This research aims to test the effect of benefits, trust, and ease of use on customer interests using mobile banking services at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Koto Baru Branch, Dharmasraya. The variables used in this study are bound variables i.e. customer interest (Y), and free variables consist of benefits (X1), trust (X2), and ease of use (X3). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The accumulation of data used in this study was primary data from questionnaires and using teknik slovin. Technical data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The population in this study was a customer of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Koto Baru Dharmasraya Branch, the sample in this study amounted to 148 respondents.The research data was collected from respondents' results and analyzed with liniear regression and hypothesis test. The results showed that the variable benefits did not have a positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (1,138<1.665) dan untuk variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (25.426>1,655), furthermore for ease of use positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (2,810>1,655).

The purpose of this study is to identify the significant factors that affect the adoption of mobile banking services, by conducting an empirical investigation on generation comparison, between Gen Y and Gen Z in Thailand. To test the framework, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, collinearity analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were applied to the primary data, which consists of 400 surveys collected from mobile banking users in Gen Y and Gen Z in Thailand. The results show that compatibility, perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy are significantly and positively affect customer intention to adopt the services in both generations. Interestingly, social influence has significantly affected adoption of mobile banking only in Gen Z.

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors affecting interests of taxpayers in using efiling facility. The independent variables of this research are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security and privacy, complexity, readiness technology taxpayers information and human resources. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionnaires. Respondent are the Individual Taxpayers who used e-filing.This research used multiple linear regression analysis that involved 108 respondents. The results show that: (1) perceived usefulness affects positively the intention to use E-filing, (2) perceived ease of use affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (3) security and privacy affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (4) complexity affects negatively the intention to use E-filing, (5) Readiness Technology Taxpayers Information affects positively the intention to use E-Filing (6) Human Resources affects positively the intention to use E-Filing

This study aims to analyze Sharia Maqashid, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking,andshariacomplianceontheperformanceofKS212(KoperasiSyariah212). Case study on the 212mart. The hypothesis test is using multiple linear regression analysis with Maqashid Sharia, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking, and sharia compliance as independent variables, and cooperative performance as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are primary data with purposive sampling techniques collected through interviews and questionnaires in May 2018. The 112 respondents in this study consist, KS212 manager, 212 community administrators and managers of 212mart in Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency, and Bogor Regency. The results showed that all independent variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, although partially maqashid sharia, entrepreneurial networking, and sharia compliance did not significantly influence cooperative performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library research and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province, amounting to 66 people. And the sample is all the population of 66 people or better known as the census. The data analysis method used is the instrument test which is divided into validity and reliability test, descriptive variable analysis (TCR), classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results obtained are motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 66 0rang. Dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua populasi berjumlah 66 orang atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terbagi menjadi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif variabel (TCR), uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

The research examined influence of the level of capital adequacy and the third party funds to the profit based financing. This study uses Sharia Banks listed on the Financial Services Authority during the period 2013-2017 as the object of research. The research used quantitative. Source of data used is secondary data. Population of the research is Sharia Banks listed on the Financial Services Authority during the period 2013-2017. Determination of this research sample using purposive sampling method and obtained 5 Sharia Banks as samples. Technical data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistic test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using SPSS version 22.  The research showed that: the level of capital adequacy has a significant positive to the profit based financing, the third party funds has a significant positive to the profit based financing. This study aims to examine the effect of Taxpayer Perception and Risk Preference on Taxpayer Compliance. Taxpayer compliance is a very important thing and is needed so that the state revenue in the tax sector is maximized. This research was conducted using convenience sampling with a sample of 100 respondents from individual taxpayers at the Jakarta KPP Kebayoran Baru Tiga. The data used are primary data through a questionnaire containing respondents' answers. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which includes the Determination Coefficient Test, T Test and F Test. Before the hypothesis test, the collected data will be through a data quality test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results of this study indicate that Taxpayer Perception has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. While Risk Preference does not affect Taxpayer Compliance. But simultaneously Taxpayer Perception and Risk Preference have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and trust on Go-Food consumer loyalty in Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are consumers who use Go-Food services in Bandar Lampung. The number of samples used amounted to 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of several statements to respondents online. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that based on the hypothesis test (t test and f test), all three hypotheses were accepted. This means that Service Quality and Trust partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and simultaneously Service Quality and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Go-Food Consumer Loyalty in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived trust, usability, ease of use, and security on re-interest in using Jenius mobile banking. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 145 respondents with criteria as Jenius mobile banking users and willing to become respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. Based on the analysis, it is found that the perception of trust has a positive effect on re-interest in using Jenius mobile banking. Usability perception has a positive effect on re-interest in using Jenius mobile banking. Perceived ease of use has no effect on re-interest in using Jenius mobile banking. <p><em><span lang="IN">This study aims to determine how far the influence of intellectual capital on the financial performance of the Regional Development Bank of West Sumatra as the object of research. These financial performance measurement indicators use ROE, while intellectual capital is measured using VACA, VAHU, and STVA. Research data are time series. The period of financial statements taken is from 2015-2018. The financial statement data is taken monthly. Data is processed using SPSS data processing tools. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, VACA and VAHU had an effect on ROE, but STVA did not affect ROE. Simultaneously, intellectual variables have a positive influence on financial performance. With a very high level of determinant of 97.6%, intellectual capital affects the level of financial performance if based on ROE.</span></em></p><p><em><span lang="IN"><br /></span></em></p><p><em><span lang="IN"><span lang="IN">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat sebagai objek penelitiannya. Indikator pengukuran kinerja keuangan ini menggunakan ROE, sedangkan capital intelektual diukur dengan menggunakan VACA, VAHU, dan STVA. Data penelitian bersifat time series. Jangka waktu laporan keuangan yang diambil adalah dari tahun 2015-2018. Data laporan keuangan tersebut diambil secara  per bulan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan alat pengolah data SPSS. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, VACA dan VAHU berpengaruh terhadap ROE, namun STVA tidak mempengaruhi ROE. Secara simultan, variabel intelektual memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dengan tingkat determinan yang sangat tinggi yaitu 97, 6%, capital intellectual mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja keuangan apabila berdasarkan ROE.</span></span></em></p>

PT. Multi Mandiri Medan is one of the companies engaged in the field of labor services namely clearning service and security guard. Employees feel less satisfied, because the form of motivation provided by the company is not as expected by the employee. In addition, employees experience stress due to excessive workloads, remuneration provided is not proportional to the workload provided by superiors and superiors are not being fair to subordinates. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. The benefits of research is to provide information to the leadership of the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction. The research population is all employees of PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan as many as 68 people. In this research, the research sample counted 68 people. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of t test shows that motivation has positive and significant effect partially on job satisfaction; while the stress variable has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. F test results show that motivation and stress significantly influence simultaneously to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. Based on the results of the discussion, obtained multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 12.45 + 0.898.X1 - 0.253.X2. That is, motivation and stress affect the job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. This can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient. In other words, if the form of motivation increases, then job satisfaction will increase. However, if the cause of stress increases, employee job satisfaction will decrease. The value of the correlation coefficient (R²) is 0.804. That is, motivation and stress have a strong relationship to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan.
