Its efficiency determines the living conditions and livelihoods of the population of rural areas of the region. However, all this is a dilapidated superstructure on the foundation, which in agriculture are: effective crop rotation, soil fertility, land reclamation and lease relations, the state of which today requires major (not patching) repairs. The purpose and objective of the study is to prepare a package of methodological materials to ensure the development and implementation of the "Target program for providing the population with food". Research methodology: monitoring and comparative analysis. Research results. The article presents the methods, methodological manuals and recommendations developed by the authors, the implementation of which will allow the heads of municipalities and economic entities of the region to develop and implement a "Target program for providing the population with food" for a municipal order, using more advanced lease relations, innovative forms of business and corporate management.

The article aims to reveal the scientific contribution of M.Kh. Gerandokov. in the study of the problems of cultural development in the region, a conceptual approach to complex issues of the theory of culture, ethics, aesthetics. Particular emphasis is placed on the scientist’s innovative contribution to the historical and philosophical science and cultural studies, putting forward a new paradigmatic concept of national culture. In this direction, paying tribute to the cultural achievements of the previous era, he puts forward the concept of the «incompleteness» of the cultural revolution and theoretically defends the ways of its new stage in modern conditions. It is not about the alternative assessment of the culture of the past and the present, but about the author’s ability to see cultural phenomena in dialectical development. A huge amount of historical archival and other factual material in the context of the new methodology is correlated with the historical reality of the results of the cultural revolution, which, as it is recognized, were not adequate to the content of the theory of the cultural revolution, which formed the basis of the paradigm of its incompleteness. The authors consider the theoretical concept of M.Kh. Gerandokov. as a scientifically grounded attempt to bring the national culture closer to the system of modern civilization. The merits of Mikhail Khamzetovich in the integration of science and practice of cultural and educational activities are also noted.

A publication that can hardly be overestimated

The article analyzes the three-volume edition «History of kabardino-circassian literature», prepared by a team of literary scholars of the Kabardino-Balkarian Institute for Humanitarian Research, the last volume of which was published recently. The difficult and long-term path of the creation of this scientific ore is traced, the changes that have taken place in the work project are indicated, their objective and subjective reasons are clarified. Initially, it was planned to study only the Kabardian literary process, but in the course of it, the authors added the work of Circassian writers, and then the literature created by the Adygs in the foreign diasporas, which increased the significance of the work. It is indicated that in the «History of kabardino-circassian literature» not all bright creative individuals have separate chapters. It is proposed, in addition to this edition, to write a monograph, where separately consider the work of B. Utizhev, Kh. Beshtokov, K. Duguzhev and poets and writers who have revealed their potential in recent years (there is such a plan in the sector of «Kabardino-Circassian literature» KBIGR. In conclusion the article emphasizes the theoretical and practical significance of the topical work of leading Adygean literary critics.

Problems of preserving the norms of Adyge khabz in the context of globalization (based on the materials of a sociological study)

In this article, the authors comprehend the moral and ethical phenomenon of "Adyge habz the problems of its preservation and development in modern society in the context of globalization. The study of traditions is undoubtedly relevant in modern conditions, when many ethnic groups persistently retain interest in past values, their origins and prospects. The authors note that this problem is relevant not only for the Adygs, but also for other peoples of the North Caucasus, which have their own analogues of national moral and ethical codes. Based on the results of the conducted sociological research, it is concluded that the role of Adyghism (adygag) in the system of traditional ethno-cultural values of the Adyghes has decreased, and therefore there is a need to revive and develop the national identity of the Adyghes.

Hemodynamic control using models of electroacoustic signals of an oxygenated neuron

The paper presents a comparative assessment of the nutritional value depending on the phenological phase of Onobrychis viciifolia Scop., as well as the determination of the regularity of the accumulation of biologically active substances and heavy metals in the herb of the species. The yield of green mass of plants was determined. From each hectare of sowing, 9,7 centners of protein can be obtained; the yield of fiber is 13 centners, BEV is 22,9 centners, fat is 1,6 centners, ash is 4 centners and carotene is 13.0 kg. Depending on the growing season, the chemical composition in the grass of Onobrychis viciifolia changes. The content of calcium, phosphorus increases, and the presence of iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, manganese and molybdenum and amino acids decreases.

B.K. Utizheva in Adyghe linguistics

The article is devoted to the historical analysis of the philological sciences of Boris Kuneevich Utizhev. He is better known as a talented playwright and poet, but, nevertheless, he is a person who made a significant contribution to the Circassian linguistics. The range of his interests in this field was wide – modern grammar and history of the language, dialectology, lexicology and lexicography, stylistics, according to which he published articles, monographs, dictionaries. In this article, an attempt is made to appreciate the significance of the works of B.K. Utizheva for the development of Adygology.
