<p align="justify">This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are all customers who use tobacco products Gudang Garam International, while method of sample using accidental sampling technique is the technique of sample withdrawal by chance, so the number of samples obtained as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of regression and correlation. The results revealed a significant difference between the quality of the product, brand and promotion jointly on customer loyalty cigarettes Gudang Garam International. The result proved that the customer loyalty is assumed to be positively affected by the price and the service that pertain in Alakasa Extrusindo Company. The result proved that the customer loyalty was simultaneous affected by the price and service.</p><p> </p>

<p align="justify">This research will examine the views from stakeholders on the quality of audits based on issues of expertise and professionalism of auditors, audits commercialization  and transparency the audit. This study focuses attention on the response from implementation of audits quality regulations according to the company’s audits, the audit committee and investors. The focus of this research is an analysis of research by identifying four major drivers of audit quality, namely: culture in an audit firm; skills and personal qualities of audit partners and staff; the effectiveness of the audit process; the reliability and usefulness of audit reporting. In this study also identifies a number of factors that affect the quality of audit beyond the control of the auditor, namely: the approach taken by management; the contribution made by the audit committee; role of shareholders and commentators; role as a driver of audit quality litigation; regulatory approaches; the pressure caused by the acceleration reports. The results showed that the regulatory bodies and professionals involved in the management and improvement of audit quality to make efforts to improve the tarnished image, increase its legitimacy and reputation as well as the dominance of responses raised concerns about potential damage to the profession.</p>

<p align="justify">The purposed of this research was to identified the effect of leadership and career development partially and simultaneously on employee commitment PT Khalifa International Business in Jakarta. Research conducted on 21 employees of PT Khalifa International Business, data processing using analysis Regression. It is showed positive effect leadership and career development on employee commitment partially and simultaneously. With this research explicitly illustrated and analyzed the effect of leadership and career development on employee commitment including how the relationship between variables.</p>

<p align="justify">The objectives of this study were determining the effect of tangibles, empathy, and assurance on the decision to buy at PT Raden auto, Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection techniques using questionnaires. The populations used in this study are the consumer at PT. Raden Auto Jakarta, while the sample using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample by chance, in order to obtain the total sample of 100 people. The results showed that the tangibles, empathy, and assurance were predicted by decision to buy. In other words, learning strategies has been a role in increasing tangibles, empathy, and assurance customers in the PT Raden Auto, Jakarta. The results proved that decision to buy was simultaneous affected by tangible, empathy, and asssurance.</p>

<p align="justify">This study was conducted in order to prove the hypothesis that has been formulated that there is significant influence of organizational culture dan knowledge management on the performance of the apparatus on the object of study, namely the Secretariat General of the Council of National Resilience. The study was conducted by using a quantitative approach in the form of a correlation study. Techniques of data collection using survey techniques through questionnaires, by giving a list of statements and questions to the 60 respondents as the sample is determined by means of simple random sampling. Conclusion the study proves that the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the apparatus Secretary General of Wantannas insignificant. While the influence of knowledge management on the performance of the Secretariat General Wantannas is significant. Similarly, studies have shown a significant influence of organizational culture and knowledge management simultaneous on the performance of the Secretariat General of Wantannas. Therefore, it is recommended that the Secretariat General of Wantannas develop organizational culture and knowledge management as one of the models of organizational coaching in improving the achievement of high performance</p><p> </p>

<p align="justify">The purpose of this research was to determined the effect of price on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of services quality on customer loyalty, as well as to determine the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo employee. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with type of descriptive and quantitative research, with a total sample 57 employee. The results provide empirical support for the proposed of significant effect partially price on customer loyalty, as significant effect partially of service quality on customer loyalty. <p align="justify">The objectives in this research are describe influence of commitment and compensation in partially and simultaneous on the performance of employees of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. The populations in this research are the employee of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta, while the sample using simple random sampling technique, which determines the sample, in order to obtain the total sample of 109 people. The results showed that the employee performance was predicted by commitment and compensation . In other words, commitment and compensation has been a role in increasing employee performance in the PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. The results are proved that employee performance was simultaneous affected by commitment and compensation.</p>

<p align="justify">This study aims to analyze the differences in firm performance before and after mergers and acquisitions on corporate merger and acquisition activity. Corporate performance is measured by using financial ratio: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio, Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS). Quantitative method is used in this research, take the data of public company which had conducted mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and announce its activity in the period 2007-2011, and analyzed using Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Manova are used to answer hypothesis. The results from this research show that study in 7 financial ratio, NPM, ROI, ROE, EPS, TATO, CR and Debt. On the acquire does not show significant differences in the comparison before and after the acquisition. But the companies that have merged ROI ratios, EPS and Debt there are significant differences before and after the merger.</p>
