Introduction: Hospital as a health service institution for thecommunity is a workplace that has a high risk to the safety andhealth of hospital human resources, patients, patient companions,visitors, and hospital environment so that the hospital is obliged toimplement the Republic of Indonesia Ministerial Regulation No. 66of 2016 concerning Hospital Work Safety and Health Standards.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine theImplementation of Occupational Safety and Health Standards at theJagakarsa Regional Hospital in 2019.Method: This type of research is qualitative using 5 informants.Result: From the results of research Jagakarsa Hospital hasimplemented the application of occupational safety and healthstandards of the hospital which include risk management, safetyand security, occupational health services, Management ofhazardous and toxic materials (B3) from aspects of occupationalsafety and health, fire prevention and control, management hospitalinfrastructure from aspects of occupational safety and health,management of medical equipment from aspects of occupationalsafety and health, preparedness to deal with emergencies ordisasters have been implemented well by Jagakarsa RegionalHospital but in reality there are still some elements that have notbeen carried out according to the Occupational Safety and HealthStandards diseases including risk management, fire control andprevention as well as hospital infrastructure.Conclution: Jagakarsa Regional Hospital should complement theshortcomings in the field so that it can realize the dream of thehospital becoming a favorite and perfect hospital

Introduction: Dental caries are experienced by all circles of thecommunity, ranging from adults, adolescent age groups, to childrenof both men and women. Children between 6-12 years of age aremore prone to dental diseases such as caries often consume fastfood or sweet snacks, at that age there is a change in tooth growthfrom the oldest tooth into adult or permanent teeth. Objectives: This research aims to know the relationship betweenthe frequency of teeth brushing, how to brush teeth and eatinghabits with the incidence of Karies in elementary school students inthe work Area Health District Kemang Bogor Year 2019Method: The design of this research is descriptive analytic to learnthe causal relationship between the two variables in a situation ora group of subjects conducted to see the relationship between onevariable and the other the approach used In this research is crosssectional. The population of this study is the primary schoolstudents of MI Al Islamiyah, MI Al Fitriyah, SDN Pabuaran 01,SDN Bojong 02 with a population of 151 students. Determinationof the sample using Slovin method with sample sampling usingsimple random sampling, obtained as much as 110 respondents.Data retrieval using questionnaires, then processed and analyzedunivariate and bivariate.Result: The results of the analysis showed that there is arelationship frequency tooth brushing (p-value = 0.000), How tobrush teeth (P-value = 0.000), and eating habits (p-value = 0,000)with Genesis Karies on elementary School students in the work areaPuskesmas Kemang Bogor District Year 2019. The child willemulate the behavior of his parents, so the parents are expected toknow how to brush good teeth and correct Conclution: The child will emulate the behavior of his parents, sothe parents are expected to know how to brush good teeth andcorrect

Introduction: The development of health service facilities is currently growing rapidly, but on the other hand, the waste produced is a threat in itself to environmental sustainability. Therefore, the health service unit has the obligation and responsibility to manage the waste produced, including in the hospital. Objectives: The research objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and infrastructure towards the behavior of medical waste treatment by cleaners in the Thousand Islands Regional Hospital in 2020. Method: The quantitative research method used a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all employees of the Seribu Kepuluan Regional General Hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample size of 106 people. The data used are primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data from books and literature. Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate with the chi- square test. Result: The results showed the relationship between knowledge with (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 43,333), attitude with (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 12,692), and infrastructure (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 25,143) on waste management behavior. medical by janitor. There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and facilities and the behavior of medical waste management by cleaning workers. Conclution: It is hoped that the Seribu Islands Regional General Hospital will provide training, and provide complete facilities and infrastructure in medical waste management in order to increase the knowledge of hospital staff and maximize medical waste management.

Introduction: Smoking behavior in adolescents in Indonesia increased, in 2013 (7.9%), in 2016 (8.8%) and 2018 (9.1). Bogor regency became the location with the highest rate of teen smoking than West Java Province. The high prevalence of smokers in adolescents is influenced by perception, peer influence and family support. Objectives: The study aims to find out the relationship of perception, peer influence and family support with male adolescent smoking behavior.Method: This research method is quantitative using cross sectional design. The subject of this study was a male teenage smoker in Bogor Regency, sampling techniques using purposive sampling of as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is conducted univariate and bivariate with chi square test. Result: Based on statistical tests, there are two variables that show a relationship i.e. perception (Pv = 0.005 and OR=3,431), peer influence obtained (Pv = 0.001 and OR=4,524 ), while there is one variable that indicates no relationship i.e. family support (Pv = 0.694), with male adolescent smoking behavior in Bogor Regency. Conclution: It is expected to be expected to promote health promotion related to the dangers of cigarettes, but use social media and work with influencers, as well as create a family empowerment concept teen smoker prevention program to prevent the initiation of smoking behavior. It aims to lower the number of teen smokers in Bogor Regency.

Introduction: Raising and maintaining work motivation isabsolutely done by every organization is a management ofhuman resources (HR), including HR for health workers in conducting health services. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine therelationship of the work environment, compensation andwork training with work motivation of PPNPN healthworkers in Dr.Mintohardjo Rumkital in 2020.Method: The design of this study was quantitative crosssectional, with a sample of 105 respondents. Data analysiswas performed univariately and bivariately with SpearmanCorrelation’s Analysis.Result: The results show there is a relationship between thework environment (p-value = 0.000 and r = 0.628),compensation (p-value = 0.000 and r = 0.427), and jobtraining (p-value = 0.000 and r = 0.504) with workmotivation of PPNPN health workers in Dr.MintohardjoRumkital in 2020.Conclution: Dr.Mintohardjo's Rumkital can increase themotivation of PPNPN health workers by increasing the safetyof the work environment, providing compensation tailored tothe workload and adjusting the type of work training to theproblems faced by health workers so that health services canbe improved and reducing the turnover rate ofDr.Mintohardjo's PPNPN Rumkital health workers.
