Artikel ini membincangkan pembinaan model pendidikan pembangunan lestari (SD) bagi program pengajian Sarjana Muda Pendidikan (Teknologi Maklumat) di UPSI. Pembinaan model pendidikan SD ini menggunakan dua jenis integrasi pendidikan SD iaitu integrasi mendatar dan integrasi menegak melalui pendekatan yang menjadikan SD sebagai satu kursus merentasi displin dalam usaha memperkenalkannya ke dalam program yang ada. Pendekatan pedagogi yang digunakan dalam pendidikan SD adalah konstruktism yang berkonsepkan pembelajaran melalui perlakuan beserta kaedah pembelajaran berasaskan masalah. Bagi pendekatan organisasi pula, pembinaan model pendidikan SD menggunakan kaedah gabungan antara pendekatan atas-bawah dengan pendekatan bawah-atas untuk menjadikan sistem pengurusan program pengajian pendidikan SD dapat berkembang secara sistematik. Pembinaan model pendidikan SD adalah berdasarkan proses mengenalpasti komponen, mengenalpasti kompetensi, menyatakan kompetensi, menganalisis kurikulum, mengintegrasi kurikulum dan menilai model. Akhirnya, satu model pendidikan SD bagi program pengajian Sarjana Muda Pendidikan (Teknologi Maklumat) terbentuk dan ianya telah memberikan gambaran jelas mengenai semua aspek yang diperlukan untuk mengintegrasikan model tersebut ke dalam kurikulum.

As the country implements the big data strategy and accelerates the construction of a digital China, data science has entered a new and dynamic era, and the demand for data science talents in all walks of life is increasing. Many talent training departments have added undergraduates or degrees to data science talents, but it is still unclear whether they can meet social and economic development needs. This article aims to improve the quality and adaptability of data science talent training and conduct an in-depth analysis of the demand for data science talents. The technology used in this article is data mining technology. The data information of data science talents is crawled out of the demand information of data science talents on the recruitment website. The core content of network relationship visualization is proposed and analyzed through machine learning methods and text subject word extraction models. Achieve a comprehensive exploration of the demand for data science talents and provide a reference for talent training units to formulate data science talent training models.

In the creative industries sector, mobile applications are the creative multimedia division for advancing technology, the industry revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0), in developing creative products. The creative industries benefit from the usage of mobile applications since it allows for the digital manufacturing of creative products that meet the IR 4.0 era. However, research on the use of cultural design aspects in mobile applications has several limits. This research aims to talk about the conceptual framework for the research that will be done to tackle the issues that occur. According to preliminary findings, the design concepts analysed a lack of cultural design aspects. Therefore, the researcher will research to generate design guidelines for mobile applications for the creative industries that include cultural design elements.

This study is an attempt to explore the level of school innovativeness and its prediction towards school performance as perceived by teachers. The data was collected using survey questionnaire from the sample of 324 teachers from primary schools in Johor, Perak, Pahang and Selangor. Subsequently, the collected data was analysed using descriptive analysis, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression. The result showed that Malaysian schools practiced moderate level of innovativeness as overall. However, National Type Tamil schools practiced higher level of innovativeness in comparison with National schools and National Type Chinese schools based on teacher’s perception. Apart from that, the result also showed that teachers perceived school innovativeness significantly predict the school performance. With the result obtained, this study proposed some recommendations to the ministry, policy makers as well as researchers to improve school performance in Malaysian primary schools.

In this study, an interactive mobile learning web-based system will be developed, 'Basic French-Malay Words,' especially for the first-timer students taking French subjects in schools or universities. The development of this system is to learn the difficulties of the Malay tongue students to understand French as a foreign language using existing conventional methods. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the first objective of this research is to identify the system's criteria that will be a suitable platform to learn. Next is developing a mobile learning web-based system that will help students overcome the arising problems. The last objective is to evaluate students' and educators' satisfaction via the usability of the application. Hence, this study is intended to design and develop a mobile web-based system for students to learn French in the Malay language. The methodology used for identifying the requirements is from the literature review content analysis and interviews. The software development uses Waterfall Model, and the technique for software evaluation uses heuristic evaluation. In conclusion, the expected result will be the requirements, software prototype, and level of user satisfaction in using this mobile learning web-based system. Therefore, this article presents the conceptual proposal for this research.

This paper is to discuss the awareness among the youth in UUM related to personal data protection. The cases of personal data protection increased day by day among the youths. Several awareness programs were done. The purpose of this study was to raise awareness of the importance of protecting personal data among the youth in Universiti Utara Malaysia. The method used to do awareness programs by using YouTube and online surveys. Awareness program using YouTube is highly recommended. The finding reveals that it can use this type of media to conduct awareness programs.

