ResumenEl trabajo analiza el curso Ética Profesional en la carrera de Derecho en la Universidad Católica de Temuco. Examina la forma como se abordaba la ética profesional antes de la creación del curso, y lo que ha ocurrido con él a través de sucesivos cambios curriculares y la introducción del modelo por competencias. El curso aporta al sello identitario, mediante un enfoque multidisciplinario. El curso ha vinculado teoría y práctica, desde que comenzó a implementarse, hasta llegar actualmente a comprenderlo en la lógica de competencias. Esta mirada implica formar a los estudiantes para resolver dilemas éticos, lo que se hace mediante la metodología del ver–juzgar–actuar. Esta metodología de discernimiento es propia de la tradicióncatólica, pero se usa en este contexto sin un cariz religioso. El método en cuestión permite ir educando la autonomía a fn de tomar decisiones. Se analiza la importancia de contextualizar la enseñanza ética y la forma como esto se ha hecho en el curso. Finalmente se aborda la relevancia de formar la conciencia ética de los estudiantes.Palabras clave: Experiencia de enseñanza – Ética profesional –Método de discernimient.ResumoO artigo analisa o curso de Ética Profssional na Escola de Direito na Universidade Católica de Temuco. O curso aporta ao selo de identidade, através de uma abordagem multidisciplinar. O curso tem ligado teoria e prática, desde que começou a se programar até chegar atualmente a compreendê-lo na lógica de competência. Este olhar implica formar aos estudantes para resolver dilemas éticos, o que é feito pela metodologia do ver-julgar-agir. Este método de discernimento é próprio da tradição Católica, mas é usado neste contexto, sem um aspecto religioso. O método em questão permite ir educando na autonomia com a fnalidade de tomar decisões. Analisa-se a importância de contextualizar o ensino da ética e a forma como isso tem sido feito no curso. Finalmente se aborda a relevância de formar consciência ética dos estudantes.Palavras-chave: Experiência de ensino - Ética Profssional - Método de discernimento.AbstractThis paper analyses the Professional Ethics course at the School of Law of Universidad Católica de Temuco. It reviews the way in which ethics was addressed before the course was created, and what has happened with it through the subsequent curricular changes and the implementation of a competency based model. The course contributes to the seal of identity through a multidisciplinary approach. Theory and practice have been progressively bound together since the course was introduced, to reach a point, nowadays, in which the course is understood within the logic of competencies. This point of view implies educating students for solving ethical dilemmas, which is done through the see–judge–act methodology. This discernment methodology belongs to the Roman Catholic tradition, but is used in this context without its religious complexion. This method allows educating autonomy in order to make decisions. It also analyses the importance of contextualizing ethics education and the way in which this has been done in the course. Abstract The mvClaim package in R provides flexible modelling frameworks for multivariate insurance claim severity modelling. The current version of the package implements a parsimonious mixture of experts (MoE) model family with bivariate gamma distributions, as introduced in Hu et al., and a finite mixture of copula regressions within the MoE framework as in Hu & O’Hagan. This paper presents the modelling approach theory briefly and the usage of the models in the package in detail. This package is hosted on GitHub at https://github.com/senhu/.

