The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service, cleanliness, organization, and healthiness to quality of sushi tei restaurant in DKI Jakarta. The design of this study using descriptive research and causality research, the measurement of each variable using 5 points Likert scale. This study uses primary data and data collection through questionnaires. The research sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 145 respondents. The results of this study show that Organization has no effect to Quality, while Service, Cleanliness, and Healthiness have an influence to Quality.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

This study aims to explore the students’ perception of the use of English as Medium of Instruction (EMI) in teaching and learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. This explorative qualitative study employed a purposive sampling method. This study involved 112 twelve-grade students from IPA, IPS, and BAHASA majors of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo as the subjects.  This study utilized questionnaires for data collection, while the Likert Scale and Percentage Formula were performed in data analysis. The result showed that the students had positive perceptions of the three EMI types of perception: visual, auditory, and speech perception. The average results in visual, auditory, and speech perceptions were 70.96% (‘strongly agree’ category), 70.49% (‘strongly agree’ category), and 57.90% (‘agree’ category). Further study with bigger samples and different subjects is recommended since this research only focuses on students perception of the Use of EMI in Teaching and Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo.

The perception of tourist about accessibility from Penelokan village to Toya Bungkah destination” has objective to known the tourist perceptions of accessibility in Toya Bungkah destination. Kinds data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was gain through observations, depth interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentations. Sampling was gain by purposive sampling to option the data of accessibility. The respondents was choose by using quota sampling. Analyzed the perception of tourist by using attitude scale (Likert scale) to measure the results. The result of the research showed that the tourist perceptions of accessibility to Toya Bungkah were : Condition about access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.10 is good enough, Quality of access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.20 is good enough, Comfortable of access from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.14 is good enough, Condition transportasion after arrived from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3,48 is good, View at around access the tourist can see from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 4.08 is good, Safety with the path from Penelokan to Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.50 is good, Perception of the tourist about Toya Bungkah get average score was 3.76 is good.

This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sonder Unit. This research has been carried out for three months, namely from April 2019 to June of 2019 starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The sampling method in this study was intentional (purposive sampling) The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from 79 farmers who save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder, such as data on consumer saving farmers. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis method and uses Likert scale analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder belongs to the Satisfied category. .+eprm*

This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of guest satisfaction when breakfast at the Royal Restaurant of Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 90 people as sample. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through data tabulation and descriptive data using percentages. The results of the study found that guest satisfaction about breakfast at the Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi was in the category of satisfaction 90% and the category very satisfied 10%.

ABSTRAKKecamatan Kalawat merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan luas wilayah sebesar 4.714 ha. Umumnya masyarakat Kecamatan Kalawat berprofesi sebagai petani. Populasi ternak sapi di Kecamatan Kalawat adalah sebesar 489 ekor yang tersebar di 12 desa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah berapa besar usaha ternak sapi dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan petani peternak di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui berapa besar kontribusi usaha ternak sapi terhadap pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Waktu penelitian dan pengumpulan data selama 2 bulan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 2 sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling dengan penentuan responden dilakukan secara Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa ternak sapi memberikan keuntungan terhadap pendapatan petani sebesar Rp.181.078.967. Adapun total pendapatan usaha tani maupun diluar usaha tani adalah sebesar Rp.1.017.128.467. Berdasarkan fakta ini maka kontribusi usaha ternak sapi terhadap pendapatan petani adalah sebesar 17,78%.  Kata Kunci: Kontibusi, Ternak Sapi,  Pendapatan Petani ABSTRACTCONTRIBUTION OF BEEF CATTLE BUSSINES TO FARMERS INCOME IN KALAWAT ON NORTH MINAHASA. The problem in this study is how much beef cattle business can contribute to farmers income in Kalawat, North Minahasa. The purpose of this research is to determine how much the beef cattle business give a contribution to the income of farmers in the Kalawat, North Minahasa. The research was conducted in the Kalawat of North Minahasa with many respondents as many as 30 people. Duration of the research and data collection is for 2 months. The data in this study were obtained from two sources, primary data and secondary data. Sampling method of purposive sampling is done by determining the respondents were Random Sampling. The results in this study indicate that cattle provide benefits to farmers  income by Rp.181.078.967. Total  income of farm and out of farm amounted Rp.1.017.128.467. ABSTRACTReformation agenda is in various fields. One of the reformation agenda is in implementing the good governance. Regulation of the home affairs minister No. 19 Year 2016 is the regulation to rule local government wealth becoming adequated, informative, transparent and accountable. The purpose of this study are evaluating, knowing and describing the regional management assets. This study also formulating priority strategies to improve regional assets management of the Anambas government. The data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct observation, interview and questioners with purposive sampling method. While the secondary data was obtained from literature and related documents. This study use rating scale analysis, SWOT and QSPM analysis. This study has shown the weaknesses of the human resources competeny in assets management was caused by lackig in guidance, supervision and controlling which influenced the assets managements performance. The priority strategy was improving the quality of human resources in managing and reporting the local goverment assets.Key words :  Strategy, improvement  management of BMDABSTRAKReformasi diberbagai bidang di pemerintahan salah satunya adalah manisfestasi pelaksanaan prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance), Permendagri No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang pengelolaan BMD adalah wujudnya aturan yang mengatur suatu sistem pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang memadai, informatif, transparan dan akuntabel. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses pengelolaan BMD dan merumuskan strategi yang perlu diprioritaskan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan BMD pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder berasal dari studi pustaka dan kajian terhadap dokumen terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian adalah : analisis rating scale, analisis SWOT dan metode QSPM.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya komptensi SDM pengelola BMD tidak terlepas dari kurang optimalnya pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengedalian pada pengurus BMD dan ini juga berdampak pada kinerja aparatur pengelola BMD. Strategi prioritas yang tepat untuk diimplementasikan yaitu peningkatan kualitas SDM pengurus BMD dalam mengelola dan menyusun laporan BMD.Kata kunci: Strategi, Peningkatan Pengelolaan BMD.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.
