of bullying and cyberbullying using digital technologies? We verified this question through a case study method. Teachers play a very important role in detection, elimination, as well as prevention. It is therefore necessary to educate them and constantly remind them of the seriousness of these problems. In our research, we tried not only to identify the opinions of respondents, future secondary school teachers, but also to emphasize these problems. The existence of ICT have "facilitated" the spread of violent content and thus encouraged its wider expansion. In our research, respondents stated several serious and important ideas. The number of identified cases of bullying and cyberbullying in their vicinity was increasing. There was non-significant number of opinions about non-existence, or ignorance of any kind of bullying near respondents. Despite identifying the contribution of ICT tools to the increase in bullying and cyberbullying, respondents did not mention these tools as possible preventive tools. We can conclude that, although the most respondents are able to identify these issues. The mentioned ways for preventing and eliminating negative consequences were only general and did not exceed basic knowledge about this growing phenomenon.
