CRIMINAL PROSECUTION IN THE PERSON OF A VICTIM IN CRIMINAL CASES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: SOME CURRENT ISSUES AND WAYS TO SOLVE THEM

The author of this study has considered some problems of legal regulation of criminal prosecution of victims in criminal cases in the Russian Federation. Taking into account the law enforcement practice of Moscow, the Moscow Region, and the Udmurt Republic, he made legislative proposals for their resolution .

INVESTIGATION OF THE ISSUES OF NUTRITION OF STUDENTS USING THE DEFINITION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The article touches upon the question of the relationship between proper nutrition and physical activity. A study of the nutritional status and lifestyle of students was carried out. The assessment was carried out according to several criteria: the daily diet and its components (this gave an idea of the substances that the body may lack), bad habits and the degree of employment in work or educational activities. The results of the study showed that there is a direct relationship between adequate nutrition and physical activity. Practical recommendations for adjusting the daily diet are given. Attention is focused on food products containing the greatest amount of vitamins and minerals, which, according to the results of the research, were not enough for students.

STATISTICAL METHODS IN ARCHAEOLOGY

The use of statistical methods in the analysis of archaeological problems is an effective interdisciplinary approach. The article briefly describes the chronology using of statistical methods in archaeology, provides examples using of basic statistical methods in the analysis of the ceramic ornament the Zmeisky settlement in North Ossetia and more modern archaeological finds made by the Azov archaeological expedition in the Krasnodar region.

INTEGRAL REPRESENTATIONS OF SUBCLASSES OF THE STAR FUNCTIONS OF MANY COMPLEX VARIABLES

In this paper, we present a method of integral representations of subclasses of the class of star functions of many complex variables, consisting in the fact that for the subclass of functions defined by a certain set of properties, an integral formula is derived, which gives the criterion of belonging of this function to this subclass. Very often, structural formulas are given by operators in the form of integral representations that convert one class of functions to another. Here are some examples of new subclasses of the class of star functions for which integral representations are constructed.

The relevance of the research theme is due to the fact that the modern abundance of trading organizations requires the development and implementation of a marketing policy, the main purpose of which is to attract the maximum number of customers and generate stable revenues. This article analyzes the features of remote trading in the Nizhnevartovsk district. The purpose of this study is to develop events to improve the system for promoting goods with a remote method of sale in a trading organization using the example of the activities «Stylish for a penny».

This article is devoted to the analysis of the legislation of the Soviet period concerning the establishment and protection of the right to freedom of conscience and religion. The author analyzes the normative acts, criminal law norms that provide for liability for violation of the above-mentioned right.

FEATURES OF PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE LUNGS DURING POISONING WITH A COMBINATION OF BACLOFEN AND ETHANOL

To date, poisoning hold one of the leading positions in the structure of violent death. There is a large number of poisoning with the muscle relaxant baclofen. The aim of the study was to conduct a qualitative assessment of histomorphological changes in the lungs in acute combined poisoning with baclofen and ethanol 3 hours after the administration of the drug. When a combination of baclofen and ethanol is administered, a complex of general pathological processes develops in the lungs, which includes circulatory disorders (venular and capillary plethora, sludge), increased vascular permeability in conditions of developing hypoxia, and WBC infiltration of the interalveolar septi. In order to quantify the severity of the pathological process in the lungs and further study its dynamics a morphometric study is to be conducted.

ARCHAIZATION OF THE LANGUAGE OF UGRA HISTORICAL PROSE (USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE NOVEL «BROKEN BRIDE» BY ANISIMKOVA M.K.)

аn analysis of the works of researchers who turned to the work of the Ugra writer M.K. Anisimkova showed that the means of expressiveness of her works have been little studied. Thearticle analyzes the semantic groups of outdated vocabulary used by the author in the historical novel «Broken bride». The research materials can be used in teaching the educational disciplines «Literature of writers of Ugra», «Methodology for teaching the native language and literature» at higher school [2, р. 46], as well as at lessons in the native language and literature in secondary schools with a national-regional component.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the genetic features of chamber pegmatites of Volyn. The author dwells in detail on their mineral composition, describes the connection of pegmatites with containing rocks. Special attention in the work is paid to pegmatite formation, the stages of formation of chamber pegmatites.
