Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi berkaitan dengan tingkat kualitaspelayanan yang diberikan. Penggunaan TI dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di PDAM TirtaMayang Kota Jambi dan dipandang sebagai aset strategis yang turut menentukan strategi bisnis PDAM TirtaMayang Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi ITSMpada PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya data dan informasi yang diperoleh dianalisis yang menghasilkansebuah analisa kondisi sistem yang sedang berjalan. Adapun sistem yang dirancang berupa protitipe yangrancangannya mengikuti setiap tahapan proses ITIL versi 3 area service operation, yaitu: proses eventmanagement, incident management (incident identification, incident logging, incident categorization,incident prioritization, initial diagnosis, incident escalation, investigation and diagnosis, resolution andrecovery, incident closure), request fulfillment, problem management, dan access management. Hasilpenelitian ini berupa sebuah rancangan sistem informasi ITSM pada PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi yangdirancang berdasarkan framework ITIL versi 3 area service operation

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman is a religious education institution that has a number of santri as 621people. In the administrative activities of the payment education fees at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Imanstill use manual recording system that experienced various obstacles such as the length of time required toget information on payment of education fee and often the information is not up to the parents of thesantri. Therefore, need a tool in the form of Information Administration System Payments Education Feethat work in computerized, so that can be a solution of the problem. In this research, system design usingUML modeling that produce use case diagram, activity diagram and class diagram. The results of thisresearch is a prototype of the Information System Administration Payment Education Fees based web andSMS Gateway in the hope to help overcome the problems that occur

Saat ini proses manajemen Pelaporan Data Hasil Panen pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan ProvinsiJambi merupakan proses yang sangat penting bagi instansi yang bergerak dibidang pertanian dalammendapatkan informasi. Maka, diperlukan informasi yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusanmanajemen pelaporan data hasil panen pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi. Oleh karenaitu penulis memberikan solusi berupa pengolahan data informasi pada setiap kabupaten melalui aplikasiberbasi web dengan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Class Diagram sebagai modelperancangan sistem. Untuk perancangan sistem sebatas prototype. Dimana hasil yang diperoleh daripenelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjutsehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen pelaporan data hasil panen berbasis web yang dapatmendukung proses pencatatan, pengolahan, pencarian data sampai pada proses penyajian laporan pada DinasPertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi.

Currently in the making or filing letters to the Department of Population and Civil Registrar of JambiCity there are still some obstacles such as making incoming mail reports, outgoing mail reports, recapreports, as well as when checking the report in certain period, searching documents that have been storedis still difficult and takes longer time because those old documents must be rechecked and reopened, andoftentimes the difficulty comes when we need to make a final recap of the report during a period whenthey are needed the most. Therefore, the author provide solutions in the form of information systemsmanagement to manage incoming and outgoing mail. This is helpful to facilitate employees in processingdata of incoming and outgoing mail and simplify the searching and the reports making processes. In thisresearch, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, Prototype model and VB.NETlanguage as a tool for making the design. In which the expected results are in the form of system designthat can make the searching and reports making processes easier and faster

Nommensen High School is one of the Educational Institutions in Jambi City having its address at JalanBarau - Barau I Kel. Pakuan Baru Kec. South Jambi which was founded in 1988, which has a number of195 students with increasing numbers during the Nommensen High School in Jambi City experienced adevelopment. This development requires the existence of a means to accelerate performance andefficiency in School Administration especially School Financial Administration such as new studentregistration payment of tuition fees and committee fees, school financial expenditures and so ontherefore there is a need for a school financial administration management information system that canrecord, process and produce a fast school financial information system. In this system research systemdesign is used using UML mo deling which produces use case diagrams, activity diagrams and classdiagrams. The results of this study were in the form of a prototype. The purpose of this study is expectedto facilitate the management of school financial administration to be faster, more precise and accurate.

