This article presents the results of targeted field research in the Fergana Valley in 2020-2021 and the analysis of the literature, the belonging of Phlomoides species to 15 florocenotypes, and the level of activity of each species based on their phytogeographic, ecological, phytocenotic range. In this case, the species are divided into 4 groups: the most active, active, moderately active and passive species. The interdependence of existing florocenotypes was prepared based on the program UPGMA (version 3.22) and their analysis is presented.

In recent years, in the world, the anthropogenic impact on the soil, entailing various changes in its properties, is becoming more severe. Especially it is necessary to note the lands located on the boundaries of the protection zones of linear objects. This article studies the agrochemistry of soils that are under zones and linear protection objects and the effect of electric waves on wheat productivity. Overhead power lines have a negative impact on the environment, in particular on its ecological, social, and economic systems due to the high intensity of the electromagnetic field around the lead wires. High-voltage power lines do not significantly affect the content of humus and nutrients.

Work rotation is an employment activity related to the process of transferring functions, responsibilities, and employee status, to obtain work satisfaction and increase maximum work performance. Work rotation functions for the development of human resources which are believed to provide many benefits to the organization. This study aims to determine organizational considerations in implementing employee work rotation activities so that a model will be created that will be used as the basis for employee rotation. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data analysis was carried out, using four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of the study conclude that the work rotation model at the YPDR Nursing Academy Jakarta refers to tenure, appraisal work performance results, educational qualifications, skills, and experience and has considered aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation, with the ultimate goal of optimizing performance institution.

This study aims to determine the ability of water hyacinth, heartshape false pickerelweed, and water lettuce as phytoremediation of chlorine in water; to determine the ability of those plants, as well as to accumulate and translocate chlorine in water, bioconcentration factor (BCF), and translocation factor (TF). The research method was used, namely the experimental design method to find the effect of certain treatments on controlled conditions. The results of the study concluded that water hyacinth (Eicchorniacrassipes (Mart.) Solms), heart shape false pickerelweed (Monochoria vaginalis (Burm.F) Presi), and water lettuce (Pistia stratiotes L.) have the ability as phytoremediating agents for chlorine in water, with absorption respectively 79.58% for water hyacinth, 73.60% heartshape false pickerelweed, and 87.39% for water lettuce. These plantsare hyperaccumulators if the absorption / accumulation rate is at least 1000 ppm of contaminants. Thus, the three types of plants (Eichhorniacrassipes, Monochoria vaginalis, and Pistia stratiotes) can be categorized as hyperaccumulator plants for chlorine because their accumulation levels are respectively 1492.35 ppm (E.crassipes), 1374 ppm (M. vaginalis), and 1631.28 ppm (P. stratiotes).

The research has conducted at the EIDE, Captain Orestes Acosta of Santiago de Cuba in the sport of karate-do, to develop a psycho-pedagogical strategy to sensitize trainers, athletes, and others involved in the importance of intrinsic motivation for the teaching-learning process of the same. For the study, methods and techniques were applied such as: observation, semi-structured interviews, and surveys. The qualitative analysis of the results indicates that coaches have inadequacies in the domain of participatory methodologies and the conception and instrumentation of teaching methods, and in athletes the need to improve their teaching-learning processes predominates, wishing to develop effective strategies that favor an integral formation. The psycho-pedagogical strategy that is proposed has based on epistemological, theoretical, methodological, and didactic foundations that support its instrumentation and has made up of three stages with its corresponding actions. The aspects analyzed by the experts, both of the specific actions, and the strategy as a whole achieved positive assessments that validate the design for its subsequent implementation.

Providing alternative answers to the problem of learning quality is a fundamental concern for educators engaged in the task of promoting personal growth in the teaching-learning process. The research presented refers to the inadequacies in the theoretical-practical preparation in the content of the observation and estimation in the subject Recreational Activities in Nature in fourth-year students of the Physical Culture career. In this sense, the objective was to elaborate a didactic material (Brochure) that provides the development of theoretical and practical preparation in the content of observation and estimation. The methodology that was used as a theoretical method was the analysis-synthesis, inductive - deductive, review of documents and as an empirical method the observation and criteria of specialists; As techniques, the interview, survey, and the statistical-mathematical procedure were used as a percentage calculation, which allowed us to know the theoretical and practical inconsistencies that led to the need to treat the problem under investigation.

The affectations that are reported starting from the use of the petroleum in the energy production of the country in the economic and environmental, open an analysis space for the search of alternative sustainable in the electric generation, based on the employment of the renewable potential that exists in the territories. In these work analyzed the evaluation of the territorial space of the Pinar del Río county was presented that can be used for the development from the connected photovoltaic systems to the grid. Like a viable energy alternative that propitiates the reduction of the environmental impacts and of natural disasters, at the same time that it constitutes an economically sustainable solution, when not having to incur in expenses of resources to acquire the fuel that today has used with those purposes. This county through the years, it has been impacted by phenomena hydrometeorology extreme reason by which you the program of the distributed generation with the objective of giving vitality to the electric service began.

The limited use of natural resources that are possessed, which implies endemic flora (shrubs, herbs, etc.) and production waste ( leaf litter, various plant fibers, cattle manure, poultry, etc.), which are stacked for later burning and consequently causing pollution to the environment, are some of the problems that are generated at the farm level. The objective of the research was to generate biofuel derived from the mixture of methanol, sodium hydroxide and fig oil in the Mis 2 Principitos del Comuna El Limón farm, Portoviejo canton. Within the methodology to produce biodiesel or biofuel through the transesterification process, castor oil obtained from the fig seed, methanol (methyl alcohol) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) (acid or catalyst) were used. By means of the transesterification in which 0.001 m3 of castor oil, 0.0001 m3 of methanol and 0.01 Kg of potassium hydroxide were used under conditions of an approximate temperature of 60 ° C and 40 rpm of agitation in the stirrer plate, it resulted in 0.001 m3 of biodiesel. Biodiesel can be generated from fig or castor oil, taking advantage of a biomass energy source, which can be used in pump engines for irrigation in farms.
