The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. This study takes a population that is an employee at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents and the samples obtained in this study were 59 questionnaires. The tool used to analyze data is the multiple regression method. The results obtained from this study are the compensation and motivation variables individually affect the performance of employees while the organizational culture individually does not affect the performance of employees.

The objective of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, leverage, company’s size, company’s growth and structure ownership towards dividend policy. The sample in this research is selected by using purposive sampling method. Data used in this research are secondary data. Data used in this research is analyzed by using multiple regression method. There are 10 manufacture firms selected as sample which simultaneously for the year 2013-2016 have been registered as manufacture sector in BEI. The results of this research show that (1) profitability has significant effect to dividend policy, (2) leverage doesn’t have significant effect to dividend policy, (3) company’s size has significant effect to dividend policy, (4) company’s growth doesn’t have  significant effect to dividend policy, (5) structure ownership doesn’t have significant effect to dividend policy.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of stress, motivation and work satisfaction on employee performance at PT One Six Eight Eight at Jakarta. This research was conducted by non-probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 35 employee at PT One Six Eight Eight at Jakarta. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that stress, motivation and work satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh stress, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Satu Enam Delapan Delapan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 35 karyawan PT Satu Enam Delapan Delapan di Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stress, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study  examines  the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable. Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators . The result of this study shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997. Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture effects the performance higher than organization culture in UPTD Surabaya Parking are refused. Organization culture that effects employee performance is. 0,49977; while organization culture effects on employee’s performance is  0,232. This result may provide a conducive company, then, emerge employee commitment. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables such as, Competence, Compensation, and Leadership to Employee Performance. The object of this research is the regular employees of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta. The method used was Descriptive and Simple Regression Method were used to test the hypothesis. Respondents involved in this study were 67 employees. This study uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire. The results showed that partially, Competence has effect to Employees Performance, Compensation has effect to Employees Performance, and Leadership has effect to Employees Performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of firm size, return on asset, leverage, capital intensity, sales growth and composition of the independent board to tax avoidance. The population of this research is all manufactured companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014. Samples are obtained through purposive sampling method, in which only 52 of listed manufactured companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange meet the sampling criterias resulting 156 data available are taken as the samples. The research resource are taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This research used multiple regression method to test the effect of each variable in influencing tax avoidance. The empirical result indicates that firm size, return on asset and sales growth have influence to tax avoidance. However leverage, capital intensity and composition of the independent board have no influence to tax avoidance.

This research aims to know about the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, especially in the office of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing. Respondents in this research are employees of this office section includes the HRD, Project, Purchasing, Finance, QA / QC, Logistics, Document Control, IT, Technical, Design and R & D. Researchers using multiple regression method in this research, the result of multiple regression method shows that there is partial influence on individual characteristic variables on employee performance of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, the partial influence on work environment variables on employee performance PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing and the simultaneous influence on individual characteristic variable and work environment on employee performance of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of book tax differences and cash flow on earnings persistence. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. Sampling technique in this research is done by purposive sampling method. Pursuant to purposive sampling method, sample obtained counted 24 company. The type of this research is associative research using quantitative method. The analytical method used to test the influence of book tax differences and cash flow to earnings persistence is multiple regression method with the help of software SPSS version 22. The results showed that partially, permanent differences significantly negatively affect earnings persistence, temporary differences negatively significant effect on persistence Profit, and cash flow have a significant positive effect on earnings persistence. The results of the study simultaneously show that if the permanent differences, temporary differences and cash flows have a significant effect on earnings persistence. Keywords: Permanent Differences, Temporary Differences, Cash Flow,  Earnings                    Persistence

This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 35 employee at PT Sunrise Polybag. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that work environment has a significant impact on employee performance but motivation has no significant impact on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan orientasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sunrise Polybag. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 35karyawan PT Sunrise Polybag. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS.Hasil analisis menyimpulkanbahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkanmotivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work stress, and work rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Panin KCU Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 78 employees was obtained. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Based on partial testing (t test) shows that organizational culture variables, work stress, and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained 78.2%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation), while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by variables in outside this research.