Aim. The presented study aims to substantiate the content of the problem of improving the strategic planning of production and implementation of cloud software products (CSPs).Tasks. The author analyzes the demand for cloud software products from the strategic perspective; analyzes the theoretical foundations of strategic planning; substantiates major enterprise goals in the development of SCPs in accordance with the goals and objectives of the national projects of the Russian Federation and the needs of user enterprises; classifies informatization enterprises engaged in the development of SCPs, making it possible to conduct a comparative audit of enterprises engaged in SCP development; develops the concept of strategic planning for informatization enterprises engaged in the development and implementation of SCPs.Methods. This study uses strategic planning tools, statistical analysis of the development of digitalization enterprises based on cloud software products, the systems approach, theory of the efficiency of strategic planning of SCP development and implementation, theory of emergence in the assessment of the activities of an interconnected chain of cloud digitalization enterprises, mechanisms for coordinating economic interests based on the theory of collective decision-making.Results. The pace of cloud digitalization of the Russian economy is insufficient and requires scientific, methodological, and government support. Well-known theoretical and methodological studies of strategic planning do not make allowance for the specific aspects of the activities of enterprises engaged in the production and implementation of SCPs and need to be further developed in this direction. The existing classification of SCPs does not fully meet the objectives of the national projects of the Russian Federation and the requirements of user enterprises. Enterprises engaged in the development and implementation of SCPs are classified to enable audit of the quality of their activities. The author proposes an original concept of improving the strategic planning of enterprises engaged in the development and implementation of SCPs.Conclusions. Resolving the issues identified by the author is an important national economic objective for improving the strategic planning of the activities of informatization enterprises engaged in the development and implementation of SCPs. Solving this problem is key to increasing the economic efficiency of both informatization enterprises and SCP user enterprises in the context of cloud information systems, improving the efficiency of digitalization of the country’s economy as a whole.

In this paper I will chronicle my 50+ year career, from my interest in making education more effective, to an epiphany about theories, and some of my published work that, for a time, gained the attention of others in the field of instructional technology.  My extensive experience with computer-assisted learning covers early efforts to teach concepts to attempts to design automated authoring systems. My most recent work attempts to identify underlying principles common to most theories of instruction.The professional press publishes reports of theory, research, data, prescriptions, and opinions, but seldom do we get the back story. Where did these ideas originate?  What events led to a particular theoretical or research approach?  What were the challenges—personal and interpersonal—that affected a given approach, theory or research study?  In this paper, in addition to identifying a few of the most notable contributions to this literature, I will provide some of the back story that contributed to my career and inspired or significantly influenced my work. Pagerwangi village is one of the regions of Bandung Barat that are prone to natural disasters such as avalanches especially earthquakes. Its geographical location falls within the red zone of the Lembang fault. So that in prediction would be one of the affected areas due to tectonic earthquakes stemming from the faulting of the Lembang fault. Disaster prevention programs are already being conducted by the government along with other parties such as educational agencies and civic groups. The study aims to analyze how disaster mitigation implementations through the Functional Structural approach  theory based on four aspect of Integration, adaptation, maintenance patterns, and goal achievement. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed a mismatch in the integration aspects, leading to obstacles in the process of adaptation of the community in disaster mitigation

Resumen: La doctrina filosófica y política de derechos humanos, afirma que todos los hombres son iguales en dignidad y derechos. Sin embargo, el concepto de dignidad sigue siendo objeto de importantes debates filosóficos y jurídicos, ya que, si algunos pensadores y juristas sostienen que se trata de un criterio ético fundamental, otros se muestran escépticos y lo consideran un término vacío de contenido e incluso inútil. La vaguedad del concepto y el alcance de su significado ocupa un lugar relevante en el ámbito de la filosofía del derecho, tratándose de una noción que merece ser revisada. El presente artículo pretende esclarecer cuál es el significado que Marta Nussbaum otorga al concepto de dignidad humana en la teoría del enfoque de las capacidades, cuáles han sido las fuentes filosóficas de las que ha bebido para elaborar este concepto, y si el significado que Nussbaum otorga al concepto de dignidad arroja claridad al concepto actual y permite una aplicación “erga omnes” coherente con su proyecto cosmopolita Abstract: The concept of human dignity has been and is still a matter of some legal and philosophical debates of great transcendence. The vagueness of the concept and the scope of its meaning occupies an important place in the field of the philosophy of law, in the case of a notion that deserves to be reviewed and clarified, since, if some thinkers and lawyers argue that it is a fundamental ethical criterion, others are skeptical and consider it a term "empty of content" and even "useless". This articleaimsto clarifywhatisthemeaningthatMartaNussbaumgivestothe conceptofhumandignityinthetheoryof the approachofcapacities,whichhavebeenthephilosophicalsourcestoelaboratethisconcept,andifthemeaningthatNussbaumgivestotheconceptofdignitysheds clarityandallowsanapplication"ergaomens", according to her cosmopolitan project.
