The position of the Vice President and the President is not equal, even though the President and Vice President are a single inseparable institution. The position of the President and Vice President which is not equal shows that the presidential institution is the organizer of a single government system. The position of the Vice President cannot be separated from the President as a unit of positions which are directly elected by the people through general elections. Then, the duties and powers of the Vice President in the 1945 Constitution do not provide regulation, because the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution only mention their duties as assistant to the President, even though the President and Vice President are a single unit of office elected by the people through general elections. The authority of the Vice President is the authority mandated by the President to assist the President in implementing laws so that the responsibility remains with the President. The authority of the Vice President as a substitute for the President is all the powers that are in the position of President. In the future, it is necessary to make a law as an elaboration of the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution

The friction between economic interests and environmental interests has become a serious problem today. The friction between the two interests is evident in the activities of a company, therefore a company is given responsibility for the impact caused by its activities. This responsibility is “corporate social and environmental responsibility”. However, the term "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" is often used in Indonesian society. The use of this term has a legal consequence, namely that the company's responsibility is only social responsibility, while environmental responsibility does not exist. Departing from these problems, this study will focus on discussing problems regarding the “Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER)” policy model in Indonesia, particularly regarding the CER policy model, and the types of CER policies. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of laws and regulations and news about company and / or government programs in the field of environmental management. Based on the research results, it is known that the CER policy model clarifies and reinforces the regulation of corporate responsibility towards environmental aspects, CER policies can come from corporate initiatives or come from government initiatives.

Regulations are chosen as a means to realizizing public policy by the Government. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Job Creation Law), as an omnibus law, was formed to create a conducive climate for investment by reforming regulations in the field of business licensing. In its journey, the Job Creation Law is inseparable from various polemics, starting from the reporting stages of the material regulated in it, including efforts to liberalize food import policy. Allegedly, the presence of the Job Creation Law is injustice and negates the little people. The progressive law put forward by Satjipto Rahardjo adheres to the understanding that law is said to be progressive when the law favors the weak, the law must be pro-justice and pro-people. Based on the study and analysis of progressive law on the Job Creation Law, it can be said that the content of the Job Creation Law in agriculture which is an effort to liberalize food imports is also not in line with progressive law because it does not pay attention to the interests of small farmers because it reduces farmers' right to life.

Bangka Belitung Province have a community called a native population known as the Lom or Urang Lom. Legal recognition of the Urang Lom community in the formation of the Village Customary Institution where Urang Lom still lives is a very important part of the perspective of legal protection. The form of legal protection against the existence of Urang Lom is only limited to the recognition of a traditional institution called Mapur Customary Institution which is under the auspices of the Malay Customary Institution of Bangka. The formal and material legality problem in the formation of the Urang Lom Customary Institution in Gunung Muda and Gunung Pelawan Villages is related to the synergy of the Mapur Customary Institution that has been formed with the Village Customary Institutions based on the Village Law. Gunung Muda Village, and Gunung Pelawan Village made the formation of the Village Customary Institution be difficult because it clashed with the village territorial area.
