The paper centers on building the semantics of the modal metatheory for studying the classes of algorithmic complexity. Further the effectiveness of this calculus is studied on the example of researching the famous problem of computational complexity theory – the question of equality of the classes P and NP. The new theoretical and methodological approach to the problem is provided. The original semantics was developed that can be used for description of relations between classes of algorithmic complexity from the complexity theory. On the basis of this semantics the complete calculus of the logic of the computational complexity can be developed in future. It is the first time when modal logic is used for studying the relations between classes of algorithmic complexity. New theoretical and methodological approaches to the classical problems of the complexity theory are proposed. Paper matters for computer science, philosophy of mathematics, logic and theory of algorithms, cryptography.

The purpose of the article is in a philosophical analysis of phenomenon of NBIC convergence as a main contemporary trend in technology, which will influence on life experience and social life. The author using an analysis of themathical information created an original concept of changes in human life which will be triggered by synergistic effect of development of NBIC technologies. Possible risks which are related to uncontrolled development of technology, as examples provided cases of genetic modification of human and usage of artificial intelligence. The author created an original concept of changes in human life which will be triggered by synergistic effect after usage of NBIC technologies. The original philosophical conclusions are discovered such as changes in thinking about categories of natural – unnatural. The article analyze the nature and content of bilateral Canadian-American asymmetric relations with uses the general scientific methods of empirical knowledge. The asymmetry of quantitative and qualitative parameters of Canada and the USA, which is caused by historical, geographical, political, economic, demographic and cultural factors, is revealed. It is proved that in the conditions of interdependence, the asymmetry of military potentials is not a determining factor in relations between the two North American countries. It found that the existing asymmetry of indicators between Canada and the United States does not create opportunities for the strong side to dictate its conditions and does not allow these relations to be turned into a one-sided relationship. Key Canadian strategies aimed at reducing asymmetry in relations with the United States are identified. It is indicated that “soft power” is an important factor in strengthening Canada’s political position in the asymmetric model of coexistence with the United States. The Relations between Canada and the United States are characterized not only by the high level of asymmetry and the wide application of regulatory mechanisms, but also by the high degree of interdependence that is particularly noticeable in the economic and cultural spheres. The asymmetric relationship between Canadian-American is evident in terms of reaching consensus in a wide range of activities. Key words: USA, Canada, Canadian-American Relations, Asymmetry, Interdependence, Potential.

The basis of paper consists of decades long discussion of Polish philosophers and historians of philosophy who touched upon the issue of national Polish philosophy and upon the problems of researching the history of Polish philosophy. The discussion led to numerous interesting conclusions which appear to be still valid for researchers of national philosophical traditions and also for philosophers who intend to contribute to philosophical tradition of their nation. Topical conclusions of their considerations can be formulated as methodological instructions for researching history of nation's philosophy and as advice for building philosophical tradition of the given nation.