Palm oil is one of the plantations that are often attacked by disease. The disease of this planting plants isspread rapidly, so it must be in the culprit. To know the oil palm plant disease or not to be diagnosed tothe symptoms found in the field. At PT Andalan Alam Sumatra there are still many obstacles in perosesdiagnosis of oil palm disease, while the constraint that occurs is the lack of knowledge of employees ofpalm oil disease, still need help from plantation managers in diagnosing disease. Peroses diagnostics willbe hampered when plantation managers are not in place or being out of service, this also greatly burdenthe work of a planter manager. Because of peroses peroses diagnosis of palm oil disease disease perosesdisease prevention also become obstructed. As a result, palm oil disease spreads and disrupts theproductivity of oil palms, causing death in palm oil. Therefore it is necessary media that can helpovercome this as for medianya system of plant disease diagnosis by applying Forward Chaining method.This expert system of plant disease diagnosis using object-based modeling techniques to describe theanalysis and system design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activitydiagrams. The output of this research is the design of prototype system Analysis And Design ExpertSystem Diagnosis Disease Palm Plant At PT. Andalan Alam Sumatra With Forward Chaining Method

The problems that faced by Balai Monitor SFR Kelas II Jambi Office is they have difficulty inlocating, identifying and analyzing of radio frequency interference in radio and televisionbroadcasting. This problem caused by their radio and television broadcasting data still on excelform and not yet available a georgraphic information system which show the location andtechnical data of the radio and television broadcast. The aims of this study are to analyze theneeds of geographic information system required by Balai Monitor SFR Kelas II Jambi Office,then design it using UML (Unifed Modeling Language) and develop it in the form of geographicinformation system webisite using php, maria db, and google map api application. The result ofthis study is a web-based geographic information system for broadcasting radio and televisionin Jambi Province, with location search, identification and analysis of frequency interferencefeatures that have been successfully tested, so it can be used to deal with problems that havebeen faced by Balai Monitor SFR Kelas II Jambi Office

There are so many programe is given by goverment to tackle proverty. One of them is Program KeluargaHarapan (PKH). But, data of beneficiery receiver is not suitable yet as something that hope. The reason is notoptimal act of determining status. Although, beneficiery receiver is not on target. Application prototypeplanner system to support final decision for PKH beneficiery receiver is used to take decision is SimpleAddictive Weighting System (SAW). It wears Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram asmodel of system planner. Which is result assessment is done by system. That have two measurment, properor not proper. SAW Method is choosen because of this method can determine quality grade each atribute.Then, continue with rank process will do to select best alternative from a lot of alternatives. Such as; poorfamily which is include proper category based on some criterias is defineted. With that rank process,assesment will be appropriate because based on criteria grade and quality grade that determine alternative. Itwill get proper result. The result will be come holder for Social, Population, and Civil Registrationdepartment in Jambi Province. The assesment can be used to measure poor family that proper to get PKHbeneficiery. Which is this data will be given to the Ministry of Social Services of Indonesia Republic later. Itbecome proper data for goverment to give the PKH beneficiery is on the target.

Sistem Inventory merupakan suatu sistem untuk mengetahui persediaan stok barang pada suatu tempat.Sistem inventory sudah banyak digunakan atau dikembangkan pada suatu tempat dengan berbagai macamteknologi dan sistem. Permasalahan PT.PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara ini adalah belum tersedianyasistem inventory barang sehingga belum bisa mengontrol stok barang yang tersedia secara cepat. Oleh karenaitu, penulis merancang Prototype aplikasi yang dapat menyajikan informasi data yang dibutuhkan secaracepat. Metode pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle(SDLC) dan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) sebagai alat permodelannya. Berdasarkan Konsep danPerancangan, dapat disimpulkan telah dirancang Sistem Inventory pada PT.PGAS Telekomunikasi NusantaraPalembang untuk membantu admin, manager dan front desk sehingga dapat berinteraksi dengan aplikasi inisesuai dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan melalui menu yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menghasilkan PrototypeAplikasi Inventory. Bertujuan agar perusahaan dapat melakukan pengembangan gudang dan persediaanbarang secara online.

In the development of information technology in the goverment and the prive sectors keep on developinga system of information based application. But in fact, there are a lot of application of this systeminformation can not be used effectively buy user. As in the implementantion of property’s of the systeminformation on the facilites and infrastructure office Polda Jambi is still less effective to use. It makes theresearcher need to research about the effectiveness of application of Polri propertys system of informationwhich is applied in Polda Jambi’s office of facilities and infsdtructure (Biro Sarpras Polda Jambi) basedon the reasercher’s research used Technology Accaptance Model (TAM) as a method, it found that thereare 100 respondents filled the questionnaire showed that all of them do not really understand, feel doubtand have no willingness in using that application. So, it makes this application can not be applideffectively