Penggunaan aplikasi mobile multimedia dalam pendidikan kini mendapat perhatian semua pihak dan menghasilkan interaksi hubungan murid dan guru. Penggunaan aplikasi mudah alih dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran dipercayai dapat menyelesaikan banyak masalah yang melibatkan matematik dan mengubah persepsi murid terhadap pemahaman algebra pecahan yang dianggap rumit dan membosankan. Kesukaran ini lebih terkesan kepada murid yang mempunyai masalah pembelajaran berbanding dengan murid biasa. Rasional kajian untuk meneroka penggunaan aplikasi mobile multimedia interaktif berasaskan permainan (P-PKSSMPK) sebagai alat bantu pengajaran untuk meningkatkan kemahiran pemikiran algebra pecahan dan pencapaian murid masalah pembelajaran dalam topik pecahan. Aplikasi mobile P-KSSMPK digunakan sebagai bahan bantu pengajaran bagi memudahkan murid memahami kemahiran pembelajaran pecahan. Penyelidikan ini melibatkan penguasaan kemahiran pemikiran algebra pecahan dan pemahaman dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran topik pecahan bagi murid masalah pembelajaran. Objektif kajian yang pertama ialah merekabentuk dan membangunkan aplikasi mobile multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan model Prototaip Pantas (menilai, menentukan objektif, mereka bentuk dan membangunkan prototaip, pelaksanaan prototaip, penilaian dan pemurnian). Objektif kajian kedua pula, mengkaji kesan aplikasi mobile P-KSSMPK melalui sembilan adengan pengajaran dalam membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan kemahiran pemikiran algebra pecahan bagi murid masalah pembelajaran. Reka bentuk kuasi-eksperimen digunakan ke atas kumpulan kawalan dan kumpulan rawatan di mana setiap responden diberi ujian pra, rawatan, dan ujian pasca. Kajian ini melibatkan 152 orang murid masalah pembelajaran dari sepuluh sekolah berbeza di daerah kinta utara di Perak. Dapatan kajian akhir mendapati bahawa pembelajaran menerusi aplikasi mobile P-KSSMPK berjaya mempertingkatkan tahap penguasaan kemahiran dan pemahaman pecahan. Min keputusan pencapaian ujian pra adalah 44.59 (sisihan piawai: 4.233) bagi kumpulan rawatan manakala min purata bagi ujian pasca meningkat sebanyak 65.88 (sisihan piawai: 21.520) bagi kumpulan rawatan. Justeru, kajian terhadap pembelajaran topik pecahan perlu diteruskan dengan melibatkan sampel kajian yang lebih besar supaya penglibatan murid dalam aktiviti pembelajaran pecahan dapat dipertingkatkan.

The knowledge of Mathematics is germane to the scientific and technological development of nations all over the world. In addition to this, the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) cum advances in pedagogy have made educators all over the world adopt innovative approaches that are ICT-inclined to enhance students’ acquisition of mathematical skills and also to enhance their academic achievement. In view of this, this study determined the effect of scratch programming language (SPL) on achievement in Geometry among senior secondary one (SS 1) students in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State, Nigeria. The study adopted the pretest-posttest control group quasi-experimental research design. The participants were 116 (75 males and 41 females) Senior Secondary School students in two intact classes from two public schools in Ibadan North Local Government Area. The instruments used for data collection were the Students Achievement Test in Geometry (SATG) (with a reliability coefficient of 0.75) and the Instructional Guide or Manual for the use of Scratch Programming Language (TGUSPL). Data were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). Results revealed that there was a significant main effect of treatment on students’ achievement in Geometry (F(1, 111) = 124.80; p<0.05, partial η2 = 0.53). Gender also had a significant main effect on students’ achievement in Geometry (F(1, 111) = 20.25; p<0.05, partial η2 = 0.15). It is, therefore, recommended that teachers and curriculum developers should adopt the use of Scratch programming language (SPL) for teaching Geometry for improved achievement in this aspect of Mathematics.

Information security is very significant needs to be secured due to people relying on networks and communication. Therefore, protecting information is a major challenge with the number of users increases rapidly in recent years. The aim of this article is to review Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) in information security. This article focuses on the issues of information security and the requirements of information security. The articles, journals and conference papers are reviewed by researchers were published in 2016-2021. Security issues are analyzed in the recent methodologies. The result of the relationship between CIA in each information security requirement is at a moderate level. It is suggested cybersecurity risk awareness program for society is needed. Therefore, every user could get full advantages in networks and digital platforms.

Cyber attackers use the Dark Web, a collection of facilities that are not visible to search engines and normal users, to explore a variety of illegal products and services. In this paper, the Dark Web and its impact on internet governance were analyzed. The findings of a review of the literature provide in-depth knowledge on the increasing number of crimes committed on the Dark Web, considering the economic, social, along ethical consequences of cybercrime on the Dark Web, as well as analyzing the consequences and methods for locating the criminals, as well as their drawbacks. Fraudsters, militants, and government-sponsored secret agents used the Dark Web where is among the most popular difficult together with unidentifiable channels to achieve their illicit goals. Crimes that were committed on the Dark Web are similar to criminal offenses committed in the real world. Nevertheless, the sheer size of the Dark Web, the unpredictability of the ecosystem, as well as the privacy and confidentiality afforded by Dark Web services, were also critical challenges in tracing criminals. Measuring the yachting Dark Web crime risks is a critical step in discovering alternative approaches to cybercrime. The study reveals that Dark Web services are available to arrest criminals, as well as digital facts and evidence, should be analyzed and applied in a way that allows Internet Governance.
